The gentleman that did my nails was very professional and great job. He made me feel comfortable and he massage my fingers and put in a hot cloth. Like said he did a great job. I visit him again 🤗☺️

Kim did my nails today at Day Nails. The nails she did for me was the best set I have ever had!! Each nail was measured for correct length and she was so gentle and precise as she worked on my nails. The salon is under new management and the treatment I received was excellent. My daughter went with me to have hers done Lisa did her S&S and we both decided it will be our go to place from now on. Facility was clean and relaxing. Could not have ask for a better experience! Thank you for a job well done. Patti Bean

Strangest manicure ever.I got dip nails yet the manicurist topped with a gel clear coat??My nails were dipped straight into pots of color which is unsanitary. Instead of the usual cotton+foil to remove existing nails, manicurist soaked my finger in two metal cups with acetone from an unmarked plastic container. Looking back I believe he is reusing the acetone.Final product lumpy, nails different shapes. Waste of time and money.

I loved my experience today! I was able to bring my 2 year old while having a much needed pedicure and they welcomed us both. My feet feel better and look pretty which is much appreciated by this working mom. I paid extra for scrubs and for the extra 15 dollars from the 30 basic pedicure I would definitely pay more again.

They are very accommodating, pleasant and very clean! Lisa has always taken care of me but the entire team is amazing. I have been going there for years!!

I walked in around 4:00 pm and I was asked what I needed. I told the man behind the counter that I needed a fill for my nails. He told me it would be just a little bit because there was one person ahead of me to get a fill. At 4:54 I will still waiting to have my nails done. Two people that came in after I did were already seated and getting there nails done. I will not be returning to this place. I wish I could have given them ZERO stars. This is the 2nd place today that I had gone to get my nails done and was not treated properly. Guess today was not the day for me to get a fill for my nails.

I had my nails dipped here and am very happy with them. Kim does an excellent job. The staff is friendly and they really care that the customers are happy with the service. Prices are also reasonable. I recommend.

I have been going to this nail salon for 15 years and even though they have changed owners service is still great and staff is very friendly. Kim is my go to she does a great job and takes her time. I also love that they are open on Sundays. Highly recommend!

I have been to many nail salons and this one is my favorite! I get in and out, and get amazing service. My favorite nail tech is Kim and she does such an amazing job every time! I have never had any problems at this place, I highly recommend trying them out!

Love the owners! I’ve been to salons all over the city, but stopped looking once I found Days Mail and skin care! She knew what I wanted and made it happen! I’m from the west coast where we do different stuff to our nails. But she had no problem giving me what I wanted! Great place. I’ll continue coming!

I have only been to this place once till 3 times and each time i have been they make you feel welcome and feel at home although i went for a pedicure my feet feel wonderful only had it done twice. I can honestly say they do a wonderful job on every thing they do and i recommend anybody that need something done to go to them Thanks for the wonderful job you did on my feet cause lord knows i needed it.

Rushed rushed rushed! Nails are so thick and she left all kinds of gunk underneath the nail. Then when she was ask to correct this it wasn’t done correctly. Waste of money to use their services! Won’t be back ever!

My daughter went in for black nails they are blue and it’s only been 5 days and 3 have popped off they cut her more then once and all the nails have really bad lumps in them I have a picture but I don’t how to post it

My daughter and I went in for a Saturday morning Mother/Daughter manicure. We were going to get a relaxing manicure and then have lunch and get our hair done. We walked in 8 minutes after they opened. There were 2 customers in the place. The lady immediately started complaining that she didnt know if she had time for all of this. She complained the entire time she did my nails about how busy they were and that she had an appointment coming in. And the TEXTING...she would not stop. She took our pleasant mother/daughter time and turned it into I feel awful like I ruined this womans entire day. There was no relaxing while there. Instead it was a relief to be done and get to the next stop. If anyone knows of any really good, friendly, place that is glad to see you even if they are busy. Although I dont consider 4 people in a nail place all that busy. However on a pleasant note the lady the finished up with a client and did my daughters nails was wonderful. She was friendly, and chatty and helped her pick some colors.

Will NOT patronize this place again. Today was my first and last time! My nails look a mess ! The nail tech tried to tell me I had gel nails, I tried to tell her I had powder. It went downhill from there. The chit chat between her and the family about me and my nails didn’t bother me. My nails did! The edges look like a two year old did it! The top of my nails are thick and not smooth. This service cost too much to look like I did my nails with a blindfold.

I broke a nail and got an acrylic overlay with gel polish. Ann was very sweet. She helped me pick a good color for spring! The pedicures here are also top notch, especially the massage part. It’s not rushed like most places. I highly recommend!P.S: Color was DND 127 Deep Chestnut

I have been coming to this place for years because I truly enjoy their pedicure. They really take their time on cleaning your feet and making them beautiful. I suggest making an appointment before you go.

I had a really bad experience. I just got polish done. It took the lady awhile to get it done; twice as long to do hands and feet as someone else did my friend. When drying my feet, the UV light bulb was up against my skin and was burning my foot. I tried to explain to her what was happening but she had me keep it in. I had to forcefully take out my foot in order to stop the pain. I showed her the burns but she didnt care much at all and motioned for me to put my foot back in. My skin was burned pretty bad. The nail paint job was very bad as well. The edges werent done right and the polish began peeling. Upon removal, its completely destroyed my nails. Ill never go here again

This nail salon is terrible. I went twice in one month for a fill in, with different techs. Both times, they had my nails looking a mess. The first tech had some of my nails wider than the others and she rushed through my whole set super fast. The second time, with a different tech, she applied gel polish that came off after one week. Im a black female that pays well for services. But when a Caucasian female entered the establishment, I saw the urgency to rush through my nails. Will not be there returning to this salon. Horrible!!!

I always have a relaxing time having my toes and fingers done. Sometimes I fall asleep! 😀 I have only had to wait for a few minutes one time, and only because they were very busy. I walk in to a warm greating by the owner, pick out my polish, and seated quickly. Great staff and owner. Very clean salon. I highly recommend them.

I had no issues with this mail salon. I went in and choose a polish u wasnt completely happy with because I was in a hurry and I made the lady aware of that. She picked up a color that was exactly what I wanted and looks better than I expected. I choose a gel top coat because it lasts longer and my nails look great!

Had a great experience here this morning after walking out of another spa i had been using for a long time. I got what i ask for with no upselling and Ann did a great job. I will def be back here.

Been going here for years. Anne and Vi are the best at what they do. I get nails done and face waxed.

I would give no stars if I had the option. I took my daughter to get us a pedicure. We signed in and took a seat. Nobody spoke to us, we waited and hour and there were employees just sitting around. We got disgusted and left. We will check out Lavendar in Belmont as our experiences there have always been much better.

2 of my nails broke 2 days later. Thats never happened before. I live in Charlotte. I didnt want to drive 30-40 for them to fix what they shouldve got right the first time. And I didnt like the polish job on my feet. Wont go back.

DONT DO IT!!!This place over charges you and the work is terrible. Half of them dont know what you want and only want your money by any means. A mani/pedi cost 37 but to use gel polish ended up being 77 dollars. Maybe its me but thats way too much. My nail were rushed and not done properly. If you get services often you know whats supposed to be given. My feet have been hurting ever since. No cuticle cut, no tools used except for scraper and polish.smh Never Ever Again!!!

Very expensive for little quality and poor service. They do not listen to you and ignore you. It was $81 w tip for a pedi and fill-in w gel polish. Polish is uneven and rushed service, like I was not welcomed there. Too many salons to choose from to have to put up with that!

I visited this salon twice...last week and again this week. Last week everyone was nice but this time it was completely different. I will not be going back. I got the exact same service both times - a regular pedicure and a manicure with French tips. This time they left me with my fingers in a bowl of plain water for more than 30 minutes and when I asked how much longer an argument ensued between the person I asked and a manicurist and about 10 minutes later someone gave me the fastest manicure Ive ever had. When I got home I realized I had been overcharged. I tried to call but they seemed embarrassed and hung up on me......twice. On the second phone call they told me to bring proof and hung up again. Ill never go back there again.

Giving this place even one star is way to generous.I have been a loyal customer to this establishment until this day I will never go back and I would advise anyone not to go here to get your nails done. This place is horrible to their customers. They are crooks ! They over charged me and when I try to discuss the issue they were rude and treated me awfully for not agreeing with them. I was super nice the entire time until two of the ladies started to role their eyes at me and talk to each other about me right in front of me. At that point I was so ready to leave I paid the price to just get the hell out of there. I would recommend not wasting your time and hard earn money here. I get pedicures to relax and I left this place more stressed and disappointed that they destroyed my perfectly healthy nails !

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I came a few weeks ago for a wax, and they typically close at 7pm on Saturdays but one of the employees caught me in the parking lot and told me they decided to close at 4pm.... ? THEN I came today for a wax, and the lady told me in a very rude tone to “just come back tomorrow”, they were “too busy to try to work me in for a wax.” This is horrible customer service and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, and recommending my friends to do the same. If you can never make time for a wax for anyone then simply don’t offer the service 🙄 !!!!

I have been going to this place for years and always received great service, but it seems as if new management has taken over and service is not great. The past 2 times I have been there my nails have looked like crap when I left. Not to mention I had to wait for over an hour to get started. It is time to find a new nail salon.

I didn’t have many issues with this nail salon, it’s really good. They are very quick mostly because they have a lot of customers, sometimes there might be some minor mistakes from the employees, I reccomend!

They look great!if I didnt drive from hickory Id be back for another visit!!everyone was very nice .I paid what Id pay in walmart in hickory so I think the price was great!the establishment is very upscale compared to Walmart..(they were closed on my only day off)Up date 7/22/17Ive been back 2 times since my 1 st visit..2nd time all my nails were loose in 1 week. 3rd time Within 1 week 1 intire nail off...its terrible to pay that price and youre having to go back within 1 week..Walmart sns last about 3...So with this being said Im going back to Walmart its closer and last longer!

This was my first visit to this nail salon. I got a mani/pedi. The staff was very nice and friendly. The finished product was nice but I was a little upset that my manicure barely lasted 3 days.
