I came here a little over a week ago to get my nails done for my wedding. My appointment was two days before, and after paying $100 the nails barely made it through the wedding. By the end of the night one of the tips had broken off, and two more broke the next day. Then while literally scratching my back, another nail split in half through my nail bed. Since the acrylics are fresh it’s still attached to my nail and since it broke so far down it’s all stuck to the skin like a very painful loose tooth. I had to cut all of the nails down to prevent anymore damage. My nail tech was very uninterested the whole time, when I tried talking to her she’d only respond with one word and wouldn’t even look at me, which isn’t that big of a deal I understand some people just don’t like talking, but she wasn’t even looking at my hands or paying attention to what she was doing and filed down to the skin on the edges of several of my nails despite me saying ow and pulling away. If it was a typical $50 set of nails, it wouldn’t be any sweat off my back, but for $100 I expect them to at least last the average 2 weeks. I was hoping to get a partial refund since they were not worth a full hundred, and I’ll be moving out of country in a week and won’t be able to wait for them to grow out to get a fixed set. But when I called I was told that I could not have any refund at all and the only thing they could do for me was redo my nails (not including the broken one obviously). So my two options are leaving my nails as this broken mess or going back to let them damage my nails even more. I definitely wouldn’t recommend going here, it’s more of a scam than a salon.

My nail tech lam was very rough with my pedicure and manicure. He cut my cuticle on my toe and rubbed acetone on it before he painted my toes. He was sweating profusely and was rushing through my nail manicure had to take several breaks to wipe sweat off. He used the drill to sculpt my nail after the set and was super hot and burned the cuticle line on my hand. He left pink acrylic under my nails and nails stuck to the skin underneath. He charged me for a manicure on top of a full nail set but still many hanging cuticles, used acrylic even though I asked for dip powered, he never dipped my nails into a pot he used liquid and brush. I showed him a picture of Johns work at that exact same salons Instagram and he said he didn’t know who John was and can do the same design- did some lines on my nails and tried to say it was the same! After telling him how unhappy I was he still overcharged me for the set and the design of a few lines even though he stated that he applied an unhappy customers discount $180! I’m highly disappointed with my experience at this salon with such high reviews and reputation. Lam is too rough and speedy sweating to work on clients.

Azulene is a beautiful day spa and Tony was incredible. He made my entire experience so wholesome and I would absolutely use him again. Although I have used Azulene before for other services, I felt that my gel manicure with small designs was quite pricey at $63. I don’t mind paying for great service and good quality but it did catch me off guard. I will be back!

Dont bother with apt, you still will wait over 20 min. Packed and over charged for very simple pedicure. They are NOT COVID COMPLIANT. Packed tight hoarded in. I saw a pedicurist dump her skin scrubby thing into the next spa that was empty to clean it off. So when someone comes it would be dirty. Yucky! And the wait is intolerable. COVID Feast! They charge too much, not enough scrubbing and NO MASSAGE on legs for $57 bucks! They just rub on lotion, no massage!

I was excited to make this appointment. However, my experience inside the salon could have been better. My technician was friendly but was very focused on other things during my 1 1/2 hour service. She was stopping to talk consistently, which is okay but it ran my time way over what I anticipated. I was also charged for gel polish for my black dipped nails. Technically they didnt need anything but a matte top coat, so the upsell was unnecessary but that my bad for falling for it.The reason Im writing this is because my nails were not applied correctly. They are all tilting up as if they are lifted already. This led to discomfort so I called and was told I could come in and get them looked at. I was unable to make an appointment that day (Saturday) due to my own schedule and the person who was going to be fixing them would be off for the next two days making it Tuesday before they could be fixed. My overall experience was poor. I ended up soaking the nails off and eating 60 dollars. Wouldnt recommend.

Just have to give another 5 star. Absolutely love this salon. I drive an hour and fifteen to come here!! The owner and his wife are fantastic and always super friendly. I had Annie this time to do a repair and she was super quick and friendly with great service. Owning a restaurant my hands are in bleach and my nails hold up every time!! Love this place and wont go anywhere else as I have been coming here for well over a year!!

Didnt catch his name, but my nail tech did amazing! I went to Bellagio nails yesterday and they completely botched my nails and he fixed them better than I imagined! Definitely my new regular nail salon! The second picture is the before.

Very organized, professional, very, very busy. One could very easily spend the day here being pampered. I came for a haircut by Alice. Love her!!! You have a jewel in her. I will be back as long as Alice is there! Might even take advantage of your other services.

Its amazing how they Just up charge u for everything and dont tell u when they are doing it! I asked for a full set and instead of asking me what I wanted...they did the full set (dip) witch I have never gotten but when I went back for a full the women told me there is a charge for removal of the nail and then to dip again! I was so upset I left but they lie and over charge people because they can get away with it! Find another place trust me this place is not right!UPDATEI Asked for acrylic nails but somehow got dipped nails. So when I asked for acrylic nails the technician should have known that I wanted acrylic nails not dip nails that would have to be removed each time so 1 I never received a menu so thats false and 2 I asked for acrylic nails got a different service than what was requested.

Just stopped in and had my nails done by Nathan. I came in with a picture of what I wanted and he did an amazing job to make that happen! They look exactly how I wanted. He was also very professional and personable! I definitely recommend Azulene Day Spa, and if you go, ask for Nathan!

1 day after getting my nails done - ALL of them are cracked2 days after getting my nails done - the gel has cracked off in piecesI was excited to go here as it’s very clean, has a friendly staff, and came recommended. The manicure was very good and I was extremely happy with the results when I left. However, the day after getting my nails done, ALL (and I mean every single nail) had cracks in the gel. I’ve gotten gel numerous times at another salon and it usually lasts me around 4 weeks. IT IS THE SECOND DAY. 2 days after getting my nails done, I notice pieces have cracked off my nail. I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of products they use. I paid $48 for a service I usually pay $20 for at home - which actually stays on my nails for weeks.Conclusion, I won’t be returning. If you want nails that last, I’d look elsewhere.

Not once did I get cut, I didn’t have to correct anything, they explained what they were doing before it was being done. Love my color. Will be back to test out a pedi

This was my first time ever getting a.pedicure. Im 78 years old. The lady that took care of me spent a lot of time on my feetShe did a good job. Very pleasant ecperience.

I love this place so much. relaxing atmosphere, very professional and amicable nail techs, and extremely clean. very worth the price especially if you are getting acrylics. nathan is incredible and i love how he does my nails.

I’ve been here several times and it’s variable but mostly mediocre. I would consider it over priced compared to other places. Today was a very rushed and poor job and still cost over $40. Layers of polish were packed on so fast there is NO chance this will dry successfully in a reasonable amount of time. My shoes were returned wet, and polish was left smudged on my toe (not my nail) after it dropped and he wiped it with his finger. This was my last visit, no more chances :(

I went there to just get color, but it was a girls day so I decided to try something new and get extensions. Unfortunately because the nail tec knew it was my first time getting fake nails he took full advantage of that. Typically at most salons you wont be charged separately for gel polish and acrylic nails, by definition I wasnt even given acrylic nails. I WAS given the plastic nail extensions but not actual acrylic nails. Not once did I see a brush dipped in powder and liquid. (I did a lot of research after this experience.) My natural nails and the fake nails also had a gap between them. If your nails look like mine do, all lumpy and misshapen, take them in and ask them to fix it. For me its too late to fix it, these nails are long gone and I have beautiful actual acrylics from Classy Nails.ALSO. Expect to get blindsided at every turn on prices. Their website is different from their in store services! Theyll hand you this huge menu of services when youre in house.The store itself is beautiful and luxurious. Its unfortunate they have employees producing this kind of poor quality.

This is the best spot in town to get a pedicure. Lam is always wonderful and goes above and beyond.

Was doing a terrible job and got mad when my friend told her to please remove it and do something else and immediately started talking in another language complaining about my friend, did not even try to hide it.

The absolute cleanest nail salon in Gainesville and Ocala! I have not had a minute of trouble with athletes foot or a fungal nail infection since I started going to Azuline Day Spa, on a regular basis.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Save your money and go somewhere else. The pedicure was rushed. Maybe took 15 minutes. He barely worked on my feet. Did not remove any calluses despite the pedicure description. The massage? Also non-existent. He spent 1 minute putting lotion on my legs and that was the massage.

AVOID THIS SALON ON ALL COSTS! THEY WILL SCAM YOU!I went to this salon after seeing great manicure designs on their Instagram and wanted to treat myself. When I arrived is when they decided to tell me that my nail tech didnt come in that day so I would have to be with someone else, when my appointment was later in the afternoon so they had all day to notify me. I was taken advantage of simply because I didnt know that my nail tech was adding additional things without telling me before putting them on. I rarely get my nails done so I thought what I had signed up for was what I was getting and the price would be the same. They claimed that I could have asked them or gotten a detail receipt or I shouldve consulted my nail tech, which all things I did. These people do not want to take responsibility for taking advantage of their customers and doing a horrible job. I called and asked how much it would cost to get acrylic with design before scheduling and they said it would be about $45. This was not even close to what I paid -- it ended up being $80!? I wouldnt be as upset if my nails actually looked even half worth the price. They looked like a kindergartener had a field day doing my nails. They were chunky, globbed up, and the design was childlike. I had to go right after my appointment because I had classes to make that day and didnt get to inspect further until I went in my car. I called them immediately after as I was driving home and instead of taking responsibility for the horrible job they did and refunding me or at least a partial refund they offered for me to come back so they could fix them. However they made me have the same nail tech that did the horrible job in the first place. When I came back my nail tech proceeded to tell me that he didnt want me coming back here. And I assured him I would NEVER be back...If they decide to comment on this review I will laugh. Even the job redone was done with minimal effort and still sloppy. I learned my lesson with you all and will never ever come back or recommend anyone to go to you. Have fun continuing to scam peopleUPDATE: of course they commented back claiming a misunderstanding. They didnt even read my review based off of their response. I already went back and got them redone (which they were still bad) and yet they claim to offer this again online just to show good face. It is sad to see people take advantage of others so please DO NOT go to this salon.

Neil tech kept telling me how great dip is and i finally said yes just to get him to stop. He charged me for dip, shape, design (which i did not get, i got powder pink which was the neutral he had at his station so he didnt even have to get up), AND he charged me for matte when he did not do matte??? He was too busy telling me about the apple watch he wants to buy rather than focus on not catching my skin with the tools. I have several spots where he nicked me. Theyre just trying to get money out of you and nickle and dime you until they do. Will not be returning.

Had the most amazing manicure experience. Made an appointment with Nathan based on a friends recommendation and SO glad I did! He took the time to listen to the design I wanted, perfectly applied dip powder and gave my awful cuticles the attention they needed! The salon is immaculate and every employee was kind! I’ll definitely be returning!

Gel manicure peeling and chipping after a week. Someone I went with got dip manicure and it chipped within 24 hours. My gel pedicure (done by a different technician) is going strong though. I wish I could give them separate reviews. This place is too expensive for the quality.

Came in for a fill. They took me in immediately then the nail tech gave me the side eye and then had to take a 10 min phone call. I said ok its not a problem I can wait. She came back looked at me and rolled her eyes. Then walked away. About 15 more mins past and theyre literally looking for her. She comes out and walks away again after seeing me. Then I tell them I dont want it anymore and my friend is almost done with her set so Ill just leave when shes done and the nail tech comes out and helped the women waiting.... mind u the women she helped is a different race from me. I dont recommend.

I got the Day of Glamour package (massage, facial, Mani/Pedi) and added on a haircut/blow-dry. The entire day was very relaxing and refreshing, and all the employees did a great job of taking care of me. I highly recommend Azulene Day Spa II for newbies or seasoned spa customers. I will definitely visit again soon. Thanks again for an amazing day!

I truly have never left a review online. I’ve thought about it for many great businesses before, but really felt it necessary today to share how exceptional my pedicure experience was. Bought the fruit (pineapple) pedicure package and it was easily the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Jason was excellent. Will definitely be back and try other salon services as well.

My boyfriend made a reservation for the queen package for Mother’s Day. I decided to change the services I was receiving and they were able to make the accommodations. To make things even better, I received a beautiful ombré full set and was able to show it off because my boyfriend proposed later on that day! I had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend to others for their great service and overall experience.

I am not one to complain but my experience here was awful. So saddened because the one in Ocala is lovely and I’ve recommended people to the one here, BIG mistake. Not only is my nail polish peeling an hour after being painted since the nail tech didn’t wipe the oil off well, he was oddly obsessed with my daughter, in a freaky way. He kept saying how much nicer she is than myself (she’s amazing, I agree) but continuously stared and made remarks about my pre-teen. So disgusted, I’ll never be back.

I got my nails done here and they turned out awful, I tried to go back the next day and they were “too busy” to fix them then and told me they would charge me to fix them. Never going back here

The Spa is beautiful. 1st time there so I did not know the protocol. Nathan was punctual, after being seated he excused himself and left, then asked if I had picked a color, which I didn’t know where to choose from. Once established he left to get the product, I noticed the shield and table dusty. He did not wipe the counter or shield, proceeded to work on me, other employees came by to talk to him, so I did not get a connection, I saw people getting served drinks, I never got even water offered.I saw other people get their hands massaged, not me.It was Saturday afternoon and Nathan suggested to come on weekdays next time, I did not feel relevant with that comment.On checking out he was quick to suggest other services. I said other times. I did not leave with a feeling of coming back.

I showed a picture of matte white nails and got the shape, length, and soft white color exactly how I wanted it. It’s hard finding good nail salons in Gainesville, Florida, so I was pleasantly surprised. I recommended this salon to my friends, and I plan on coming back myself!

I am always pleased with my how my nails turn out...Nathan never fails me...& has never let me down when it comes to color schemes & nail designs..today was my first time having Tony do my pedicure and it will not be my last.. not only did he give an overall great experience..the conversation was a delight as well...I definitely will continue to use Azulene Day Spa for all of my nail needs. 😀

Receptionist did not know about services when asked and mentioned never saw anybody get that service before! We ordered champagne which she (same girl) poured it and walked away to do other things while our overpriced wine got warm and stale.. My male nail tech was snobby and barely did anything to nail cuticle, hardly filed, just went quickly through the motions. I find it very rude also when techs constantly speak and whisper to each other in foreign language when they can speak English quite well. Makes one feel AA if they are talking about youFor such a classy place, staff needs some serious training on customer service.

Yesterday I went to Azulene Day Spa II for a full set of acrylic nails. The professional (Name: Lam) who did my nails had a bad attitude and was disrespectful to me. He did a horrible job at doing my nails. First before he did anything, I showed him a picture of how I wanted my nails done. He didnt do it how I wanted it, and so when I told him it was wrong, he got annoyed and angry. When he was using the dremel, he was injuring my skin badly that I started to even bleed. I told the front desk about it, but they didnt do anything about it. My skin is now infected because of it. I do like the place, but the service is horrible. I do not recommend this place. It was my worst experience ever. 😞

Great experience!I made an appointment a few days before and decided the morning of that I couldn’t wait any longer and they graciously moved my appointment up by an hour. I wanted to treat myself with a full set and marble on each (which does add up).The woman who did my nails did an amazing job applying the full set and was very detail oriented. She also attempted to do the marble effect but it didn’t turn out right the first time, so I asked for all white instead.. but they didn’t take no as an answer and another gentleman came and did my nails over again, and I love them! Thank you so much! 🥰

I was recommended by a friend to come here. It has been an amazing experience every single time. It’s consistent it’s really amazing quality clean (the most important) and the technicians are fantastic. It’s hard to find a good nail salon and it is the best feeling when you finally find a really great reliable one. Really happy and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone who’s looking for any type of services that they offer here I could only speak to the nails and it’s been probably that my top five best nail places ever! Edit to add. The owner, responded to my google review and mentioned that they would fix it and to come in. So I went in today after I made an appointment and CONFIRMED with the receptionist that I would not be paying for this, and the woman who is the owner told me I had to pay the full $45 to fix them. LOL . They wasted my time once again. Don’t go to a nail salon who does not value your time as a customer or provides quality work. My dip nails that they told me would last longer than gel, has broken on two separate nails within a week. Sad to say. I’m in search of new nail salons if anyone has recommendations.I have gone here a few times and made this my go to salon but last week when I went in, I was doing a gel manicure, and they all told me I should try dip. So after constant telling me to try dip, I did . Let me add, it’s an additional $10 up charge and all I got was a white coat . The next day when I looked closer at my nails, I noticed streaks in almost every single nail. It’s difficult to take photos of due to the lighting and them being white. So when I noticed this problem, I have been so busy working full days, I didn’t get a chance to call . Since going there, I was like “oh they’re nice, it won’t be a problem if I call them Monday and say something”, well I was wrong . I got them done Wednesday night, and today when I called, she told me they won’t do anything since it’s past 3 days and all I could do was to pay to have them fixed . Well, maybe the work should’ve been done nicely at first and not butchered so badly that a person would need to come back . Why would I pay to have a basic dip manicure redone because it was messed up out of my control. I don’t have time to go back to a nail salon and spend an hour having my nails redone, as well as to damage them even more with all the nail grinding and filing . It’s just ridiculous that they don’t even take a chance to look at it and be like “wow yeah this is something you didn’t cause, and we’ll fix it” rather than “nah you need to pay $45 to fix it even though 5 days ago you paid $60 to have this done”The photos can’t be posted on here for some reason so if you go to Facebook and view my review there, you can see the bad quality of work.

One of the worst experiences I have had at a nail salon!!!!The only reason for a 2 is because there was no wait. My appointment started on time. It was 3 of us for mani/pedi with dip. We ended up getting regular polish because the job was so rushed and had such poor quality. They didn’t shape my or my daughters nails ( square round.... nothing fancy) and who messes up polish. I paid for the callus removal but I could barely feel him touching my feet. So sad because it is in a up and coming area and the aesthetics of the place is nice. I wouldn’t EVER go back!!!!!I also tried to file a complaint with the BBB. They are not accredited with them... RUN....

Azulene Day Dpa II is amazing. It is very clean, great service and they do amazing work. Call them for any beauty service (hair, nails, facials, massages and more).

Was referred by a friend when my usual place closed. So glad she did! It’s so niiice & bougie but had a very friendly atmosphere, not snooty. My tech was amazing, a great listener. Walk-ins are welcome but make an appointment if you can; they get busy even on a weekday.

I went to this spa and waited over an hour. I was passed up twice for other clients. The nail tech refused to give me service twice in front of me. When. I spoke to the manager he lied and said there was a misunderstanding and refused to allow me to reach the owner. The nice ladies at the front desk did apologize and clarify that I was refused service and passed over because of the cost of my service. Apparently I wasnt spending enough money.

This salon is always clean, professional, and friendly. The BEST extensive nail color selection and variety of services. Such good options for pedicures and plenty of chairs to bring friends along. I recommend this place to all of my local friends and coworkers. I always go to Nathan for my nails because he always does a great job and actually cares about what looks good on you when you ask, lol.

I had the most amazing experience at the spa. I had a pedicure today and I had a full set of acrylics. The gentleman that took care of me today his name is Tony and he is absolutely amazing. Very very detailed very thorough takes his time very professional. I have never had a pedicure like I did today and it was the deluxe and he treated me like I was getting top-of-the-line pedicure. The application of my full set acrylics was also absolutely amazing. I have never ever had a set of nails look so fantastic as I did when I walked out of that nail spa today. I usually come here for nails but decided to try out their hair services.Had an amazing experience with Tassa,the stylist.She asked a lot of questions and made sure she did exactly what I wanted with my haircut.Will definitely be coming back:)

My Tech was very professional and even though it was almost closing he took his time. The atmosphere was tranquil. The service I received was the V.i.P manicure and dip nails. The gratis vino was cute!

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. The service I got was Dip. Upon getting there we went to pick our colors. The nail tech assigned to me, Cassie, came up to get me and as I was not ready and still picking colors along with my roommate I asked for more time. She tried to take the colors and go to her desk, but my roommate was still looking at colors so she needed to see them too. She rushed off with an attitude. After she came back, she was incredibly passive aggressive. She thinned my nails to the point where one broke and I asked if she wasnt being a bit too harsh and immediately blamed it on me saying that it was my nail. My nails are very strong as I do not bite them and take care of them so they do not break very easily. I did not ask for a new nail tech because I did not want to cause a scene. Within 12 hours of getting the service, my first nail chipped. I called them immediately as I would be out of town for the next few days. They said that once I got back I could go and get it fixed, but only by the nail tech that did them. By day 4, 5 of my nails had broken. I got back today and called them. They refused to offer me any help even though my nail tech had told me that if I had any issues and I was out of town I could call and go beyond the three-day policy period. My nails broke in the first day and they still refused to be any help or try to fix the situation.

What an amazing experience. Was not planning on getting a manicure and pedicure but was driving by and after a long hard week I decided I needed to pamper myself a little. I walked in and was immediately taken by the true spa like ambiance and atmosphere. The hostess was pleasant and informed me they were booked but if I didn’t mind waiting 15 minutes I could be seen. I asked if I could also get my eyebrows waxed and the esthetician came forward to offer that she was available and took me back. It was the nicest private waxing room and she did an amazing job on my eyebrows. I went back to the waiting room and Katherine the esthetician approached me again and said she’d had a cancellation and would be happy to do my pedicure and manicure. She showed me a spa menu, offered me a bottled water, and I chose the coconut milk spa package. Wow! Wow! Wow! The massage chair was the best I’d ever sat in and the pedicure and manicure was absolutely amazing. Fantastic relaxing atmosphere, super clean and sterile, soothing ambiance, great staff, and amazing customer service. I will most definitely be back!

It was great it was my first time there. The guy who helped me was sweet and really funny. The prices were affordable, and the place is just so beautiful. They hade a waterfall wall which was amazing and the pedicure was just heaven. Will definitely be going here from now on!!

I was given a gift certificate for a package that they offer. Scheduled my appointment 2 days in advance, I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment to find out that the girl who took my call never put me on the schedule. I wasnt able to get my massage or my facial because they needed a 2 hour call out time. The girl behind the desk took my name and number to speak with the manager about it. A week later and I still didnt hear anything back. I called to follow up and see if I can get a refund on the gift certificate. they can do nothing but reschedule my appointment. And I find out that the massage therapist and esthetician were both there after all. So disgusted with the customer service.

Wow! Gorgeous salon/spa with friendly and talented staff! Very professional, courteous, and fun. I will definitely become a long-time customer!

The next day after getting a gel manicure, the polish started chipping off of two nails. I called and asked if they could fix it, they said sure no problem come in. Once I got there they took the gel off but then told me it would be an additional $15 to repaint my nails.

I’ve been going to Azulene for a few months now and it has been the best nail salon I have visited during the last five years in Gainesville by far. The salon is clean and I have never had an issue getting an appointment and timely service. Nathan is amazing and my nails have never been stronger or looked better! I get dip powder and he applies and removes it so carefully and gently that my nails have grown out and are super healthy. Have recommended this to all of my friends!

First of all...if I could I would give this place zero stars. On 4/27/2019, my daughter and I went to Azulene in Gainesville for 2 “Queen for the day” spa packages. This included a facial, massage, mani and pedi. Azulene calls itself a “Spa” but it is more of a mani/pedi place. During our facial, you can hear the employees laughing and talking on the hallway outside out room (not much of a quiet relaxing place!). I was not able to get my massage because there was only one masseuse available. I did not want my daughter to have to wait for me! The point was for both of us to have a “day at the Spa”. I paid an extra $20 for both of us to have a Gel manicure. Both of our Gel manicures was a disaster. I was attending a very special event out of town a few days after the mani (the reason to have a gel!) and by the day of the event, more than half of my nails had not nail polish (and I was at a place where I could not get another mani!). Needless to say, it was embarrassing to show my nails! See the photos below!!! The first nail polish to go (and I mean the whole nail in one piece) happen 2 days after the Mani. I was still in Gainesville and was able to get it fixed. The next day (already on my way to the event), 2 nails chipped (and I did nothing…was just sitting in a car). By the time I arrived at the location, 3 nails were bad….and so forth. The same thing happened to my daughter’s nails (and we had different employees doing our nails!). When I arrived back in Gainesville, I stopped at Azulene and asked for a refund on my mani’s (just the mani’s….I paid a total of $399, so just wanted a small portion of what I paid). I showed them the photos..The refused to give me the refund. They wanted to give me a credit! Why would I want another mani from them!!!! I needed my mani to be nice for my event, instead I got embarrassed! Please ladies….DO NOT EVER HAVE YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!!!

I was their first customer! I usually go to the Ocala location but one employee told me about this one opening and it was on the same day I would be in Gainesville, so I went because I love Azulene in Ocala and I love how they do my nails. And the building is beautiful! I would highly recommend.

I am just in love with my nails. There so pretty and I highly recommend coming to this place. It is on the pricey side but you get what you pay for which in this case is wonderfully great nails. They have numerous different colors to choose from. So you will always find a color that is just right for you.

Love the choices and fresh fruit pedis! I do wish my technician had slowed down a bit! Pedis are meant to be a relaxing, extended experience.

I had a great experience at Azulene Day Spa. Its a beautiful salon, clean, relaxing and the workers are great. I came in with my sister and niece and they did awesome work on our pedicures and nails. I work a 9 to 5 job and I have a busy life, especially around the holidays. I came in at 6:25 on a Monday after running some errands. The receptionist, a young girl wearing a bucholz high school sweatshirt said I couldn’t get service because what I wanted supposedly takes at least 2 hours.I have never been turned away at a nail salon before, especially with the store still open for another hour and a half. She definitely needs customer service training. This was my first time visiting the salon and also my last.

Great service, educated massage therapist, listens to your issues and applies massage accordingly! Cant wait to go back! Thank you Shamon (sorry if I spelled your name wrong).

Absolutely LOVE this salon! I’ve been coming here since they opened, and always have had my nails done perfectly every single time. They can do anything from pink and White, to crazy nail designs. They are always up on the hottest nail trends and techniques. Every single tech there does quality work, they are extremely friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. Don’t waste your time or money with any other salons, this is the BEST one in Gainesville!

This was my very first visit at Azulene Day Spa II and enjoyed the experience. I had my nails done by Diana, who has been doing my nails for two years. I will follow this lady anywhere! She has always done a fabulous job and I am NEVER disappointed. My nails are always complimented on. Again, this was my first visit to the spa and it was so beautiful and stylish. It bolstered such a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The Staff members were so professional and nice. Also, Diana told me about additional services offered here and I will be definitely returning for nails, hair and microblading. 💖💖💖💖

I highly recommend this place! I’ve been going to them for almost a year. The two owners Katherine & Nate are two of the most sweetest people you will ever meet. They both along with their staff go above and beyond to make sure your visit is relaxing and enjoyable. I looked over some of the reviews that we not so friendly, but sorry iI have never had a bad experience with them or any of their staff. All I have to say is before you go blasting bad reviews at this business on here please check them out for yourself before you believe the bad reviews. They have my continued support and business.

Tony filled my nails today and turned an awful thick job from another salon to a beautiful acrylic manicure. He was fast, but you could also tell that he cared and paid attention to detail. Thanks, Tony!

The same day that I do my nails they just broke and they fix one the next day for me, literally I have 6 day that they done for me and almost 5 nail are broke completely and I pay 45 just for that. I dont like the service there, first and last one.

They are amazing! I’m very particular on who I allow to do my nails because I’ve have my nail bed destroyed so many times. But Nathan is amazing! Completely trust him to work his magic! Super clean and welcoming! Can’t recommend them enough! 😁😁

Let me start by saying that I have always had the most trouble finding a good salon, but Azulene Day Spa II is amazing! The manager and his wife are so sweet and everyone that has helped me has been great. I’ve had multiple services from them including Manis, Pedis, and facials and I have always left feeling relaxed and happy. If you haven’t tried them before you’re missing out!!

I had my hair done by Kay and, on top of doing a beautiful job, she helped me save money in the process! Over 30 years of experience herself, excellent communication skills, great conversation and honesty. I was completely comfortable as she explained everything before she started to make sure I was getting EXACTLY what my hair needed and I wanted. The salon is elegantly decorated, immaculately clean and hands are washed upon entry. I highly recommend Kay for all things hair- you won’t be disappointed!

Staff was very nice and facility was very clean, spacious, and aesthetically beautiful. The pedicure was nicely done, but my cuticles were cut too short from the manicure and stung when washing my hands (a pet peeve of mine when getting manicures). I was also unknowingly upcharged and given many services I did not request (my final bill was double what I expected). The final result looked nice and only needed a few minor adjustments when I got home, but for the price I paid Id expect them to be perfect. The nails lasted over 3 weeks and only chipped when made a mistake with my kitchen knife. Overall disappointed with experience, especially for the price point. I wont be returning.

She literally did mine completely over because I did not like the first color. Hands down, Best customer service ever. Side note- she does the thinnest, most natural looking acrylics I’ve ever seen! I called ahead to see if they were accepting walk ins and they were! I was so pleasantly surprised by how clean the spa was. From the moment I walked in everyone was very friendly. Angie was my nail tech and she was an absolute doll. I’m new to the area and I definitely have found my go to girl! She gave me an excellent gel pedicure and do not try to shove more expensive services onto me. She was real and honest. My gel manicure she did is just beautiful! She pays attention to detail and truly connects with her clients. 10/10 would recommend this spa and Angie to everyone! Oh, and they have a bar! A BAR!

Azulene is great! The spa is beautiful, there are a variety of services offered, and everything is very clean. Kandy did a full set for me and they turned out beautiful! She is so talented and nice, I definitely recommend booking with her :)

The best pedicures you will ever get! More expensive but worth every penny! The staff is so kind you get a complementary wine with every service. I got a pedicure from Tina today and she took her time and really did a wonderful job! The only place I will get my pedicures done, never feels rushed and they do an amazing job every time!
