He has shown us how to keep the pool cleaner and what to do if there is a problem. The pool and surrounding area is always sparkling and clean after he leaves. Very friendly and hard working. We have used Howorth for the last 3 years and we cannot say enough wonderful things! Recently we found we had a leak from our stairs and Jeff and Arturo worked until they found it and repaired it! They are very reasonably priced and willing to work with you to make sure everything is perfect!!

For the past 6 years they have opened the pool and serviced the rental house we live in. We have not had any problem. This year they opened the pool and treated it once, but have not been back, despite our many calls. A supervisor called back once and said we’d been accidentally left off the schedule and that someone would be out Monday. No one ever came or returned my calls this week. Now it’s Friday and it’s been about 5 weeks and the pool is bright green. 😭still no call back.

This company was awesome to work with. They were prompt and courteous. No waiting list. I spoke with the owner Jeff Howorth at the beginning of the swimming pool season. I figured I would be put on a waiting list because we waited to long to book. Jeff said no list and it would be done promptly. They were very informative and on time. Every time I called I always received a person and they stayed on top of everything until the job was done. In the process I made a new friend. I would highly recommend this company, Good Price, Good Quality Product, Major Experience, Good Service, Good Communications, Highly Motivated. They have been in the business now for many decades.

We purchased our home four years ago with an inground salt water swimming pool. We had to fire two other pool service companies due to not following schedule and not actually putting chemicals in the pool, including salt. We recently started with Howorth Pool Service And could not be happier. They have come on time and on the day expected, really truly do clean the deck area as other companies have stated they would, but did not. They email a detailed list of the services performed, including chemicals used, and a picture of the pool when service is completed. Highly recommend this company. Arturo and Patrick have been great!

After 14 years, my pool liner needed to be replaced. The guy that built the pool moved to Virginia, so that left me searching for someone new. A friend suggested I call Jeff Howorth. I gave Jeff a call and I am so glad I did! The experience was great! Jeff sent Arturo to get started right away. Arturo was very efficient and soon was installing our new liner. Jeff came on the second trip once the water was in the pool. He was very thorough and made sure everything was perfect. Our pool is so beautiful and looks brand new! Thank you for a job well done!

These guy were great! Another company was two months late getting our liner replaced. We called Howorth and they came and measured the same day, had the liner in a week later. Quality work, fast response, and always a friendly person to answer the phone. I reclined these guys for any pool work!

Company found leaks in our pool that 2 other companys couldnt. Professional, informative and they were very helpful. I was very happy with their work and will use them for any pool needs that we may have in the future.

The folks at Howorth know what they are doing. After sorting out some problems with a drooping liner, they determined the only way to fix it properly was to install a good drainage system. Project started and was completed in just about a week. Pool and liner are great!

Came and changed the liner because he swore it couldn’t be fixed. The new liner came off within three weeks and Howorth wouldn’t fix his error. So not only give us an expensive fix that wasn’t needed he wouldn’t fix it do not recommend this company to anyone. Only reason I gave a 1 star is because 0 want an option.

We moved to Gainesville Georgia about 2 and a half years ago. When we bought this home it had in ground pool and we knew the liner was old and one day it would need a new one. So we shoped around and found Howorth pools the greatest part Jeff Howorth and his family lived around the corner. He came to our home to discuss. How the poor process worked. He was very thorough and brought samples. Very open minded and kind man. He was about quality and ensured us that we would love it. This company is above and beyond the best pool company around the best bang for your buck will not overcharge you and do a great job. They came out and installed the pool liner in one day it was amazing to watch.Once we filled the pool 3 days later we were swimming, it was awesome. Thank you, Jeff and your team for amazing work. They also checked all the lines for leaks. Put chemicals in the pool and had us on our way. Thank you again and I will definitely recommend you.Not only did we get a pool liner. They fixed the original issue but then we realized they put bromine pool tablets in our hot tub which got caught in the impeller and ruined it. It is also not supposed to be put in hot tubs and someone could have gotten hurt by it.

Put the wrong coping around my pool, it began to crack, we called over and over to get someone to come out, finally came out after 3 YEARS, told me the warranty had expired on the tiles. Crooks, I am not the only one they have cheated. I have called you several times over the last 5 YEARS. I was told after 3 years the warranty had expired. I found out due to my own research that the tiles were never to be installed in a climate with the chance of freezing temps. I bet if you really think about it you know who I am. I have called you since this review and left messages to no avail. You Facebook page is down and your email and message service is not working which I find interesting. So your move, we have no way to contact you by either voice or email and when I do call no one EVER responds.

Really appreciate the professional work of all who worked on my pool.
