I’ve never had a Bad Experience here. Always someone available to help. From the from door, to kitchen appliances, Geek squad, TVs. It’s always been Great Service.No matter why or when I went, my family & I always received the service we needed.Thanks to those who hired & trained the right people!

12/2/19 We go to buy a car stereo and ask for assistance at the customer service counter. Well, we not only waited 30 minutes but no one came to the car audio area at all. They have the poorest customer service of any Best Buy I’ve ever seen. I don’t recommend this Garner store unless you are desperate! Shop online .

Bought a laptop, waited two weeks to get it, then it worked for about two weeks before it started messing up. Had bought the G.S protection, they had to ship it off, which they also charged me for, charged me for backing up the memory, and told me it would be two weeks. Today is the day Im supposed to pick it up and the tracker says still waiting for parts, for the SECOND time. Because I do not have my laptop I will be kicked out of my college class (NCSU is NOT CHEAP) AND lose my financial aid because it will drop me below the required credit hours. Today, instead of picking up my laptop I will be contacting the BBB.
