Very rude manager, refused to service a child and stated she didn’t have time to service a child, it was only 10am. I called previously and requested my granddaughter and I to get a pedicure she stated I could walk in. Once arrived no service and my grand daughter feelings were hurt. Let my emphasize that she is 5 and very well mannered. I will make others aware in the community about this establishment.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, they rush you along and the result shows. Bubbling nails after 24 hrs, the gel started peeling, they left lumps, and don’t get me started on my eyebrows. I was refused a refund and the lady was so rude to me! Don’t waste you money especially if you are black, they will NOT respect you! I wish I could give -1 stars.

Do NOT go here if you have brown skin!!! They will treat you horribly. There are better nail salons near by. Don’t go where you aren’t wanted. PLEASE

Julie is a great nail technician. However the prices have gone up 45.00 for acrylic nails that’s ridiculous.

With all this covid19 stuff going on I understand when businesses have to close early, but they have big signs telling people their new hours. There was no sign with new hours posted anywhere around this place. The only sign with their hours was on their door and it said they closed at 7 yet they turned me and my friend away at 6:15, with their open sign still flashing. If you have new hours you need to post it instead of turning people at the door.

Very friendly atmosphere altho some seemed to judge ppl with their words, act like they better than the next person. Overall they do fearjob ok nails etc..

I work at happy nails, we did not refuse your service, it was only me and one other worker that is very pregnant, she obviously cant do pedicures and I had a customer, it was close to closing hour and I wasnt about to do 2 pedicures after hours, I had been there 10 hours already, come earlier next time dont wait till last minute when we are about to close

Not within the 6 feet social distancing, all the pedi chair were full and almost everyone had their masks off. My nail tech was rude and snappy because she didn’t want to do my toes an hour before close. Never coming here again, very unprofessional and didn’t follow the state mandate.

Amy did a fantastic job! I believe all the ladies do a great job. They stay pretty busy, so make sure you have an appointment. Very clean facility. They are closed on Sundays. Monday-Saturday they are opened until 7. Prices are better than some places I have seen around town.

On my day off I decide to get a pedicure after getting an oil change on my car. I stop at Happy Nails and Spa and the first two visits were nice. The last two time when I walk through the door I felt I was not welcome, because no one even recognizes my present.  I set there and watch other people walk in and was spoken too soon as they walk in.  The last time I was there the Owner try to put someone in front of me but, one of the workers spoke up for me.  The Owner of the shop runs her mouth so much trying to impress all the people there.  The same thing happens today she put someone in front of me so I walk out of  Happy Nails and Spa. I will not return there again.   I found another place that welcomes me and doesnt discriminate. Just because I dont run my mouth like the big mouth Owner, dont make me less of a person.  I wont be back to Happy Nails and Spa.

Yall! I enjoyed myself so much at Happy Nails. Not only great service but the owner is hysterical and makes it such a fun, unique experience. I usually go to a place closer to my home, but Happy Nails will surely be the ones seeing me soon.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have never experienced such disrespect in all my life, much less when I am paying for a service.I asked for SNS polish with a matching color for my toes, and was told this selection was very limited. The staff handed me a ring with color examples. My friend and I picked colors we liked pretty quickly and sat down for our pedicures.Before I begin my rant, let me just say that the lady working with me was so sweet and did a great job! However, once she started painting my toes, I stopped her after the first one and said I wasn’t sure if I liked the color. I asked the technician and my friend what they thought, and they both agreed that it wasn’t flattering. The color was very purple, where I had thought it looked more blue on the example nail.I simply asked if I could choose another color when a different lady hustled over and started yelling at me about not liking the color. She kept saying that I had chosen this color and that she uses it for customers all the time and has never had a problem. Shocked, I just reiterated that I did not like it as much as I thought and would just like to choose something different. She then proceeds to place her foot on my chair and paint one of her own toes to show me that the color is not purple.At this point, a man comes over and says that they WILL NOT paint them again, so I better like the next color I choose. I was appalled.. I literally only had one toe painted when I decided to switch colors. I wound up panicking and choosing the exact color my friend had chosen just to try and diffuse the situation. They continued to hover and kept making snarky comments like, “Are you happy now???” I let them know that I simply came to their salon to relax, but they were making this a bigger deal than necessary.Once it was time to move to a table for a manicure, my friend’s technician started on her immediately. After waiting 30 minutes, the same lady that yelled at me comes over and says she’ll do my manicure. Mind you, this entire time I’m waiting, her and 2 other employees sat in pedicure chairs and picked at their toenails, giving each other pedicures.I did not receive a manicure, and at this point didn’t even bother saying anything else. I left with hot pink dust all over my fingers, on my face, previous blue nail polish left in the corners of my nails, and skin hanging off of my fingers. My friends nails took 45 minutes where mine only lasted 15.This was the most terrible service I have ever received and will never go back. I strongly encourage everyone to avoid this place if you are looking for a relaxing day.. who knew it could be so stressful to pick a nail color?

I came in with my friend after having lunch next door. It was only 1 person getting a pedicure and my friend sat in the chair to get her nails done. I inquired about getting Gel Polish. It was only 2 techs at this time so I sat down to wait. Another lady came in to get a pedicure and asked how long was the wait. Out of no where another tech came in and started the pedicure. I decided that I didn’t want services at this place. The two techs began speaking in their language so I decided to wait in the car for my friend to avoid becoming super vocal in my language.

I love Nancy. She truly cares about her staff and clients! Wouldnt go to anyone else.

I went to get a gel polish manicure today on my lunch break. I have done this before. I was waiting my turn and a lady walked in after me and requested a manicure and pedicure. The next available girl skipped me and went to her. I spoke up and said that I was waiting first for a manicure. She still took the other girl first and put me at a station where I waited 10 minutes and no one came to do my manicure. I walked out. I think it’s pretty crappy that she skipped me because she would make more percentage and maybe more of a tip because she was getting a pedicure too. Will never go here again

First time there today. Very friendly. Great atmosphere and I didnt have an appointment but I was worked in at 9:30. Love that they open earlier than other salons.

First I was there for over 2 hours to get a gel manicure. I showed a picture of what I wanted. I got silver glitter polish instead of regular silver polish....my navy blue nails are a couple different shades, bumpy polish, and it looks like I need them done again because the polish is so far away from my cuticle. While I was there the lady stopped while my nails were soaking in the cuticle gel to fix another ladys nail that broke...she worked back and forth between us and my fingers got pretty pruney while she did this. I sat there entirely to long to walk out with this piss poor job. I hated it. And I wont be back.

Got there the lady said I know you said 4:00 but can you wait about 30 minutes? I told her no because I made an appointment for a reason. I have a commitment in a little over an hour. She didnt care and started talking to another customer and so I left. Will never go back. I went to Beverly nails down the street and they did amazing.

Worst nail experience ever!! First they rushed me in with 4 girls sitting around doing nothing even after I said I’d like to choose my color first 3 times! Then she was rude and wrapped my nails in a rush to remove the sns and went back to eat with 3 other girls I had to go find them to tell them an open polish had spilled. The place was dirty anyway. The simple polish change to my toes left me with more polish on my skin than nails. And I’m not even going to tell you how awful my what we’re supposed to be pointy or even rounded nails with sns experience was, let’s just say they are half square, half rounded. The product is lumpy and uneven, and all over my skin with buildup of product underneath my nails. Either the products they use are junk or when I asked at the end for them to be wiped with acetone to set like every other nail tech does and they denied me and shouldn’t have because the neutral which I do almost every time immediately started to have brownish yellow spots on. Looks terrible and I have two events to go to this week with no time to go and have someone do it right. Not to mention it took forever and I paid for it!! I should have read the reviews. And should have looked closer at the persons nails who referred me there. I guess she didn’t say they did a good job afterall, just that they had good color selections but even then I wasn’t impressed with that, most places have more. How do these people stay in business and why?

I thought I would try this place again since the ownership had changed. It got SO much worse! My daughter and I went to have our nails done together for Mothers Day. (She is 11) I told the lady up front that we wanted full sets and immediately they started pushing SNS and Gel polish. I get that it is the newest thing but knowing how she is with her nails I didnt want to spend more when she was just going to have them off in a week. I ask about pricing and decided to go with the acrylic. They still continued to push the SNS and Gel polish. Repeating themselves several times. I had to tell them firmly that no we wanted to do the acrylic. They sat her down first and she had picked out 3 colors. One was glitter polish to go over 1 nail. The technician told me it would be $5 to do 3 swipes of that polish on that one nail. Something told me then that we should leave. Their prices are already above everyone elses but I decided to stay and sat down to have my nails done. Two different technicians came over and they were speaking their language clearly talking about me as they BOTH said something about the SNS and Gel polish and my tech responded then picked up my bottle of regular polish and made a annoyed noise. I actually felt SHAMED because I decided to go with regular nails and polish. I was visibly upset and she knew it because she ask me if everything was ok. I told her no but to continue finishing my nails because at that point I just wanted out of there. My daughter and I ended up washing our hands at the same time and she tells me that she told the tech not to do the third color because she felt like it was ridiculous to pay that for one nail and she didnt want me to have to pay for something that she can do at home. SHE IS 11!! They finish with us and we left and when we got into the car she tells me that the technician was snappy to her on several occasions and when she told her what shape she wanted for her nail the tech responded You should have told me that earlier! It will be $5 more to make them into a round shape In a very rude manner. I was livid. She waited until we were going down the road to tell me because she knew how upset I would be and that I would go back in there.Customer service is terrible. Pricing is way higher than surrounding salons. And quite frankly our nails have looked a lot better when done at other places. I will NEVER go back. They should focus more on their customers and less on chatting with each other, taking videos of their customers on their cell phones and trying to force something on people that they dont want. I have never been made to feel inferior before at any other salon.

I tried this place again since management changed. Im very disappointed. The folks are super nice and the pedi was great but the workmanship was not. I arrived and was taken quickly but I would think that be the case since I was the only one there. While I was getting my pedi, 3 different ladies came in to have their nails done over or taken off. Bad feeling coming on at this point. I got nails and they are some of the worst I have ever had. Thick, not cleaned underneath, lopsided just not good workmanship. I did like the pedi and she did a great job on eyebrows but I wont go back.

The worst nail experience of my life!!! They dont have nail polish matching gel polish because all the colors are everywhere in the shop in a total chaos! They dont even know where to look for them!They were doing feet and hands and they dropped my hand when another customer entered, matter of fact it took 2 hours for both mani and pedi and after one week my gel is already coming off. A waste of time and money! Never again!!

Will never go back again. Very racist. Walked in only two people in the shop asked how long it will be the lady was talking in another language to the other lady and the lady shook her head as if she was saying no she didn’t want to do my pedicure. The lady kept saying no no no. Then the lady said it will be an hour, I kindle said thank you and walked out. Went to the nail shop down the road and was greeted with a friendly staffed of 6 with a full house and was taken right away. Now I see they changed their management but still will never set foot in there again.

I love it, not to play favorites but Sandy and Sissy are my favorite workers there, they work there hardest. So anybody who doubts them are wrong.
