I walked and asked for a soak off and she forced pulled in order to take off my nails and made them bleed without saying sorry and forced me to pay for it. And my nails never looked like this after I take them off !

Loved both times I went.

Went there for a basic pedicure. When I walked in the nail tech sat me down and presented me with some selections for what Im guessing was part of an upgraded pedicure vs a basic one. Not a big deal but it would have been nice to see a menu of options. The tech was also a bit rough handling my feet. They needed a bit of work but it seemed like the tech was using her nails while massaging my feet and it was pretty painful. The overall work with painting my toes and my moms toes was sub par. The lady that did my moms toes even skipped painting her smallest toe nails. After looking closely I noticed that the polish didnt look like it was spread evenly and was a bit clumpy looking in areas on both of our feet. If you need to slap some paint on your toes then hit them up but if youre looking for something special I would steer clear.

I got my nails done here by some tall skinny boy. From the jump he was rushing through my fill in. I told him he was putting them too close to the cuticle and that would cause lifting. Yet he claimed they wouldnt be be like that once he filed them down, yet they were. I had to get another guy to fix my nails which also had hair inside the gel and very lumpy.They gave me a hard time about fixing something that should have been done right from the start. They are very unprofessional but come into black areas to support their families off of our coins but treat us like dogs. I will NEVER spend another dime in the asain/Chinese community. If if wasnt for my people they wouldnt even be able to survive over here. 95 percent of the customers that frequent their shops and patronize are black Americans .

Best place for nail designs! Only people in town I trust to touch my hands. Ive been going there for 10 years and a very loyal customer. Its a family owned business and everyone is friendly.

Did not get what i wanted. I wanted painted acrylic not powder . I just got these done yesterday and Im seeing how much of a bad job it was . I have the acrylic on my skin. Never going back .

The very first time I went my nails started pealing and chipping. I went back to have them fixed and they started pealing and chipping and breaking off. I went to another place that I normally go and she said that I had fungus under my nails from Lee Nails not using clean and sanitized equipment. This place will never get business from me again. Please dont go to Lee Nails.

They change the price on every chance they get..thats price gouging and unfair to loyal customers cause its tax time ...in search of a new nail salon they will not get anymore of my business and when you ask why its always a different price? they say they dont know after lying that the manager was their and he was in the he back room eating bad business

This shop is ok my main problem is the way they CHANGE the price on you. Ive been getting my nails done for over 15 yrs so I dont misinterpret which is what they were ACTING like I did...they do good designs but get the price straight BEFOREHAND& repeat it while getting your nails done! Even if you call over the phone theyll change it once you get there or base it on how they feel!Update: Randy is now GONE he was the best tech in there(when I could get him to do my nails- which wasnt as often as I would have liked as he was always busy)! Hannah ALWAYS has an attitude & likes to pick& choose whose nails shes going to do! Sometimes they overlook & fill over moles under the nail instead of drilling it away, properly treating it,& giving it the proper foundation.

Been going here for years, love the new renovations and was able to get in and out this morning so Im happy

Oh my nails are beautiful the service was awesome they was respectful they were considerate they were kind of people that came in that were rude they answer all questions as best they could and the time that I was there it was really great even when people were being sarcastic with them

I was there on yesterday to get a Power fill. This message is to Randy. Your sister n law ard with me because I did not say dip powder..which I never had to say before. She openly argued with me in front of all the customers. Her body language along with her attitude was horrible with other customers. I have always been patient and considered myself a good customer. Later on I went to get something our of my purse and one tip broke. Went back to get fixed. RUDE again . Finally one of the other tech was real nice and fixed it. Well this morning my polish is already coming off.Right now my plans are NOT to go back. At this point I am figuring how to REMOVE the one star rating. Also there were other customers walking out.CUSTOMER SERVICE is very important. You DO NOT argue with customer.

Salon could use a good cleaning! A coat of paint would do wonders. Pedicure was ok.If only my usual place was open on in days😏.

Everytime I come here they always mess something up. I went 2 days ago and the guy did an ok job but he didnt cut my cuticles or push them back so it already looks like I need a fill. Ill stick to luxury nails.
