I recently purchased a Honda Odyssey from Milton Martin Honda. It was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I don’t review businesses often, but the honesty, service and expertise provided by our salesman, Gary Smith, merited a response. Gary went above and beyond every step of the way. He responded to every question almost immediately and was never pushy in any way. He had a wealth of knowledge on the vehicle we purchased and took the time to set everything up with my wife to her liking after the purchase. This car has many more features than our last, so he made sure we knew where every setting was and how to change anything should we need to. He even told us to drive the car for a few weeks and then come back the dealership if we were unsure about anything and he’d personally cover it with us. Our 2 year old daughter is wary of most people, but she took to Gary like she had known him forever — and Gary made sure she liked the car before we committed to the purchase as well. :)Milton Martin was also the most reasonably priced dealership. They didn’t inflate their price with unnecessary fees and add-ons like many of the other dealerships. Overall, I’d highly recommend Milton Martin if you’re in the market for a vehicle, and ask for Gary if you get the chance. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could.
My Milton Martin Honda buying experience was very pleasant. Every one was so nice. My sales consultant was knowledgeable and not pushy. I told them what I was looking for and they didnt have it that day. A few days later I got a call from Warren my sales consultant that they might have wh6I was looking for. I bought a used Honda Accord that day. I was treated with dignity and respect even though I was in the market for an older car, not a new one. Im very pleased with my purchase and experience ☺

My first service for my Honda Accord was an excellent experience. I was met by friendly associates and my appointment time was honored promptly. The waiting area was clean, comfortable and hospitable as associates frequently checked to see if waiting customers needed anything. The service to my car was quick, even with several others waiting with me. An associate thoroughly went over my service results and my car was left clean. Best overall car service ever!
Salesperson was incredibly nice but unfortunately the general process of buying a car is still slow. Obviously, no one wants to be rushed into a big decision but once we agreed in price, I feel like things could have moved along a little quicker. Dealership was willing to work with us on trade in value and overall cost of the new car.

Ive been waiting for the right time to trade my car for a bigger one. As a matter of fact I was planning on doing so after summer. However, I saw one advertised Milton Martin Honda that met my expectations.The vehicle was priced lower than the average for a 2020 RAM Bighorn with just under 2K miles. The staff was amazing, both Greg Martin and Meg Brumbelow took their time to make sure my expectations were met. Once we agreed on a deal, Chuck from finance did his part with paper work and adding the right warranty/GAP insurance. Not once did I feel pressured to buy any other vehicle from them. They made the process and experience pleasant. Now I know where to come next once is time for my wife to get a new car, Milton Martin Honda in Gainesville.
I called on Monday and was scheduled for early Tuesday, including ordering a replacement part. Work was done quickly considering the amount of work to be completed.I had an alarm pop up within 30 minutes of driving. I was promptly brought back in and the error corrected.Matt did an excellent job of explaining the procedures and keeping me informed.

Bought this car FROM HERE in March. With gap AND EXTENDED WARRANTY. My ONLY off day and Wes Richmond wants me to drive all the way back home and bring in my paperwork showing I have warranty because HE CANNOT PULL IT UP ON THE COMPUTER!!!! Wow!! Unbelievable! I will never buy another car here🙄

Milton Martin Honda did an excellent job on my 40,000 mile service on my 2019 Honda civic. I made an appointment and had my car back in the amount of time they promised. They even provided a complementary car wash and cleaned the windows. The next day Milton Martin a Honda gave a follow up call to make sure that everything was excellent on my car. I will definitely go back to them next time I need service.

This weekend, I purchased a 2022 Honda Civic from Milton Martin Honda. I had previously purchased a 2015 Civic here as well! Every experience I have had with the sales department has been wonderful! I worked with Camryn this weekend and I never felt pressured into making a purchase. He answered all the questions I had and was extremely helpful during the process! Drove up and immediately had someone there to help. Found the issue was under a service bulletin so they were able to fix easily and without cost to me! It was great and much better than expected.
We have been using Milton Martin since the 90s. We purchased a car there this week and had excellent service once again. Sales Consultant Noel Abrego did a great job of running through our car options and their Finance Manager Chris Browning is very pleasant to work with. It is a very friendly crew.

I have visited many different car dealerships and I can tell for sure that my experience with the Milton Honda was exceptionally outstanding. Especially Id like to thank to Camryn Moore (sales consultant) and Dan Waltz (finance director) for providing greatly pleasant car-buying experience. Every single process went very smoothly including the negotiating price, trade-in appraisal, showing/explaining the car, signing documentation etc. Mr. Moore provided all the answers in very respectful way and in a timely manner. He also keep you informed and explains in detail when he precede every process. Most importantly, I ask if he could wear a mask for my father because of my fathers special medical condition which could be critical to covid-19. He was happily willing to wear a mask and he even offered to stay outside for my fathers safety during the process. When we were signing the contract, Mr. Waltz also was willing to wear a mask for my father and he even moved a table to outside for making my father feel safe. I felt so safe. It was definitely much more than just buying a car. Mr. Moore and Mr. Waltz understand our situation and helped us with everything they could possibly do. Purchased a 2021 Civic from Milton Martin Honda and it could not have been a more enjoyable experience. If you’re looking for a low-key, no pressure environment, this is it. We worked with Brad Hanson, who initially approached us and asked if we wanted help or to be left alone. We appreciated his relaxed and casual demeanor. He was also very knowledgeable about all of the vehicle’s features and answered all of our questions. Upon finishing the test drive, we completed the entire transaction in about an hour and a half. Everyone we interacted with was very kind and helpful. I cannot give Milton Martin Honda a more enthusiastic endorsement.
Every body was kind, friendly and professional. I didnt have to wait a long time, my car was well seviced, wash, and use a coupon from Honda. I also received a multi point vehicle inspection and, of course, enjoyed a cup of coffee and a very healthy candy bar. I recomended that Honda dealer to my coworkers and friends.
Noel Abrego was a great sales associate. He helped me purchase my first car ever! I didn’t know what I was looking for, but he didn’t stop until we found the perfect car for me. He was a well-rounded caring person and knows what he is talking about when it comes to cars. I enjoyed my experience and will recommend others to come and see him!
Everyone was nice. The only issues were that there are new people working there that are not acquainted with their procedures. They left the tag and protective paper in my car. They did not bring it to me which is normal procedure.
What is the typical stereotype when it comes to car salesman? I say it is a combination of pushy and shady; well, that was what I thought of them past 3 weeks due to what I have experienced at the other Honda dealership in Atlanta. However, right after I met Mr. Joseph Fuller @ Milan Honda, he completely changed my mind and in the end, he guided me to find myself the first new vehicle that I get to purchase. Mr. Joseph Fuller was never pushy, he didnt act like that he knows everything, and what I really admired from him was his honesty and professionalism. I would like to thank Milan Honda, Mr. Joseph Fuller, and his manager Mr. David for their great service and experience.Some salesperson will text you to write them a 5 stars google review so that way they can win a $500 promotion @ their work... (cough cough other Honda dealership), but Mr. Joseph Fuller never asked me, and this is coming me truthfully.

On July 5, after having received 2 reminders, I drove from Cleveland to keep a confirmed 1:00 appointment at the service department, only to find it closed for the holiday. Very disappointing!The next day I returned and received courteous and prompt service for the replacement of a timing belt. A very good experience.

Wonderful group of service people. Gave our Honda a thorough inspection, as we were worried about a small noise. Gave us an explanation Didnt charge us for anything we didnt need. Very honest. We will continue to take our vehicle here even though it is about an hour and a half from our home.

I’m a returning customer to Milton Martin Honda. Customer service has always been good! That’s why I came back. However, I felt a little rushed during the paperwork process and missed out on a small discount I was quoted at the time I placed my car order that was not on the final signing of new car.

Great service and a most pleasant buying experience. We bought it remotely and when we went to pick it up, the deal was exactly as it was supposed to be. So many dealers surprise you with “ oh, we forgot to add ( fill in the blank)”.Not these folks.We refused to deal with the local Honda dealer. They took every car and added a couple thousand in “ features “ to every car. Like $300-$400 for nitrogen in the tires. $250 for security nuts, lighted logo on the door sill for a couple hundred more. It kept going.This was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had, and I’ve had more than a few.
They dont finance cars under $15000, but instead of letting me know that they pulled my credit, my husbands credit, and my grandmothers credit to try to get me in a more expensive car that everyone could make more money off of. Im disappointed because they seemed nice. Wont be doing business with them.

Had an appointment for normal service - oil change, tire rotation, etc. I arrived with a flat tire and it was no problem. Tire was patched and service done in less than 2 hours. It drives like a dream.

Made an appointment for 11:00 on 7/12/21 to have an airbag inflator recall repair done on my 2004 CRV. Never got a call from my service person saying my car was ready, even after I tried calling him and leaving a message. I show back up there around 3:30 and find out they have not even started work on it. When I told him I just wanted to not wait any longer and go, it took them 30 minutes to find my keys. Will never have anything to do with that place again.

Love this dealership have been getting oil changes here for 25 years cheapest place around but can’t anymore this time they had increased by 30$ 60$ for an oil change I don’t think so !

I made an appointment for Tuesday at 1:00 for a recall service and told them I needed to leave it overnight because I lived like 40 miles away. My car wasn’t ready until Thursday. I just felt like maybe they put other cars before mine.Very disappointed with time it took to fix my car.

I bought my car from Milton Martin and that was a great experience.I took my car the other day to get it serviced and they kept it for an hour. I was told that would be about howl long it would take for an oil change and tire rotation. The service girl comes to me after an hour and tells me that I needed a new oil pan for $160 . I said I didn’t want to buy the part. Never once in that communication did she indicate that they would not be able to proceed with the services that I asked for. I said I didn’t want to buy the part thinking they would perform the services that I had come in for. She tells me ok we will have your car done here shortly. Another 20 minutes goes by and she comes to get me. I go to the counter and ask how much I owe because I’m still assuming that my tires have been rotated and my oil have been changed. She tells me that I owe nothing for the oil change because they couldn’t do it because I did not want to purchase the oil pan. I said well what do I owe for the tire rotation. She looked very confused and said hold on a minute, she Said I have to ask to see if they did it. By this time it had been an hour and 30 minutes since I had brought my car in. She comes back and proceeds to tell me that they did not do the tire rotation because I needed two new front tires and it was a safety measure. I asked her why did it take them an hour to basically do nothing on my car and she was very confused on that too. I took time out of my day to have my car serviced and wasted an hour and a half. I took it somewhere else that very day and got the oil changed and bought two new front tires. Milton Martin has lost me as a service customer. It was all because of poor communication.

I came in for a simple oil change, transmission check, and tire sensor fix. I ended up having to get new brakes and they wanted me to get new tires, filters, and a bunch of other stuff I didn’t have the money for that on this day. They told me that it was going to be an hour and 15 wait but I ended up waiting a total of FOUR HOURS!!! I really did appreciate waiting that long since I had other stuff to do in the day
