Theyve got a barber shop guys. You get your hair cut while your car gets all the treatment. Price is fair too guys. I love good deals and this place delivered. I would give this shop a 1 star because the quality of the tint job. There is big gaps on the windows like the tint was not installed right. Had over 20 tiny bubbles on driver window. Rear window has 8 bubbles. They do have lazer cut but they definitely rookies when it comes to installing. Rushed and terrible job. They had redone the car 3 times so i came to conclusion that they are rookies. Also they dont clean the windows before installing the tint. They literally rush through everything. Adding pictures before since owner claims i was never there. Warranty paper and also they laser cut but cant get it close to the edge see the pictures. They will recognize their work. Has over 30 bubbles in my driver window. Horrible service no matter how cheap it might be.

Not satisfied with the work. Bubbles everywhere and had to return multiple times to get it fixed and every time it gets done, new issues. Price was fair and they were quick but they lack care in their work. Now I gotta go somewhere else to get it professionally done. Have to pay to get their tint removed and pay for the new tint. Do yourself a favor and do it right with someone else. Dont settle for cheap work. I do not recommend this place.

Came in yesterday to get tints done on my bmw and it was great, got me in the shop quickly and out quickly. Signed a paper for warranty and they headed to work, about an hour later I was given a run down about what to do and what not to do and was told if there were any problems give them a call and they’ll take care of it. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for tints, thanks for the business!

My company tried couple of places to tint our Ford transit van, no place can do it. We happened to see ACE garage, the owner did the tint job for our van, very professional, friendly. Recommend.

After 4 attempts they couldnt get it right. Bubbles in the windows and uneven. Scheduling is a mess and the customer service guy couldnt have been more rude. Overall just seems to be an amateurish shop and the results show that. Im taking it to another place to get it redone.

Got my Acura TL windows tinted here a week ago. I was in and out in less than an hour. Got a good price and 25% tint. I’ve seen other people saying that the tint peels, but that’s only if you’re an idiot and roll your windows down.

Looking for a convenient auto detail shop since I have 4 cars that I like to keep clean through the winter. About the right price for a detail so I set it up. They asked to keep it 2 days, I thought that was odd but ok... Got it back and it was way better, but several fairly obvious places that were missed. Too bad. Nice wash and wax but there was a bit of detail work missing in their detail. Guess Ill keep looking.

Had an great experience. Tint looks great the price is the best in town. My appointment was at 10 am and he started at 10 am was done about an hr later. I would recommend to anyone who want tint done. Thanks AAL great job

I called to request tint service. After I drove 1 hour to get here I was turned away because he says I had tint on both front windows already. I had to anyway and I asked if I could just remove it while I wait. He said no. I understand they were busy and the job had extra work. Not cool to have someone who has driven from Hagerstown waste their time and I hate the facts that I waited at this shop for over 30 mins for him to talk to me about it and he wouldn’t. Just sharing my experience. I can’t say they do bad work but the have terrible customer service.

Overall good experience for the price.Could have been a little more organized. And it seems like other lower reviews felt the same. I, fortunately, had a very simple experience. Saw ad for 125$. Called. They said come in. Dropped off car and walk to dinner to grab a bite. Finished when I walked back. Minor minor bumps and cut. but I had to really look for the blemishes. If u glance youll never know. Price is right.

Got here early they told me the earlier the better. They told me an hour. 45 min later they pull my car out to remove another car and havent even touched my car. After over an 1.5 hours I asked how much longer and he told me with an attitude 30 to 45 min.because it has to dry. That makes a 1 hour job over 2 hour long. Terrible communication. Dont expect to only wait what they tell you it could be twice the timeThe job they did was amazing.

I used these guys earlier in the yr and they did a good job on one of my vehicles so I brought our Porsche in to get the front windows tinted. Quoted one price but charged a higher rate once the wife got there. Poor service, no communication just took the keys and car. No explanation of what tint we wanted. Made everyone wait outside in 93 degree heat even a family with a baby. They said they had to because the county made them. I called the county and they said as long as people wore masks and social distanced there was no reason to be outside. People outside were confused. Prices were all over the place when the customers started sharing what they were told the tint would cost. Very unprofessional. I called to complain and they accused my wife of paying with counterfeit $20 bills! This place is a joke. Dont worry about the warranty. They wont be around to honor it. Check out yelp reviews on this place. They are denying warranty issues on their tint jobs. You get what you pay for. I have never left a bad review in my life for any business but when they accused my wife of paying with fake 20s that was it for me!

Bad work, my window is blistered and they still left a type glued to the glass that wont come out. I still have the fact of returning to try to fix it and no one made a point of looking at my car so I just said to wait and after 30 min they asked to wait again

These guys are honest, trustworthy and flexible. Great customer service I had to cancel my appointment the day of and they said no sweat and gave me another appointment the following week with ease. Made an appointment a week early, show up for my appointment, wait at the door for a few minutes before being told Ill have to wait AT LEAST an hour just to get my truck in?? I guess making an appointment makes no differenceAn hour wait to get in for the appointment I set in advance...not to get the tint applied. Not an hour to get the job done. I went to a reputable place elsewhere and finally got it done.

I wish there was a review to warn me about being chased by an unleashed barking Pitbull literally as soon as I walked in the entrance. I never write reviews but the level of unprofessionalism is unprecedented. Ive never experienced anything like that in my life. I couldnt tell you how the service is because I was literally chased out.

Found a Facebook ad, and got a very prompt response, then was able to schedule a 6pm appointment for a window de-tinting (repair order). Got there and was welcomed and then they got to work immediately. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Very great customer service and speed. I will definitely come back when I want tints done right.

I could not be happier of the work that was done on my car. The Ace team went above and beyong to clean my car and get rid of a very bad smell coming from an animal that died in my car and eliminate any hazard linked to the smell. The result is more than satisfying, my car looks new. At Ace they dont only care about the aesthetics but your health too. The cherry on top is that the team is so nice.

The tint on my M3 was failing and I needed it replaced. The main issue with my car is that it has a roll cage and the rear windows are difficult to access. Charles and Raymond had no issues installing new tint and were extremely professional throughout the entire process. The level of customer service I received cannot be matched. The tint looks better than ever and I couldnt thank Charles enough.

I scheduled an appointment to get my car detailed and windows tinted a couple weeks ago. When I drove it home it felt like I just bought a brand new car! I made another appt. a week later for a different vehicle and I plan to get more vehicles done in the near future. The detailing was perfect and the windows matched the back windows perfectly. Also, the second vehicle I brought in was from an auction and had stains everywhere..I was very surprised to see he had gotten most of it out. Very satisfied! Thank you!

Took my 2016 GLE to charles to get window tinted, because it gets way too hot when the sun hits the side windows directly. Made an appointment over the phone with charles who is the owner of the shop and he was able to get me in the next day.
