I Used Tour de Tents for my graduation party recently and absolutely loved them! Rachel communicated so well with me and offered suggestions in ever even thought of. Her team was professional, on time and set it up perfectly. I would definitely recommend for your next event!

Very helpful staff! We rented tables and chairs, drop off was right on time. We were unable to use the tables and chairs since it poured rain and we had an outdoor event, but pick up was also right on time. Responsive on email and phone call. Thanks for the help!

My Daughter found Tour de Tents when we were looking for a tent for the reception of her beach wedding. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. We made our arrangements and then Hurricane Hanna decided to come to the wedding uninvited and mess up the beach wedding plans. Jessica patiently helped me decide which sides to put on the tent. She and the other two gentlement patiently helped us decide the best location to set up the tent with the impending weather coming in. We ended up having the ceremony inside the tent, which, as Jessica promised, held up through 23 mph winds and horizontal rains. They went above and beyond, and even swapped out the wooden chairs we had rented for the upgrade padded, resin chairs, due to the rainy conditions. Jessica made sure we had tablecloth clips to hold the tablecloths down in the wind. Such excellent customer service, knowledgeable, kind staff. Thank you for making my daughters wedding!

Tour De tents No-showed a appointment meeting they set up with me for a location in Galveston, poor communication. I had to call many times before they answered. Gave me a poor excuse, caused me the loss of time and money and a client. I would go with another reputable company with a good track record even if from Houston area.

Its quite upsetting the lack of communication between this company and a potential client. I started contacting this company in August of 2018 yet no response. Me thinking okay, its peak wedding season they may just be too busy. I contacted them again MULTIPLE times between December and January and No response. I emailed again at the Beginning of February and received 1 email back. Just one. Not even answering the questions in my prior email. Just information about their Business. I responded minutes within them sending their email with follow up questions about renting information and No response. It’s sad that this is pretty much one of the only rental places in the Galveston Area and they won’t even respond. My Wedding Venue suggested this company to do lighting and rentals. I will be letting them know the struggle this has been as well as reviewing on their Vendor page. I suggest if you need rentals, to look elsewhere. Even if it must be in Houston. Wedding planning is stressful enough, having a flaky vendor should not be added to that stress.
