I could not be happier with my experience. Our repairman was Justin. He was so sweet, thorough AND educational! He set to work promptly and somehow managed to lift the tub and do everything by himself. We didnt hear a word from him until he was done. Then he walked me through what he did and educated me on how to do some future repairs myself. He not only fixed the present leak problem, but checked all the other jets and reinforced them to prevent us from having another leak in a few months. He didnt even charge us extra. The $110 service fee covered everything! I will have NO hesitation calling Justin out again if something goes wrong. We bought a cheap hot tub, and we got what we paid for (aka: a leaky mess). At least now I know who to call if anything else happens!

Excellent work to detect and repair a couple of leaks. They came recommended by our local pool service and were glad they did.

Very unhappy with there service.. They stated they would match the pool deck the best they could but as you can see in the picture they never even tried to match it the best theyve could. I would never refer them to anyone. I use pinch a penny and very happy with them very professional.

Lee came out and remodeled/resurfaced my concrete pool. Added a sun shelf and new tile as well. The process was smooth and easy! Lee explained everything perfectly and completed everything as promised. Very professional and top notch! This was so stress free! Recommend Lee and his team 100% to anyone! Absolutely blown away!

The service person who came was very friendly and quickly fixed the problem. He arrived exactly when the office said he would and the office personnel was extremely friendly and helpful. The kind of service we all thought was a thing of the past.

Was very pleased with their dedication to getting my project done. In my instance, supply chain delays, pandemic issues, etc. resulted in a very prolonged process, but their customer service was excellent in following through after every step. Would definitely use Florida Leisure Pool & Spa for future pool projects.

My husband and I recently bought a new fiberglass pool called The Brilliant by Imagine Pools from Lee. Lee is very professional and passionate in what he does for a living. He made us feel like we were his only customer and was very thorough by asking and answering all our questions and concerns. Lee worked right along side of us bringing all our pool dreams to reality. I needed my pool remodeled because I had several cracked tiles and was wanting to add some new additions onto my pool. I was beyond impressed with the service I received. Lee and Jeremy came out to my pool and were able to get everything I needed quickly. They were both so friendly and helpful and I felt like I was their top priority. I was not expecting to love my remodeling as much as I do, but the quality of their work is amazing. 100% would recommend to anyone needing work done on their pool, and will continue to use this company for anything dealing with my pool!

We are very happy with the pool mainetenance service, especially with our pool attendant, Alex. Since he has been taking care of our pool, we are certain it is in good hands. He is courteous and professional, but also meticulous and conscientious. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is in order and makes sure to communicate with us any specific needs our pool may have. It cant be easy caring for our pool, between the kids that leave things lying around, my husband who has the bad habit of turning off the pump because the noise bothers him and then forgetting to turn it back on, and our overly excitable Golden Retriever who is quick to get underfoot, but Alex always does so with a fantastic attitude and a serving spirit.

After having our pool for several years, it was in need of some remodeling. When I reached out to Florida Leisure Pool and Spa, Lee answered immediately and set up an appointment to come out and look at the pool. They did a very thourough and efficient job restoring my pool and making it look even better than it did when we first bought it! Very happy with the service and quality of their work.

Excellent experience!! They delivered the pool at the promised time (very rare in this business). Jim was there to oversee the construction through out. The most outstanding thing about him is that you ask him to do something, he will always say YES. I found that he fulfilled many things outside my initial contract (such as water feature, stones at the screen gates) at very nominal or no additional cost. I also found his suggestion very genuine such as whether to go for Deck Pavers or not. On using my my new pool, I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work.

I had a major leak in my pool. The technicians, Jeremy and Justin, were wonderful! They detected my problem quickly and repaired the leak in a very short time. Theyre horrible.... dont even deserve one star.

Don’t do business with them enough said.They came out to do service on my Hayward filtering system which was defective from factory due to a bad design by Hayward and for starters the lady on the phone was snarky and rude (ok I can deal with that even though that is a dumb way how to deal with a customer “customer is first”). The tech came out and then they denied the warranty because they said or though I said that I don’t vent the filter system before opening the canister. I never said that….Skip this company and go and spend your thousands of dollars elsewhere where you are a priority as a customer.

Jonathan and Jeremy exchanged two motors in our hot spa. They left it running at 98%. I would gladly use them again if needed!

Florida Leisure Pool & Spa has always provided great service at a reasonable price. They’re quick to respond to emails, and, on the rare (one) occasion we’ve had need to make use of the warranty on a repaired part, they were the ones to suggest to me that they would repair/replace the errant part free of charge under warranty. Florida Leisure Pool and Spa was recommended by Backyard Water and Reddick Pool Services in Gainesville. I was looking for someone who was reliable and could provide options on replacing my pool pump with a more energy efficient pool pump. I was also concerned, with the age of my pool, that the pump peripherals might need replacement as well.I spoke with Christine at FLP&S and she provided excellent choices for me to consider. I chose the Pentair Intelliflo variable speed, programmable pump and Christine scheduled installation promptly. The technician, Jonathan, did a great job with installation and answering questions and providing instruction on the programming and operation of the Pentair system. Christine also followed up the next day to ensure that everything was done satisfactorily. I definitely have their contact information bookmarked for future reference.

My wife and I made the big move with the pool in our backyard. We looked at two options concrete and fiberglass. We decided to move forward with fiberglass due to less maintenance, softer on the feet, and the warranty of the pool. We have loved working with Florida Leisure Pool and Spa for all of our pool needs. We moved into a home with an older pool in need of a little TLC. They have been so easy to communicate with and the repairs / upgrades have all been done with professionalism and attention to detail. Nancy is so wonderful to work with for scheduling etc and Jim is incredibly knowledgable. I highly recommend them!

I will never use this company again! They miss diagnosed my pool heater problem and then wanted me to pay for another call to find the real problem.On the 2nd visit they connected a wire to the wrong terminal which caused the heater to not work after the 2nd part was installed. Then I get a $380 invoice from them for a part and installation that wasnt even performed. The part on the invoice was more than double what I was able to buy it for online and it took 5 min to install.

Our salt cell failed and I called Jim for advice. His advice was quite different from the two local pool stores we had talked to. Christine ordered a new IntelliChlor salt cell for us and scheduled installation in about 5 days. She gave me a time frame of 10-2. The guys showed up at exactly 10 AM and the installation was complete and paid for in 10 minutes. I highly recommend this company.

Jim at Florida Pool and Spa replaced my motor and fixed my filter. He explained what the problem was and I was totally satisfied. I talked to Nancy in the office and she was prompt on returning my calls and I would recommend them to any one that has a pool.

Bought a house with florida leasure equiptment for the pool, Jeremy has been here once, didnt really show me anything, wont return phone calls, now all this fancy ass gear is slowly failing and I cant get anyone out here to tell me what is going on. I know that we are out of the way, but the way I see it, if you cant easily service your equiptment, dont install it. I would not recommend florida leasure to anyone. Sorry.
