I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Hannah is the owner and she is the absolute best! If you want some🔥 lashes she’s the one to come to. She also does micro blading and more. The nails techs are awesome and are up to date with the styles/designs. Never had a bad experience there and the staff is super welcoming and nice. They always make sure you’re 100% happy with your services before you leave. I would 10/10 recommend!

This has been my go to spot for years. Hannah is very nice and does great work but the staffing or lack off is horrible. I’ve walked out 3 times now due to only 2 employees. Other nail salons are packed and fully staffed. I won’t be back. Sorry Hannah but my time is also money. I want to give you business but you need to hire more girls because your the best in town.

Absolutely adore Hannah she is amazing at eyelash extensions, eyebrow shaping and waxing. She is meticulous with each lash and takes her time to ensure each of her clients receive the absolute best end product.

Went to go get eyelash extensions for the first time. I got cluster lashes and I was informed they would last a week. Woke up the next morning (sunday) and had clumps already missing. They were closed, so I had to call around other salons and see who could squeeze me in. Went to a Salon 30 mins away, for them to tell me they could not fix them because they were applied wrong and they needed to be removed. The lady even took pictures to show me how they were not on correctly. Had to pay 40 dollars for them to be removed. Called on Monday to explain what went wrong, and politely ask for a refund and they refused and said they could only re do them. I have already booked and paid for a appointment else where and they still refused to give me my money back. Very disappointed, they were beautiful when I had them but to pay 60 dollars for them to last not even 24 hrs is ridiculous.

I’m so glad I found Hanna I absolutely love how they treat you from the time you walk in the door I go to Hanna for my individual lashes and I always get compliments when I’m out and about she never fails me she communicates with you well she works with your schedule my lashes last up to 3-4weeks you won’t be disappointed using her services

My girlfriend decided to come here today and this is her go-to nail salon, they always do a great job on her nails, even taking pictures of her hands and nails after the finished product and she always comes out happy and satisfied. I believe the lady who did her nails is named Hannah and she just did a wonderful job today and we just wanted to say we appreciate her work. Selena salon and spa has been my go-to for all of my beauty needs. Since I have relocated to Fort Mill, SC I still travel to Gastonia just to get my nails, pedicure and eyelash extensions. The staff is friendly and always make you feel comfortable.... They always make me feel like family! If I am ever forced to visit a different nail salon, I always find myself running back to Celina because no one else compares to their quality of service. Most of the women that work here are sweet and have good customer service, but one is very rude, she has done my eyebrows, and seems to always have an attitude. She does amazing but her attitude could be much better which is why I no longer get my eyebrows done here.

My experience here was an wonderful experience! I have been coming here regularly with Hannah for yhe past few months for my eyelashes and i have recently done the microblading procedure for my eyebrows done by Hannah as well. She is very knowledgeable about the procedure she takes her time in explaining the procedure detail by detail and answers all questions overall, her work is extraordinary. If you have given any thought about doing microblading i highly recommend you to see hannah as she will take care of you. I was comfortable doing the whole procedure during and after hannah did an amazing job in explaining the aftercare process and i didnt experience any type of pain or discomfort i get compliments all the time about my lashes and eyebrows hannah is the best very sweet professional girl i will definitely never ever go to anyone else thank you hannah!

Received a French manicure...and was very unhappy with the service. (Several nails where uneven after being done over) I took a picture to upload but didn’t know how to do so. 😜😡I thought this would have been a a go to spot for my daughter and I. Very nice spot and well kept.

They treat me like family. The ladies are always up to date on the newest nail trends but the choice of nail service is still mine to make. Each customer is given an extremely high level of respect and courtesy and they never rush me through my nail process so they can take the next client. They speak English in front of their customers so not to make the customers feel they are being talked about. Their attention is on their client during each appointment. They dont ignore me to talk to each other which I have had done at other salons. Prices were told to me specifically when I began having my nails done and when another service is added or I request something different I am told the price prior to the service so Im not surprised when I get my total bill. These ladies do not force extra services on you when they are not necessary. If I dont need a manicure then I am not given one and am not charged for it. Best salon in the Gastonia area.

Have been here a couple of times and always had such a great experience! Went there this time with my mom for pedicures. Katey and Sue were great!!! Sue took her time with my ombre nails and was so patient. Making sure they were just right before leaving. Would recommend this place to anyone.

It was my first time here and I guarantee you I will be back, Hannah did my nails the way I wanted them done also makes you feel comfortable so I made a lash and eyebrow for the next very day, I was running behind but as soon as I got their she took me right and back and started on my lashes . I have been going to this salon regularly for several years. I am always greeted by my first name and always treated like family. I never have to tell them what I need, they always know what I need. I usually spend my time relaxing because I feel at home. I moved out of Gastonia but I will always make the trip to be pampered by the best in the business. If you are ever in the area make sure you stop by to get the same experience.

Ive been coming here for years and I love the owner! The staff and their customer service has started to decline however. Lots of attitude and rushed work to get paid.. Seems like the prices went up and care/quality went down. Especially at the front desk.. I love this place and Celina slays my eyebrows everytime but there are other salons that can do the same and probably have a smile while doing it.. just saying

I dont understand how this place has such great reviews. The people are so unbelievably rude! Very unprofessional as well. The only male that was working was berated in front of me for not giving me the nail color selection (which was no big deal.) The way the boss was talking to him in front of me made me embarrassed for the guy.I got a Mani and a pedi, and both were mediocre. However, the price was outrageous for the quality.Dont go here. Just dont. Out of all the salons in this area, there is surely one that is better than this establishment.

This is the absolute best place to get your nails done, the staff is extremely friendly and they are always engaging in conversation. They have loyalty cards: for every $15 you spend you get a stamp, and on your 10th time you get $10 off, and their prices are already low. I love Hannah, her shop, and her staff. I tell all of my friends, coworkers, and fellow students to go here, you will not regret it! I even went to her shop to get my nails done the day before my wedding and they were beautiful!

I absolutely love the owner and all of the employees here I really Felt like I wanted my color changed and my nails redone because the color was staining easily and they did it no problem for me and were super nice about it ask for Mimi to do your nails she does a great job with gel the color stays on for a while. This salon is the best experience Ive had with nail spas in Gastonia. Mya was personable, very detailed, and pleasant to talk to! Coincidentally, I share the same name as her daughter. The cost is relatively standard for S&S polish. I arrived with jagged, chipped nails and I left the salon feeling much more beautiful and feminine.

In my opinion, this is the most affordable and quality salon to get your eyelashes done in Gaston County. I continuously do the cluster eyelashes and they last for two weeks or more!!

I really liked this place, however my second visit they charged me $20 more for the same services and the lady that was working on my manicure filed my finger until it bled then just said sorry. Now it hurts and I have a huge scab. Its so gross. I cant believe I had to pay more. Ridiculous.

I don’t even know how to begin to tell you of the un professionalism and lack of principle that I experienced from this salon. My mom takes my daughter regularly to get mani and pedis but with my mom out of town and myself busy at work I still wanted my daughter to have her nails done for her end of school year ceremony. I scheduled the appointment and they told me it would be $35 so i told them I would send her with $40. My friend takes her for me and gets a pedicure at the same time. The nail tech asked my daughter if she wanted the “dip powder “ (im not sure what it is called for gel) and my daughter who is 10 YEARS old says yes. The lady didn’t even ask my friend, the adult, if it was ok and that it would be extra cost. When they go to pay the nail tech charges $80! My friend questioned everything and was pressured into paying the extra $40 which was very inconvenient but most importantly inappropriate for the nail tech to not ask permission. Point is a child is not financially responsible for themselves and they specifically told me $40 was fine and that’s all i sent. When I went up there today to tell them about this issue and requested a refund they refused. They refused even after I expressed that she is 10 years old and they had already quoted me. Their response was “ I asked her if she wanted it and she said yes.” I told them they just lost two regulars. They were fine with that. So if you take your child please keep in mind that they don’t ask your permission for up sales and they just charge you for it when you’re done

My mother is here visiting and wanted to get a mani+pedi so I Googled the closest salon. When we walked into Celina Salon and Spa we got so much more! Service was amazing and with wonderful employees! I have definitely found my new spot. Id definitely recommend this place to everyone. They also have a 2 seat private section for those men that are shy and pedi seats for little ones. Great place!! Thank you Mimi and Mya for a unforgettable experience 😊

Went to Celina’s nails for the first time a week ago and got white gel nails, they are now stained. I always get white nails and this has never happened before, also the nails are already coming off. Never will i ever go back.

I love Celinas! Been coming here since they opened- the only place I get my deluxe pedicures. MeMe takes awesome care of me- and now they have a new service BlowOut Supreme - It starts with a shampoo with a cranial and face massage- then a slow temped rinse- ending with your hair blowed dried straight. I now have a new service I will be making time for- love you guys!!!

First time going there because I wanted to find a home to get my mani and pedi done. Got there and no greeted me and sat there for 45 minutes and the shop was not even busy. Then they took a regular customer who signed in after me to get her nails done I guess because they knew her name and laugh with her. Wont be back. Terrible service.

This is absolutely one of the best Nail Salons between Charlotte and Gastonia. For me customer service is everything. My first time walking in I was a little nervous because there were not many people there but then I realize I was walking in 30 mins before they were about to close. However, not only did the staff make me feel welcome and not rushed But it turned out to be the best nail experiences I have had in over 3 years. Also, the prices are very reasonable and you receive top service. The salon is sooo upscale and very classy and they are VERY CLEAN which is a deal breaker for me but I didnt have this to worry about. Everyone wore gloves and washed they hands often. I was really wowed. The owner name is Hannah and she is so humble and kind and assures that you are happy before leaving. Anyone that has anything negative to say about this location is probably a bitter old person or someone who looks to always get something for nothing. I am all about my nails and a pedicure and this place will definitely be getting my service from now on. Also, found out she has 2 salons one here in Gastonia and Charlotte. Normally, I wouldnt write a long review but I was so amazed at the service and appearance at Celines Nail Spa I had too. Cant wait to return.
