Another successful birthday party. The ladies who work/run the place are amazing with kiddos.

Ive left 3 voicemails over the course of a few weeks a various time during the day. No responses, no call back. Was really interested in enrolling, however this has definitely changed my mind. Hopefully they can change this factor.

Love taking my 14 month old here. She always takes very long naps afterwards! Lol. The teachers are amazing too. Clean facility and looking forward to doing a birthday party here as well.

We brought both of our toddlers here for a weekly class. They always had fun, Ms Morgan is the best!! The gym is always very clean, and they do a superior job communicating about everything. Highly recommend!!

A very good place for babies, people are so friendly to kids

If only we could give this place 10 stars!!! They have been a lifesaver for us this year, and my son’s favorite time of the day is going to his class. We were looking for a place for my almost two year old to get out some energy, learn, and have fun, and we could not have done any better than My Gym Frisco. The staff is amazing, their classes are well thought out and inviting, and my son smiles and jumps in the car every time he knows we are going to “class”. He loves his favorite teacher, Miss Morgan, and we can not say enough good things about her! She is the perfect combination of fun and professional. Along with the owner who has been so accommodating to us, we are sure going to miss this place when we move. Highly recommend for anyone looking out for a fun place for their kid(s)!

Our family loves My Gym! Our son took his first steps at My Gym and started walking the next week at 10 months. Our daughter became a little clingy during this pandemic and with My Gyms separation time she can be without me, and not get upset. My Gym is such a great program for your kiddos development and social skills. The icing on top is the phenomenal staff! Thank you to Morgan Miller for always being so wonderful to all the kiddos!

We love My gym! We have had several birthdays done here for two of our kids and the youngest attends their preschool prep. At the birthday, the ladies are always so sweet and make it such a special experience and our youngest is enjoying being in their preschool prep program.On a side note he always comes home ready for a nap, which I just love.

Excellent gym for little ones. Great, energetic and enthusiastic staff. Lots of fun activities for the kiddos that keeps them entertained. Both my kids had a blast and remember their time at My Gym fondly. Highly recommend this place!

My daughter had so much fun! She love to play. I love to see her happy and joy. I would love to take her to go there if I have enough money. I’m glad to know that they have daycare.

I cant recommend this place more! It has helped my Son so much! We were referred there by a Dr as we were in a similar program! The best thing we could do! It helped with sensory, transition and my Son LOVED IT SO MUCH!We started the Mommy and me classes and then I enrolled him in Prep for pre school 3 days a week. He did so great and with the kindness of everyone that works there I was able to leave him there without majorly freaking out!!I didnt peak thru the window for the first week!My gym is so amazing! Im truly so grateful for it.I seriously only recommend places that I have used and have been amazing!

This place is SO MUCH FUN!! Morgan hosted this birthday party for my sons friend and it was a blast for kiddos and adults alike. Definitely would go back and absolutely recommend!!

I enrolled my daughter (2.5 yrs old) here for the summer and we loved it! The staff is kind and knew my daughters name by the second week. The play area is clean and safe, which I love, and full of wonderful adventures, which my daughter loved. She was able to climb, jump, run, roll, hop, balance and swing without me chasing after her and telling her to be careful or behave. I do wish that there were more open play times, but only because we would have enjoyed the opportunity to spend more time there. I cant wait to return next summer!

Ms. Morgan and Ms. Victoria are awesome instructors. We love going! I love the circle time, instruction time and time for open play.

We attended a birthday party at this place and the two girls that hosted the party were phenomenal with kids. They engaged the kids fully for two hours with various games and activities. Great place for 3-6 yr old to go and have fun

I am a nanny of a 3 year old and 1 year old, and we go to My Gym for the sibling classes. They absolutely LOVE it. The classes are fun, playful, and get their energy out to make my day easier. Its also very reasonable in price, especially considering how inexpensive it is for multiple kids. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because there are only a couple open play times, and they are right at lunch time/dinner time so its difficult to attend. We love love love My Gym, and highly recommend it to our friends :)

I’m giving it two stars because the place is pretty cool. But we went in for our free trial class and weren’t even acknowledged. The people working there didn’t give us any instructions upon arrival. I received an email when I booked the class but the instructions weren’t helpful once we actually got there, and then when my son was trying to get acclimated we were ignored and it all felt very cliquey. Maybe all those people have been coming since their kids were tiny (my son is 2) but my kid had never been to anything like that and it would’ve been nice to feel welcome or at the very least included.

A delightful little gym for the little ones. The staff is always cheerful. The structured class flows well with different and interesting things for the little tykes to do.

The gym itself is great. My son loved his time their playing but we had some serious issues getting in contact with staff when we weren’t there. No one ever answers their phone... like ever. We cancelled our membership and they charged us 2 additional times and guess what, no one was available to speak to again. It’s so frequent, it almost seems purposeful. Again the gym was great but this was very unpleasant trying to cancel with them.Update: @Addie (owner of My Gym) I did received the voicemail. Thank you for stepping in to take care of this. In regard to not finding our cancellation, we made the request with you guys months ago. We left voicemails, texted. We even inquired back when you charged us the 1st time after the cancellation and you acknowledged it. Not sure how it went un-noticed. Not to beat a dead horse, but this would have been a lot smoother had someone answered the phone. Not sure why all these transactions are done via voicemail.

Our toddler attends pre-school prep class and we couldnt be more proud of her growth. Addie, Jenny as well as the rest of the staff are always pleasant and give updates if your child behaved or not. They also assist in potty training. We love this place so much, weve enrolled her in summer camp and looking forward to enrolling her little sister soon.

BEWARE: CHEATS AND FRAUD. They will silently make you sign up for 2 months. They wont warn you that you have signed a contract for two months. They will continue to charge you until you take notice. The classes are dull and uncoordinated. Most people who conduct classes are uncommunicative. Also they dont refund you the money they charge nor they will reschedule your classes more than a month after you pay for the classes. So essentially if they charge you for classes and you want to go on a long vacation, you forfeit the money and the classes!Update after Owner note: Just because you put something on the paper does not mean it is legitimate! When people cannot use your services, then least humane thing you can do is to return their money back to them. Stop being a machine of greed and start doing what is right!
