Tim was so good that he didnt have to come to my house to fix my issue. Other companies wanted to charge me a service fee just to come out. He walked me through some of the most common issues and we got it working. Thank you for not just thinking about the dollar!

I have an older fuel oil burning furnace which is rare in my area and Brett was one of they very few technicians I was able to find to work on it. I had been without heat for a week but when I found him and Star Services he was there within a few hours and fixed my heat. I will definitely be calling them first if I have more issues.

Great experience with Star Services. I called Star Services when another local contractor would not return our phone calls after they incorrectly diagnosed the problem. Star Services came out on a Saturday within a couple hours of calling and found the problem with my a.c. It was fixed quickly and our home is cool again. I will continue to use this company as my go to for my heating and cooling needs. I would highly recommend their company and ask for Brett, awesome tech!

Could not ask for a better experience. Its obvious this company has customer focus and is driven by principle. From our first conversation with Amy I was convinced we were soliciting a quality business. We just had a service, as scheduled, on a 16yo heat pump and the technician Lee inspected the unit, explained his findings, recommended repairs, performed them and left us feeling comfident. The rates were reasonable and there was no pressure or aggressive selling. Our home can be sold with peace of mind knowing that the system is up to code and performing to specification. We feel very blessed to have selected Star Services and recommend them highly!

I was referred to Star Services by a coworker after a major issue with my previous HVAC company. Their technician was far more thorough than the previous companys technician. The tech was even able to answer my question about possible power bill increases when lowering the temperature at night (I only have 1 AC unit & the thermostat is downstairs) to make upstairs cooler. This was for preventative maintenance on my AC unit to make sure it is in good condition. I would definitely recommend them!

They installed a new system. Their installers were very professional and cleaned up after they were done. They were on time and finished on time. They did not cut any corners and made sure that my system was installed right. Very happy and will use them again.

A nearby lightning strike zapped our HVAC. Tims guys came promptly and despite the hot weather (our unit is in the attic) without a complaint found the problem with a bad board and had it replaced before I even realized it. They stood 100% behind their installation and even though it wasnt a problem with their work (manufacturer defect), they fixed the problem at no additional cost and didnt dream up some reason it wasnt covered, like other companies have done to me in the past. I have used Star Services twice this summer. They were recommended to me by a friend. They are a great company!! They were able to come out both times the same day that I called. The employees are skilled and they also understand how expensive HVAC repairs can be. Both service calls the techs respected my situation and tried to find the most cost effective way to get my system back up and running. There was no pressure and no up-selling and their prices are extremely reasonable. They will be my first call if I need HVAC service again! Also, they are a Christian company and many of their employees are also Christians and as a Christian myself, it is important to me to support local Christian businesses. I had a wonderful experience with Star Services Heating and Air from the prompt and courteous scheduling with Amy to when the service call was completed by Matt. Matt came out to my townhouse on time and did an awesome job assessing the situation and diagnosing the problem without trying to upsell me on services or equipment I didn’t need just yet. My unit is 15 years old and instead of trying to sell me on a new one, he diagnosed what the problem was and was able to remedy the situation at a reasonable price. The unit is back cooling and I couldn’t be happier with the work they performed.
