This is a very secure location protected by multiple passcode entry points and camera surveillance. Prices are competitive too, and the service is good. I would rent here again.

My daughter was moving to college from out of state. We needed a place to store her dorm stuff until we were able to get down there. I had all my packages sent from Amazon to the unit. When we arrived all of our stuff was in the unit, which was clean and dry. Staff couldnt have been more helpful and kind. Will see them again in the spring to store her stuff for next year.

A little further out of town than I first realized however 15 minutes is not really bad. I was running late to get there to sign the lease and they graciously hung out for me to get there and get the paperwork done. Its a very clean facility and they actually have carts and a bathroom there, too! Will probably use them again if my daughter needs to relocate again.

I rented a small 5X5 room for my daughter this summer. The process was simple and everything went smooth. I would rent again next summer.

Great storage facility. Clean, easy access, large wheeled flatbeds provided to easily move your boxes and furniture in and out of storage. Management is very helpful. Highly recommend.

We had storage unit at Personal Mini Storage. We were planning to vacate the unit for sometime but because of some health issues and also we are senior citizens we could not do it. Recently we called the storage manager and discussed about it. The manger was very helpful and understanding our situation mentioned they can vacate the storage unit and send our personal belongings to us with our written consent. It was all taken care of pretty quickly and the storage Manager agreed to put any items that can be sold in their upcoming Community sale. We appreciate very much the help provided by the manger and thankful to her. We highly recommend this place.

Hands down the best storage experience I’ve ever had...and I’ve moved a ton.The staff is extremely friendly, personable and understanding of concerns. The facility is clean and safe. The rates are fair and tend to be on the lower side of other storage options in the area. Highly recommend!!

Clean, great price and great service!!!

Rented for a short term while my son moved out of his college dorm. I called over 8 different Storage facilities around UF campus for prices. This particular facility had the best price. When signing in, the service was great. Safety was paramount when we were at the office signing the lease agreement keeping safe distancing and clean environment.Even though the facility was not the closest, the drive was less than 15 minutes and no bad. The storage building is AC, clean and organized. Elevator in good working condition and plenty of room.When we went to pull our things from the storage, we realized that we have left our lock key back home (over 350 miles away). They quickly coordinated a locksmith to drill the lock for us on a Sunday. There was a $25.00 fee for this, but when I called to pay it over the phone after the lock was drilled, they waive it. They wanted to help us as it was a mistake in the rush of getting our son back to UF.Highly recommend this facility. They will treat you well.

I was provided with great customer service when signing paperwork and gaining initial access to my storage unit. Location is a little hidden but their prices are better than others down the street. Just wish the climate controlled building was kept cleaner.

This is the second time we used this storage facility. It is the best - clean, safe, and has very helpful staff. UF people - storage facility is a little further than some close to the school - but so much better! We used ones closer to school and had bug and other issues. Personal Mini is the best!!!!

Incredible customer service and very nice facilities. The staff is unparalleled and I wouldn’t recommend any other storage facility in Gainesville after 4 years of previous bad experiences with other storage units.

Got a good deal on my unit, which was nice, but there was a bit of a roach problem. My sister found two roaches in her stuff after she took it home, and we found two more roaches crawling on our stuff while it was still in the unit. Not too much of a problem, but enough to knock down the rating.

The storage unit was very clean and the managers and workers are very kind. Would definitely come back if I need storage again! :)

Good price in comparisons. Good location for me. My complaint? I was assigned a code to get through the gate. I needed into my shed after hours on Saturday. The code wouldnt work! I called and left message with no call back. I tried the gate again a few times on Sunday. It still wouldnt let me in. Monday was Memorial Day so still nobody around. Still no call back either. By noon on Tuesday I stopped in the office. They checked their computer said I was good to go. The gate opened with my code. After ruining my planned weekend of moving items, the people basically just said it seems to be working fine. No apologies. No rent adjustments. If it wasnt for the fact that this place is usually very convenient for me, I wouldnt return. Too many other places around.

Nice enough facility and very secure. Was very happy at first with everything.Was VERY disappointed that the A/C in the building where I had my things stored went out and despite me paying $282 a month......I got nothing but an “I’m sorry” when I called to complain.Was an overall ok experience otherwise.

I have used many storage units through the years and my experience with Personal Mini Storage and Tiffany was by far the nicest! I explained that my mom recently passed away and I needed to store some items. She was so kind and worked hard on finding me the best deal and in a unit same day.

I was only needing storage for a short while and Brandi at the 13th Street location came to my rescue. She made it super easy to sign a contract with all the Covid regulations. What Brandi did was basically type everything into the computer and I answer the questions out loud. Their office had sanitizer, allowed 2 guests inside only, and had a screen at the counter, too. It felt very clean and safe.I also was able to get a lock from them. She helped sweep out the unit and place little pest deterrent packs inside. Never saw any! She assisted with my code and made it easy to come and go as needed. I like the hours of operation and there is tons of security around the property! Great place to store your items! Very clean and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

This is one of the best experiences I have ever had. Im a first year student and so the stresses of finding a storage unit was really overwhelming but Ms. Maryland (storage manager) made it so much easier. From the very start, my experience at Personal Mini Storage has been excellent. Maralyn gave me strategies on how to best fit everything into my unit, being that this was my first time renting my own storage unit. She laid out everything extremely well, and even walked me to my unit and demonstrated how to unlock and lock it. My access code has worked effortlessly every time (no punching it in a million times to get it to work) and the different options for payment make it easy as well. The facilities are kept clean and safe. This is a great location (tucked away) with very accommodating managers!

Nice facilities, Marilyn is amazing, and they were always willing to help to make things easier. I had to get a new card because my info was stolen, and they called to inform me my autopay got declined and helped me set up a new one without charging me any late fees. Great communication when needed, and I felt very safe leaving my stuff there.

This is the first time that I have used a storage unit, and I was nervous. However, we had a wonderful and stress-free experience at this location! Staff was friendly and accommodating, and the manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. You can tell that she knows exactly what shes doing. Move-in was super efficient; any questions we had were answered, and she made our time there easy as possible.

Nice clean premises, polite staff, elevator and restroom access. Awesome qualities in a storage facility. A bit pricey but definitely worth the price. I rented an upstairs unit but with the elevator access I didnt have to lug everything up some stairs. They have access to dollies to help make moving my stuff to the second floor easier. Good place to rent from overall.

Its a bit out of the way and will require more travel than I had planned but the customer service and the cleanliness makes it more than worth it. I highly recommend it!

Devon Self Storage is the country-club of storage units!The staff are really nice, helpful, and friendly. The facilities are newer than most storage units Ive been to, so theyre clean, big, and secure. Though most people might think a 10x10 is a 10x10, the unit I rent at Devon has a super-high ceiling, so I have packed more in it than I would typically be able to fit in most 10x10 units. And instead of using normal locks, which can be easily removed with strong enough bolt cutters, pry bar, mini-sledge, or a grinder, the units are fitted for special cylindrical locks that seem much more secure. Finally, there are water fountains and bathrooms available, which is a wonderful perk if you spend any amount of time at your unit or if you have a long day of loading/unloading your unit. If you catch a promotion, Devons prices are comparable (or better) than many competitors, but the facilities, in my opinion, are better. So even if you dont catch a promotion, you more than get what you pay for with Devon. I highly recommend it.Also, when moving into Devon, you might be able to use their moving van for free (or maybe its $1). Either way, its a great perk.

Nikki and Marilyn were terrific. The facility is so clean, it is really a pleasure. We were able to get a nice unit for much less money and did not have to opt for a small one. They even lent us a truck so that we were able to make the move in one trip. We are so glad we found them.

Ms. Marilyn was a pleasure to work with. She genuinely cares about her customers and goes out of her way to provide the information you need to ensure a smooth move in and move out process. The facility is clean an safe and does have access for large trucks. I had a massive 18-wheeler unload there with my home furnishing from New York state and he was able to get in and out without much trouble.

I have rented twice in the past three years and the manager Marilyn is great to work with. The ground are always clean with easy access to the rental units. Very friendly manager and nice property. I would suggest supplying more hand trucks and dollys during move-out/in season but otherwise this place is great. I moved out and was told Id get my refund via check, but I just noticed a deposit to my bank account and Im extremely pleased.
