I have to tell you I had the best customer service experience with George from the corporate office. He was able to help me find the right unit in a time of crisis along with the best deal from what I found on the website. I cant rave enough about people who love their job and it comes through when they work with the customers. Thank you, George for an outstanding job working with us.

My experience has been excellent. I needed a storage on short notice in June of 2019 and got a good deal, was with them through their renovation and have just moved out after two years and never had any issues. I would highly recommend them if you need storage in Gainesville.

I visited last week and was treated with the best customer service. Sarah was extremely kind and gave me a tour around the premise. She answered every question that I had and was absolute great.

I went in the office the other day to get sizes and prices of a couple storage lockers. The two ladies there were very patient and seemed very knowledgeable. One took me to see the lockers. They helped me decide what I needed when I move.

I am throughly impressed by the staff members at this location. I am a local business owner in need of a storage space for business items. Both staff members were able to help me and answer every questions. The woman staff member even gave me a tour of the properties! I must say, I have never been so happy for someone to take my money LOL. This has been the most pleasant storage facilities experience.

Im so disappointed with how they handle my issue. I tried to dispute a past due charge that I incurred because they missed to send me notifications. And Ive been talking to them for a very long time to send the payment into my email since Im the one paying for it and they kept on sending it to my sister who initially registered me. And because of that, I missed this payment for the first time because of their mistake. And they wont even allow me to dispute it. When everythings settled on my end, I will hopefully move out my stuff from there and will never recommend them and even tell my friends not to consider storespace.

I’ve been out of my storage unit since before thanksgiving just got hit with a withdrawal from them for $107 that I NEVER AUTHORIZED AND I DID NOT USE AUTO PAY. Thanks so much for stealing money from me just before Christmas!*7-10 business days for a refund the same month as Christmas... That was money I could have used for Christmas shopping. Now I’m not going to be able to do that because of a mistake made by you guys.*

The facility had many issues, and their attempt to repair the issues created more problems than it would be worth. The facility cannot maintain gate access, and when your codes do not operate good luck. Attempted all codes optional for my unit, and then disrespect given from the facility manager should not go unseen. I will never conduct business with this facility as they would rather Harrass tenants about using an open exit gate, than remove individuals living in their storage units. This incident occurred in the presence of my girlfriend and a customer of ours which was absolutely disappointing to make them turn around and attempt to use a non-functioning gate code again. This complex may have been remodeled, but given the companies allowance of this ill be happy to move my business to a facility that will give respect along with consistent access to your rental space.Fair warning, should you been in need of a storage facility please locate any other before settling for this level of unprofessional treatment youll receive.

I would’ve given only 1 Star if they hadn’t redeemed themselves with sincere apologies in the end. Still, I do not recommend them. I’m not one to write a bad review unless it is well earned. I will say that Store Space is growing and developing (the place is currently under construction) and they will probably improve a lot in the coming year. But for now, they don’t have a fluid business process and they make too many mistakes that cost customers time and headaches. Just one situation of several I dealt with from the moment I became a customer there:I moved my stuff out and called them to close the account and was told that all of the steps to move out were completed and that I was officially done. I even called to double check that I was done. Then weeks later I received an invoice for the following month, trying to get me to pay for time I wasn’t even there, saying that I wasn’t technically considered to be “officially moved out“ yet in their book until I did a couple more steps. Why wasn’t I told this before when I asked if I needed to do anything else at all!? What a nightmare.

I went in to inquire about storage space . Terica was super friendly and helpful . I would definitely recommend this place.

I received another rate increase for my unit today. I have had a unit at this location for twenty years. The new owner has now raised the rate three times since he/she recently acquired the facility. In the meantime, everything stated on their webpage is a lie. If you dont mind paying absurd rates to store your stuff, this is the place for you.

Great customer service

Poorly maintained units. My stuff came out with mildew and lots of spiders. Also 2 large price increases already this year. Im glad I was able to move it before it got any more expensive.

I am amazed that people this rude are still in business. The unit they rented me had a layer of leaves and dirt on the floor. I asked the manager if it could either be cleaned before I moved my stuff in, or if they could switch me to a clean unit. She rolled her eyes at me, and then argued with her assistant about who should clean it. I interrupted to tell them I had seen a clean unit in the same row as mine, and that I would be happy to take that one instead. They both just stared at me, and then the manager made huffy, exasperated sounds as she stomped across the office to get my lease. She crossed out the unit number, slammed the paper down in front of me, and told me to initial the change since Theres no point in WASTING paper. I signed it, thanked them, and walked out. They didnt say a word to me when I left. Dont waste your time with these people. Rent from someone who appreciates your business.

Very friendly staff! I recommend this storage facility ; ) Access with larger vehicles is a bit difficult because the buildings are close together and there is not enough space to turn around at the ends but it is still a great facility. It is kept clean and safe. Again, the staff is super friendly!

The place could definitely be more well maintained as a storage facility. But, its good enough for your needs.

The office staff is unorganized and does not keep accurate payment records.I signed up with them in July for one month. At the end of July I emptied out my unit, returned my keys, and asked them to please close my account. They said they did and there were no issues. In August, I began receiving phone calls that my monthly payment was late. I spoke with them on multiple different occasions and each time they said they would fix the issue and close the account since I was not supposed to have a pending balance. It is now September and I am receiving notices in the mail from a collection agency because they still have not removed me from their system. I have been trying to call the office and can not get anybody to answer and the one time I did the person said she was gonna transfer me to someone else but decided to hang up instead.Do yourself a favor and rent at a place that will not charge you after you have already turned your keys in and closed your account.
