Andrew from the service area was amazing! Bought my car from Carriage Nissan a few months back and it had a ton of servicing needs. This was quite frustrating to deal with seeing how we spent close to $30,000 on the car. Andrew helped my family out so much today on fixing all the areas of needs and being very understanding. I needed an oil change and a recall on my Kia to be fixed, but I was told that those would have to be two separate appointments, AND that nothing was available for the recall until the next two months.I went in for my oil change, and my service advisor, Alex Cruz, was very friendly and patient as I looked over the list of other recommended maintenance procedures. After I approved them, I waited for a while, and when he took me over to the register, he said they went ahead and did the recall!!! I left as a VERY happy customer! I will definitely return.

Having the first appt on a Saturday was a great start to my experience. The oil change only took an hour. Car was washed and front seat was vacuumed. Oil change was higher than other Kia dealerships but my time is worth something so I’ll be back. Friendly staff. Clean waiting room. Coffee was decent.

Easy online appointment scheduling. Friendly service at Carriage Kia. The young lady who helped us was excellent. The only downfall was we needed a new multi focal camera as we have light on the dash for check lane assist system and check high beam assistance. They diagnosed it as a camera issue. The part is on back order due to covid. Not their fault. They also fixed the recall on the vehicle as well. I will be back to get service at carriage Kia.

I wish I could give zero stars. This place is terrible. We were trying to make a decision, our sales person would not give us time alone to talk about it. When we test drove the vehicle we were interested in and it was shaking bad, I asked for brake pads and roters to be changed. They had to keep it over night, when they called to say it was ready they said it was detailed and inspected ..it was not very clean. We got it home and looking at it, realized there was a fog light out.. how do you inspect something without checking lights… now we’ve had it for a few weeks and took a trip for a funeral and the entire car is shaking again. We will never go here again. They are cheap. They want you to spend all the money but don’t want to make things right.

What started like a bad experience due to the first person that contacted us, Everything changed Thanks to Seth Ledbetter! He helped us with everything, explaining every single detail, and when he learned that this was our first brand new car, he went above and beyond to make us a great deal and get us rolling in a brand New K5! We received top notch service at Carriage Kia. They made the new car buying experience quick and easy. Earlier in the day we walked out of another Kia dealership due to the hidden charges and lowball quote on our trade-in, so needless to say, we were not in the best mood when arriving at Carriage. Carriage quickly changed our mood with their upfront and honest pricing. And they quoted us a fair price on our trade in. Our salesperson, Seth, worked quickly to move the process along and provide us with the best financing/rebate options.
Alex greeted me promptly. He is always professional and friendly. The staff knows me by my name. The service is great and timely. The waiting area is family or work friendly with seats, games and a TV. It also has snacks, coffee, water and vending available.

In the six years I’ve owned my Kia Sorento and had it serviced here, I’ve never had an issue until today. I’ve waited close to a month to have it serviced for a recall. The appointment was supposedly scheduled with Alex, my brother went out of his way to take the car since I couldn’t miss work. He was told there was no appointment scheduled and he would have to wait 2-3 hours. I called and spoke to Teresa, who told me it would be about an hour and a half to two hours for it to be serviced. Three hours later and I get a call from Andrew asking the reason it was brought in and if I would be picking it up later in the day or the next day. At this time, it is 3:50 pm, even though the appt was scheduled at 1 pm. I explained to him and he said it would be ready in about 30 min. I then called back to ask to speak to the service dept. manager and spoke to a Joe, he said he wasn’t sure what was going on but he would find out and give me a call back. He never called back and the car was done by 4:35 pm. No call to apologize for the long wait, confusion, and unprofessional way this all went.
Excellent service. Dropped off car and they took me back to work. 1 1/2 hours later car was done and they picked me up. Car was waiting for me with the door open and service person waiting. They even vacuumed my drivers side out. Great experience.

Vehicle recall, booked apt 6 weeks out bc part for recall needed to be ordered. Arrived for apt to be notified part was not ordered and would get a call to schedule another apt in 4 weeks. Kia called to confirm apt they shouldve been respectful of my time and notified me the apt needed to be rescheduled bc they did not have part for recall.
We bought a used Kia from a different dealer and two days later it died on the highway. We found out it needed a whole new engine, which is not what you want to hear right after you buy a car! The engine had an extended warranty so we took it to Carriage Kia where I was assigned to Katie Alberto who did a PHENOMENAL job. Give that girl a raise, please! She was very informative, she listened, and she stayed on top of things! Very professional, friendly, and she continually kept me updated on the process. I was told it could be anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months before they could get the parts in, and somehow, it only took a little over 2 weeks to get everything in and fixed! I cant say enough good things about Carriage Kia and their service department!

Appointment was scheduled for 9:30am for a simple diagnostic check. Did not leave until 1:30pm. The explanation given was, we forgot about you. I called to ask if this was normal and management said, well sometimes these things take time. This was after he admitted that the service had been completed much earlier than 1:30pm. I have had much better experiences at other dealerships.

I have been going to Kia of Gainesville GA since 2017 when I purchased my Kia Forte. I have always had great service and today was no exception. We know everything is going up these days and today when I got my bill for my oil change it was almost 20.00 more than I have always paid! I was not told of the change in oils used or the upcharge till I went to pay! I asked why I wasn’t informed before the work was done I received an apology and my bill was changed back to the fee I have alway paid. Now I will be prepared for my next visit and the new charge for my oil change. Thank you Susan Voll
We have only used the service department twice since purchasing the vehicle, but we have not been impressed so far. This last experience we needed an oil change and our windshield wiper spray to be checked because it stopped working. I told them what all we needed done over the phone when I set the appointment. My husband also told them all we needed done when he dropped off the car. After a two hour wait they told us the car was ready, but they only did the oil change. They told us they didn’t know about needing to check the windshield wiper sprayer even though we told them twice. I was told they would check it and that it was still under warranty. They completed the task quickly, but then told us that it was not under warranty, however they would not charge us. This place seems to be lacking in communication with each other and with their customers. Once our warranty has in fact expired we will be finding a more competent service department for our vehicle unless hopefully things change.
Great place.....Mario was such a great person, he went above what I expected during my search. He showed me all the different bells and whistles with many different vehicles. Having cancer, I get tired easy, but Mario took the time a d patience with me l, that I needed. He should be a manager instead of the one I had to deal with that made me feel as if he was doing me a favor for looking to buy from Kia. Mario showed me much more of a professional experience than the manager did.

I got great service when I went in for my free oil change. They found a nail in a tire and fixed it pronto for less than $30, did not try to sell me tires before I needed them and they discovered a recall that helped me a lot. Much 💕 Love!

I took my vehicle to Carriage Kia for routine maintenance. I arrived a bit early for my appointment but my car was taken in immediately. The service was completed within the promised time window and returned to me, squeaky clean, with a fresh car wash!
They was great on helping us with any questions that we had. Seth was over the top, he was the best salesman we’ve ever had. He took the time and wasn’t pushy at all. He definitely has got his act together as a salesman.

The service here has always been very good. They service two KIA vehicles we own. The prices have always been fair. This last trip was the worst for communication, we called many times over the week. Most calls answered 4 hours later. It was like pulling teeth to get to speak to a human. If things remain like this we will look to another service provider.

I got there almost an hour early but the tech got me to drive on up and took my car. He showed me where to sit and before my appointed time, my car was finished and washed and vacuumed. I had come for the replacement of a part that was a problem and they wanted Kia owners to bring their cars in for the replacement. That was great of them to go ahead and get mine done so quickly!

They took my car (which had to be towed-AGAIN - for YET ANOTHER recall), but, since I wasnt there, never bothered to check the ownership. Then, they misplaced my car. THEN, the service department gave me the runaround about me picking up MY car. Did i mention i purchased the car there in 2013? Yeah, which was an AWFUL experience in and of itself. NEVER BUY A KIA!!! And, dont waste your time with Carriage Kia!!!

My Carriage Kia experience with Laura was phenomenal. I live about an 1.5 hours away, so the deal for my trade in for a new Telluride was handled primarily through email/online. Once I got there, they had my new vehicle clean and ready and my paperwork prepared. They were very professional and very helpful. If you want an honest review from someone who just did some major business with Carriage Kia? I am the person to speak to. My husband and I were in a bit of a different situation. We got a car in June. Was paid off in December. Due to predatory lender Santander. The vehicle we got was from Carriage Nissan.The vehicle we paid off was starting to have some issues. While the vehicle was being serviced? I went and Eric greeted me. We sat down. I explained where we were. What we wanted, and what lenders we did not want. Eric showed me 2 vehicles and I picked one. Eric listened to every single thing I said, or asked. He was straightforward, honest, and a great listener.We did a trade in, and throughout the process I was extremely nervous. But, Eric made everything good. (This part might sound rude, and I apologize) But, if I had dealt with anyone else on this deal? I probably would of walked. Eric did that great of a job.While I was waiting. I saw a few other sales people that were kind as well. I do not know their names. But, I can tell you their sales people? They are the heart of Carriage Kia. So, if you want honesty, care, communication, and straightforward? Go see Eric.I have glowing recommendations for sales. Service..? Lets agree to disagree. As for buying a vehicle? These are the type of experiences you want to have.

Brought my Sorento in for issues with the engine (its not possible to drive with the car any more).So Kia admits that the engine should be replaced on warranty because of a recall. Good for me so far...But meanwhile Im waiting for the new engine to arrive since 4 weeks.I have no car in all this time and the feedback I get from Carriage is just that the engine hasnt arrived yet.Pretty unpleasant since I have planned a vacation trip with the family and I urgently need my car back.

My spouse and I went to this dealership to purchase a mini van. We stood next to the van we wanted for nearly 15 minutes. We made eye contact with several people who worked in the sales department and they never once spoke to us or initiated a conversation. We left because we were being ignored. We will have to go to Duluth this weekend to purchase the same vehicle from another dealership. Its such a shame that mixed-race families still cant get good service in Gainesville, GA.Edit to include response to owners reply: Im sure Mario is a lovely sales consultant, but I did not meet Mario or any other sales person. As I previously stated, we were ignored. We stood next to the the mini van parked on the sidewalk three-feet away from the dealership wall made of windows. All of the people sitting at the desks saw us looking at the van. No one came out to help us or indicated that someone was on their way out when they made direct eye contact with us. Two men stood in the service bays smoking cigarettes watching my husband and me as we looked at the van. No one talked to us the entire time, so we left. You can confirm every bit of this with the security camera footage.While I appreciate you providing your customer service email address, Im not sure its necessary. We provided you with our feedback and you unprofessionally said our experience wasnt rooted in reality which was essentially calling me a liar. Mario never talked to me or my husband.The reality is you lost our sale. We were going to purchase that $55,000 mini van last night. Now we are just going to go somewhere else and do the same thing. Hopefully, instead of being defensive, you can take this entire incident and learn from it.
Returned for recall. What I thought would be repair was to determine whether my vehicle needed recall, which already was done online. Had to order part -- two day delivery. Set up appointment for installation. Confirmed. Asked agent to confirm parts arrived. Was then told part would not arrive for two months. Had I not called to confirm, would have made unnecessary trip. Asked for service manager to call me. No call in past 7 days.

I took my grandpa to several dealerships today so he could get a feel for what type of hybrid car he wants. This was by far the best customer service we have received all day. The staff was very well mannered and seemed to put their interest in the customers wants and needs rather than just focusing on their next sell. Went in for oil change. They thought my car was a drop off. No communication except a phone call message saying my car was ready to be picked up when I was in the waiting room. Took them a few minutes to locate my car. Also they marked on the paper no wash I told him I did want the wash and asked why that was wrote on the paper. His reply was your car looked clean, we didnt want to get it dirty. What????

Our salesman was Eric. He was the best salesperson we have ever dealt with. He was not pushy or arrogant. He was kind, honest and was able to answer all our questions and made the entire process so easy!
Had to take my car 4 times for the same problem under warranty they kept telling me that they didn’t have enough technicians to drive it to hear the problem and kept putting me off telling me to come back during the week because Saturday is not good for them to fix problems due to lack of technicians while they have 4 or 5 “CSR’S” that know absolutely nothing about cars just standing around doing nothing. You can never get actual service folks and the csr’s tell you they can’t help but they can send an email to the service person to call you which doesn’t happen until the end of the day only for them to tell you they couldn’t find anything wrong with it so it’s good to go and yet the problem persists. They tell you they can’t take the car up to interstate speeds because it takes too long when that is only when the problem occurs. The more you ask them to fix the problem the ruder and more hateful they become. The GM was the worst of them all which problems with companies usually starts at the top and works it’s way down and this is obviously the case at Carriage Kia. We were actually looking at their new vans and decided to go with another brand as a result of the POOR service we received. Yes they advertise a 5 year 100k mile warranty which is great, but getting Carriage to stand behind that warranty is a WHOLE OTHER ISSUE!! DO NOT BUY A CAR AT OR USE CARRIAGE KIA FOR ANYTHING OR YOU WILL HIGHLY REGRET IT I PROMISE YOU!!! If I could give them zero stars I would I hated giving them 1 star. Believe me when I tell you this - with them the customer is NEVER right and if you question their answer get ready for VERY RUDE responses and going higher up the management totem pole only gets you ruder people and attitudes. I’ll end with this note rather than fixing my 2020 $50k+ car under warranty the GM told me to take it to another dealership that they aren’t perfect and if I wanted it fixed right I would need to take it elsewhere then essentially told me to come get it and hung up on me?? Then after them having it for two full days I get it back filthy. I guess they have issues with having enough staff to hose them down after getting them dirty too? Dealing with Carriage Kia was hands down by far the worst experience I have ever had, period. There isn’t enough time in the day to explain how bad the experience was and I’m not just talking about cars I mean the worst experience in dealing with any kind of company. I would rather have a root canal on no pain meds followed up by 24hrs of waiting in an ER followed by a life changing injury that requires a year to recover from and give everything I own away and be homeless followed by losing my job - than have to deal with them again if that puts it into perspective for you. STAY AWAY FROM CARRIAGE KIA AT ALL COSTS NO MATTER WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!! You have been warned!

Carriage KIA did an outstanding job with my sons Sorento! Chris was AWESOME and completed the service very quickly. Chris kept me informed and was very professional! I will take it back to them as long as we have the vehicle!
Our salesperson Casey was great. I talked to him throughout the day before my husband and I arrived at the dealer. He was also very helpful when we were there. However, the three stars is reflective of the management. The management was incredibly stubborn about negotiating on payments and pricing. We originally asked for an 11 drop in payments and they refused but were willing to give me 159 more towards my trade in. It was a frustrating negotiation process
Simply horrible customer service. Charged me for services they didnt even do. And their only resolution is I have to drive all the way back to the dealership. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST
