I highly recommend Affordable Computer Repair as a solution to your computer issues. My computer abruptly stopped working because of hardware issues. However, fortunately Cristian was able to rectify the issue. He was professional and timely. In addition he kept the communication lines open by giving me frequent updates. I have known Cristian for a few years and he has worked on several different computer issues for me and my family. He is very knowledgeable on all things relating to computers and he is very timely in completing whatever work you ask him to do. I consider myself somewhat of a computer “geek” so my first response has always been to try and fix the problem myself. But, when I am unable to solve the problem, I have consulted Cristian and he has been able to help.When my hard drive died, he discussed different data retrieval options with me. He also helped me upgrade several computers by suggesting that I upgrade the RAM and he sold me used RAM to help minimize costs. This was great since I didnt want to put a lot of money into these systems since they were for my kids. Cristian was also able to troubleshoot a difficult problem with my inlaws laptop. The laptop kept shutting down after using it for only a short time. I thought that something was overheating, but didnt know what it was and couldnt figure it out myself. I gave the computer to Cristian and within a few days, he had diagnosed the problem was the motherboard. He explained the options moving forward were to either replace the motherboard or buy a new laptop. I plan on buying a replacement motherboard and having Cristian install it.One important thing is that I never get the feeling when dealing with Cristian that I am getting “ripped off”. I always felt like the cost was very reasonable and that Cristian knew what he was doing. I know its difficult to “trust” anyone when it comes to having work done on your computer, but I do trust Cristian and highly recommend him for your computer issues.
