Tony is knowledgeable and honest. He is truly there to help his customers, not just sell a service. I went to him with an AC issue, which he quickly diagnosed and showed me the problem. Being a woman who does most of the work on her vehicles, it was nice to have a mechanic who talked to me like I knew what was going on. I would definitely take my vehicles to Tony again.

Ive never had a mechanic, Ive always just shopped around for the cheapest place and hoped they did a good job. So when I needed to get new rotors, calipers and pads I called around and found Tony to be the cheapest. So I took a chance and Im glad that I did. He did excellent work and was extremely honest. So when my wife had her ABS lights come on out of nowhere I immediately called him up. Turns out he was able to reset the ABS and didnt have to do anything else and didnt even charge me, he only charged for the oil change that I asked for. Long story short, I now have A mechanic and highly recommend him to anyone asking for one. You wont find a better, more honest mechanic in town!

Tony provided excellent service in all respects- efficient, thorough, personable, high quality & low cost- on my wifes 2004 Honda Odyssey: Made convenient and timely appointment following early morning service by AAA emergency truck got car started, Confirmed diagnosis of starter needing replacement, then provided useful referral to nearby parts supplier who provided replacement starter at discounted price, and expeditiously installed replacement starter at price that was substantially less by several 100s of $ than price quoted by 4 other service providers (including usual chain repair shops, another private auto repair shop, as well as dealer) in Gainesville. Tony threw in at no charge replacement of windshield wipers Id bought at parts retailer on both my car and the Odyssey. Upon hearing about issues raised by chain service retailer whod installed the latest battery about providing credit in accordance with the battery warranty, Tony also called retailer for the battery manufacturer to assure wed receive appropriate credit/reimbursement for new battery to replace the old battery under warranty which was nearing end of its useful life.

I cannot day enough about Mr. Tony and how dedicated he is to the care of his customers. From his rescue of my alternator on Black Friday that was not only incredibly fast (I made my eye appointment!) and thorough (he found a fuse that was also an issue, to the ability to fix a thumping noise on my back brakes that has been an issue for ages. Mr. Tony is beyond kind, professional, and a true master at his craft. He gets the job done.

From the initial engagement, he was professional, Exceptional customer service and great value. I initially saw him signing with another business owner in the complex and assumed he was deaf (I sign as well) and he was just assisting the owner with communication with other customers. True community builder and believes in helping others. I made sure that if I needed anything with my car, I would come and check out his services. I needed an oil change and without scheduling an appointment, he fit me in and did a thorough job within 45 minutes!!! Another perk was the oil change was more reasonable than Ive had and that was WITHOUT a coupon. Highly recommend!!! He has a new customer!

Tony is AMAZING! I had recently moved to FL and had Not found a mechanic that I was satisfied with. Finally my check engine light came on and my car was shaking. I asked one of my Pastors what I should do and he recommended Tony! Tony has me in as soon as I was able, ran my diagnostics, and told me all that was going on in less than 40 mins! He was so helpful. He saw the worry in my face when he told me all what needed done, and didn’t pressure me into getting it done that day. ( don’t worry he warned me about not driving it more than work and back till I got it in) I was able to come in 2 weeks later and my car runs like new!!! This man even checked all my fluids for me! My husband always asked for Tony when he worked at Firestone. He wouldnt let anyone else work on his vehicle and when Tony retired from Firestone my husband retired right along with him. I took my car to Tony’s today. He was highly recommended. I needed my AC fixed right away because this 102 degrees weather is unbearable.I also needed a oil change. I’ve lived in Fla all my life & I’ve been ripped off by so many shady mechanics and especially being a woman they will take advantage of you. As soon as I pulled into Tony’s and he greeted me I had a good sense about him. He is extremely nice and has so much knowledge in the auto business! I sat there and waited and this man takes so much pride in his job. Money was a big issue for me because I live on disability and it’s next to nothing! After explaining everything he was going to do he made sure I understood the AC process and all the other things he was doing. He then told me the total and I immediately thought to myself thank you God. His prices will beat anyone’s price around!!! We came in with a check engine light and he not only identified the problem but explained exactly how to fix it. He mentioned he has 20 years of experience working with Firestone and it shows.
