I went to have a color change done on my toe nails, they do offer that service, but seems like they do not like to work on it because they don’t make too much money. As far as another customer got in the building, the guy working on me started painting my toe nails very very fast, as he wanted to have it done in a minute to go and work on the other customer . I asked him why are you rushing so much, this is not going to come out well, and he got angry stand up of his chair and walked away. Another lady came a did the job but she didn’t want to do it. The nail polish was almost gone, so she was having a hard time getting some from the bottle, so i mentioned to her, there was another bottle of the same color, and she said: oh no I am not going to do it, this should be enough. So she was done, I paid and left and did not leave any TIP because didn’t want to. They started to talk in vietnamise probably complaining about me no tipping her. The TIP is for a good service received, it is not an obligation, and guess what? I did not receive a good service. No coming back to this place. There are so many nail salons that will provide a much better service.

Had a great experience today, having received a nails. The service was professional and my provider made me feel very comfortable. My tech is very detailed and takes her time.

This shop is amazing. Clean, really professional and just all around has so much to offer. I got my toes done by a woman i cant remember her name but she was so sweet and made sure she kept checking in with me to make sure I was okay.

I love, they always do a good job on my nails and feet! The staff really focus on making sure your nails are done very neat. You can go to anyone there and they all will do a good job.

I went for a pedicure today I am from out of town and it was awesome I saw them and they did such an amazing job fixing up my toes. Clean and everyone was super friendly.

I usually like neutral color. My tech knows it and she recommends colors I would like! I absolutely loved all her recommendations! She is also very pleasant to talk with! I strongly recommend this place!!!

I got the manicure and it looks amazing and not too thick which is perfect. She definitely made sure she was taking her time and making them perfect.

The girl that did my nails did an amazing job and the shape is perfect. Even after showing her a reference photo for a second, she knew right away what to do. Overall 10/10.

My manicurist is absolutely amazing! I have been getting my nails done by them for 4 times and I wont go to anyone else!! Im very particular and my nails are perfect every time.

I had the pedicure and a manicure. Both were fantastic. The staff was very friendly and the shop was beautiful and very clean. They are reasonably priced.

When I was here for the second time, the execution is fantastic here. I was so grateful they could take me in with enough time to finish my nails and get ready before the wedding.

I found this salon on accident one day, I desperately needed a pedicure, and finding a nail salon open on Sundays was a mission on its own.The nail techs are so friendly and always smiling, you can tell they really love what they do.When I got my pedicure, I was so pleased with the quality of it, that I also decided to get a full set of acrylics too, my first set ever! The tech was very diligent in making sure I got exactly what I wanted, and I couldnt be more pleased.Their staff is friendly, the salon is bright and clean, and their prices are fair.This is now my go-to nail place.

My nails were horrible. They were big, bulky, and had dents in them, and I only got a short natural length all white acrylic set. I tried to keep guiding them & informing them that they were in bad shape. The shorter lady cut 4 of my cuticles after I kept telling her she was on my skin. I had to pay extra money & go somewhere else to get them off and redone. I was really sad & disappointed because I had an event to attend that night. They were horrible nails. (Edit: This was a new and fresh set, so they were not going over anyone else’s work)

I recently moved here and I love this place so far. I am very sensitive to the fume however, this place does not smell like other salons. They had new tables and chairs. I got my dipping power done and I love it. I went to other place and they destroyed my nails. I also got the deluxe pedicure. The lady did my toe took her time. I feel like a new person. This will be my new spot from now on.

I have been going here regularly for about a year. They know me by name, and usually I am very satisfied with the service. Tonight I went in about 10 minutes before close and there were 3 people working. 2 were finishing up, one was not even working. I asked for a quick eyebrow wax, and got told yes, if I could wait. The one who wasnt working said no and shook his head at me. They proceeded to speak in a language I dont understand for 5 minutes before telling me to come back tomorrow. I responded by saying I can go somewhere else but I wont be back, and left. I have referred over 10 people to them who are now regulars. I just dont think thats how you treat a loyal customer. Best of luck to a group I used to love, but they will not be getting my business again.

Steven at TJ nails did a really awesome job on my nails. They also made special accommodations for me. Since, I was on crutches. The atmosphere is very relaxing and great. I definitely will be returning. They also did a great job on my pedicure. The older lady really gave me a great leg massage. It was the best I have ever had. And, she spent a long time on the leg massage. I definitely recommend everyone try this place. They are awesome!

I made an appointment to get a gel fill. When I showed up early to the appointment, the nail salon was empty, they still didn’t take me till 15 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. Once they got started it took them two hours to fill my nails. Nine days later four of my nails started lifting and one broke off completely. I would never recommend TJ nails to anyone. If you want quality nail service this isn’t not the place for you.

This used to be a nice place with great service but not so much anymore. Employees barely speak to you, they charge customers full price and do not do the full service and dont dare tell them they messed up. The tech soaked my hand in ice cold water (was not even luke warm) for manicure. Nails not even close to dry and was told that I was done. Did not remove me excess paint around the fingers and tech tried to dry trim my nail beds until I told him it hurt. I am very disappointed in the service. Not like it used to be. Dont waste your time or money!!!

Staff was friendly enough, however I paid 45$ (including tip) for a special they had and I got this man that just looked like they forced him to come out. I didnt even get the services I paid for and there was still a ton of dead skin on my feet that I had to get rid of myself. I actually ended up having to just do my usual pedi at home anyway so it was a waste of time for me. Its a shame because everyone else seemed nice enough, just the quality was horrible.

The older guy there always touches my nails to see if they are dry and when he sees that they aren’t dry he just leaves my nails with finger prints also he doesn’t know how to dip correctly and after my last appointment he never greeted be good by or anything he just said “go”

My daughter and I waited almost 30 minutes after we were told it would only be a few. The lady who did my daughters nails didnt know how to apply the DIP powder nor soak them off. The final straw... a man came in and asked for a pedi and was told that there were no more appts available for the day so he sat down and then? A woman walks in, no appt and was immediately taken in. WTH?? This place is where my daughter was getting her nails done. Rest assured we will never return.

Horrible. I have been going there for years and they have a new person who did an awful job. She punched my foot during massage. I left before color and they made me pay. I have disputed the charge and hopefully will be able to get my money back. Will never go back.

After I was unhappy with the service I received at another nail salon in gainesville after 3 visits, I was referred to TJ Nails, and was satisfied after one visit. They can have my business anytime!

Got me in right away. Very friendly staff. Waxing, facials, massage and nails, of course.

I walked in at 5:45 on Sunday, when they close at 6pm. I was turned around at the door before I could even get a step in the door. No greeting, no smile.. just we closed.
