My company used Gee Heating and Air during a partial renovation at my business. They completed the job on time and we thought to the highest quality. Approximately 6-8 months after completion, I began having issues with excessive condensation dripping and damaging my ceiling, walls and all the brand new renovation work I completed. I called Gee multiple times and spoke to managers and schedulers about coming out to identify the problem. They didn’t believe that their scope of work included what current problems we were now facing, even though they didn’t know exactly what problems we were facing since they had not been out to see it yet. I explained that I wasn’t an HVAC professional and they were the last company to do extensive work and I requested for them to come out and lay eyes on the problem and see if it was involved in the work they completed. They scheduled me for a Friday and didn’t show up. We then called and attempted to speak with the owner, Tim Gee. Our call was never returned. After countless texts, calls and messages, we were finally told we were on the schedule for the following Friday They never showed up again. Two times we were dismissed with no call or explanation. Now, my unit is more damaged, I have more damage to my ceilings and walls due to water dripping and still, no call and no explanation. I am beyond displeased with the quality of customer service this company has decided to provide me with. I simply asked for someone to come out and evaluate my unit. Don’t use Gee Heating and Air. They will not follow through with their appointments or promises.

Gee AC Repair and AC Installs is wonderful! They are responsive and fast to get to you. Our AC wasnt cooling cooreclty and they had a technician, Caleb, out the same day. Weve had other companies try to fix this issue to no avail, and with hefty price tags! I explained my issue and Caleb had an immediate idea of what the problem was. He fixed our issue so fast, like record time fast, and explained exactly what happened and how he fixed it. He was so professional and also so nice! Our issue turned out to be not so big after all and the part/repair/house call cost was extremely reasonable. I believe Gee has great employees across the board, but Caleb earned mine and my husbands trust and well always request him for future business. Gee had been doing maintenance for my older HVAC system and it needed to be replaced this Spring. They have a great team. Caleb came out and was excellent at evaluating my older system and explaining everything very clearly. Barry Simmons, a supervisor at Gee is an expert in this field and was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions about selecting a new system. My system has been running very well and I highly recommend this company.

First call out the company showed up. I was without doubt. However, they left the site after a while on the job. They claimed they worked on the wrong a/c units. They did say there was no charge for this attempt. I thought that was fair.We rescheduled, they supposedly said they returned and no one was there so they left. The AC unit are on the roof of the mall. I call BS!They knew to call me upon arrival. They said they left because no one was there. The staff were there and waiting. So I get a call from the store stating the store was still hot 2 days later. I called and got nothing but excuses . They gave me the oh well and then said let’s reschedule. And then left me on hold for about 16 mins. I hung up ! I do not recommend this company at all.

The people at Gee Air Conditioning are fantastic. They had us cooled off within 48 hours of our first call to them. The techs were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We are completely satisficed with our new unit.

A technician named Bill Hicks came out and looked at my unit 1st. The core was frozen so he said he would need to come back when it thawed out. He scheduled a follow up appointment for me and all I had to do was confirm it through a text message. Bill was awesome! Extremely nice and professional. The 2nd visit, a young man named Luis came out. He spotted and the fixed the issue immediately! He told me the problem and how to fix and prevent the issue in the future. He was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. Despite being so young he seemed like he had plenty of experience. There doesnt seem to be a whole of people out there you can trust anymore but my experience with the 2 techs and the management at Gee I can say I would definitely trust them to be honest and get the job done correctly.

They are Amazing. Middle of July, here the next day!!!? Fit us in, to fix HVac unit.Here for well over an hour. The Total price was way more than fair. I made my husband go back and ask the price again. Im forever grateful, they will always be our AC Company.

This Heating and Air company came out to my house to supposedly do a “Cooling Tune-up”. They didn’t do anything to our units except look at them and tell us what was wrong with them. One of the outside units they didn’t even open up to check it. Basically did nothing except waste my entire afternoon. One of the ladies who did try to do the right thing tried her best to fix the company screw up. I do appreciate her efforts!Instead of the company trying to do a real tune-up they did refund my money. Still no tune-up. Terrible service that’s for sure.

The team went above and beyond to repair and perform maintenance on our ducts and ac units. They took pictures of every issue area and explained what they recommended, allowing us to approve each item. They were able to do everything in one appointment and were so respectful. Everything was clean after they left and we are so thankful for their attention to detail. We also received a veterans discount, so that was very appreciated.

Our home unit quit working and the company that installed it couldn’t come and diagnose the problem for five days. Gee came out in one day. Very easy to speak with and good explanation of our issues that required replacement. Install was completed just two days after the diagnosis and on the same day our original company could’ve come to check the unit. I’m completely happy with our Gee experience.

Service was exceptional! Repairman was knowledgeable, friendly and respectful—who could ask for more. We are waiting on 2 quotes and will have the Gee team finish the repair or do the new installation. Very pleased and will use Gee again.

Our HVAC system, lower level, went belly-up on Sunday night before we were to travel to Colorado Springs, CO to visit our family on Monday! While we were in Colorado, Gee technicians performed the semi-annual maintenance on Tuesday, and installed a new system on Thursday. I watched them come and go, and even talked with them over our Ring camera, during the install. When we arrived home on Friday @ 3PM, after missing our connection flight at Denver airport on Thursday, everything was COOL...literally! Robert Barton the install tech on Thursday, and Bill the maintenance tech on Tuesday, were both outstanding!We have used Gee Heating & Air at our house, my mother-in-laws house, and at our church for several years; with complete satisfaction!

So I have appointment with them from noon to 4pm and at 8:21pm they didn’t even show up even though they send me the text message stating that the tech is on his way. I checked his location and it showed that he’s already arrived but nowhere to be seen. Called customer service after hour and being said they will contact someone. Been here waiting for over half a day without service or a message! So disappointed with their service!

Called after hours on Saturday. Compared with three other vendors Gee had excellent answering service who put me through to the company. They said they would dispatch someone shortly. 25 minutes later got call from technician he was on the way. Very professional technician, fortunately had parts needed on truck to get as back working. They were fast and efficient and the most important part was that they repaired our AC with the one part they said was faulty. The guy before him, Dietrick, was great too. He properly diagnosed our system and saved us tons of money by checking for a warranty we didnt know we had!!

Big shout to to Nick, Pete, and Bobby for their outstanding professionalism while installing our new HVAC unit. They were all a pleasure to interact with and truly worked as a team. Not one of them let the other do more work. It was an even job for all of them and that speaks miles about Gee Heating and Air employees and their efficient team work together. They also made us feel extremely safe wearing their masks at all times, which was extremely important since we are high risk for COVID variants. I was amazed at the level of dust in our ducts and it had only been five years since the last cleaning. We chose the 14 SEER Bryant and though it’s only been a few hours to report on reliability it was blowing a cold 36-42 degrees on A/C mode! We will test the heat function tomorrow night though they personally tested before leaving. We had one piece of furniture blocking an air return and they didn’t hesitate to help me move the heavy piece. Bryant is supposedly rated highly by Consumer Reports so we hope to have no issues, but we have used Gee Heating and Air for a couple years for our regular maintenance needs on the old unit replaced that lasted 20 years. I look forward to a reduced power bill! Thanks again!

Joseph Gee and his crew at Gee heating and air came out today and fixed our install. They completely replaced the brand new air handler with an upgraded version as well as dampening and reruning the line set. All of this was done by the General Manager, Joseph, the owner of the company- and 3 very professional technicians. They have- so far- sent 12 different people to the house to fix the issues we have had as well as getting the original replacement done. That’s 6 total trips- 8 running trucks- payroll for 2-3 total days of work for these guys- plus the cost of Freon, insurance for the employees, etc. This isn’t counting the payroll of the support and logistics and admin costs to get all these guys out here. I see things like that when I look at a company- because I run one. Every time someone refuses to do something for you after you paid- that’s usually why. Because it costs hundreds of dollars per crew per day to run a business. However- running a business the right way isn’t always about the bottom line. We are reasonable people. We understand that Things don’t always work out perfectly- even when you pay good money for it and it’s a brand new system. But the fact that these guys have expended their resources and cut down their margin of profit- which has been slimmed down a good bit as of today- is a sign that these guys are a company you can trust. I had gotten on here and complained about the issues we were having and I was a bit frustrated at one point. Joseph called me personally less than an hour after I vented my worries and has been 100% accessible and involved to make our issues we were having right. As the head of a very large company- for him to do that on a Friday night when I am out of town working- and for me to have the peace of mind that he’s going to make it right- you can’t put a price on that level of service. I can also honestly say that these guys have went above and way beyond to fix these issues. I am 100% satisfied with these guys and I would recommend anyone to give them their business. It’s rare to find a company that will stand behind their work- no matter how many times they have to come out. As a commercial contractor- I have seen hundreds of jobs get done that didn’t meet the customers needs or standards. 99% of those companies walk away once the check has been written. This is not one of those companies- and thank God- because hvac systems aren’t the kind of thing you can afford to redo. You may be paying a bit more to use these guys over your brothers third cousin who has installed 3 systems in his life- but you can rest assured that you will be taken care of. I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with the support team and the professionals of this company. I am hoping we are on the back end of the issues with our system- but I am confident that if we haven’t found a solution- they will do what they have to get us there. Incredible company. We had a great experience the company was very professional and got our AC fixed quickly.

I had Gee replace my heat pump with a new system. I added a zoned system and had all of my ducts replaced in the process.They arrived on time and worked all day until the job was complete. The people they sent (Leo, Jesus, Pete, Marcos) were great. They wore masks, were careful about not tracking in dirt, and vacuumed and cleaned up before they left. The system works great and Im glad I used them. Id also say that Val (may have that wrong) on their management side was great to work with.I would highly recommend these guys.
