I used to only know Leslie’s pool supply as the place that Kat williams was arrested, but after becoming a personal assistant to a pool owner, my trips to Leslie’s are frequent. I am always helped by Smith, who is extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about what I need. I am very clueless when it comes to pools and he always takes time to look at the pictures and listen to the scenarios so he can best solve my problem. you don’t find great service everywhere anymore so it is always refreshing. Now Leslie’s is the place where there is great service instead of the place Kat williams was arrested thanks to smith.

Simple civil human interaction doesn’t exist from management. Any associate at this location has always been awesome. The manager though? Yeah, okay. Argumentative & doesn’t have an ounce of ability to address customer concerns without beginning with a condescending attitude. This has been a constant over the past few years. He’s entirely clueless as to how to simply interact with people, so you have to reciprocate his same tone in order to bring him somewhat down to earth. I’m not looking for a golden crown & for my feet to be kissed when I walk into this store. I am simply seeking to speak with a member without the unnecessary BS attitude. My warranty information in your system on a $1,000+ component purchased at this location was lost; okay, I get it. Life happens. The warranty was likely outdated anyways, & that’s fine. I simply want to check. But don’t begin with an argumentative attitude doubting if I even contributed $1,000+ without even checking the customer database first. Avoid this place. Gainesville Janitorial & Chastain Janitorial are both infinitely better businesses.

I was the customer inside the store when the person before me rated one star. She arrived over 5 minutes after they were closed and the manager kindly told her they were closed when she tried coming in. Our purchase was taking a while and that is the only reason we were still in the store. The manager went out and asked her if she would like to come inside and she rudely ingnored him. He was wonderful when helping us.

Very Rude!!!Just called the company looking help with a replace part. Lady was very rude and said she did not have time to help and I asked her to let me speak with someone who could help and she said her helped left! EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Will definitely not do business with this company and I will make sure to leave some reviews on Google, Social Media etc. Very disappointed

Employee Jeff was very rude to my husband on the phone and to me when I came into the store. I almost walked back inside to return my items and wait until another store was open tomorrow. I certainly wont be back. He didnt even let us tell him about our pool which resulted in my having to pay for 2 seperate transactions. Worst customer service ever.

The absolutely worse customer service possible. I arrived at Leslies at 7:01pm the doors were locked while still customers at the counter. Workers shook head and said closed. I needed 1 box of power powder - 2 second purchase. He refused!

Ive been a pool service professional for 10 years. I went in to pick up some emergency parts and was met by the utterly incompetent staff that was able to offer me no assistance in acquiring my parts. Needless to say please do not ever visit this store as I feel any advice given will be severely misguided.

Went to pool store DURING business hours unlike lady above who gave bad rating cause she was late AND they are closed.Service great, got nice floats, and got to see cat Williams get busted!
