Staff is very friendly and personable, every time i get my hair cut here I leave having a better day :) my favorite stylist Travis always does my hair exactly how I like it!

The hair cut is good but the experience was a little different..I was getting my haircut by a person that you couldnt really understand who they identify as male/female until they put there name tag on after the person put there name tag on I was still confused by the perception I was under the impression the person was female then I get my hot face towel and massage and while back there in which I think Travis got in his feelings Im not a person that judges or makes fun of anything but then after I pay the manager come out and says that if I ever make fun of the person that did my hair that I will be banned 1st off I never made fun of anybody and 2nd the way that the manager confronted me was not professional if the owner could call me that would be good.

Sports Clips in Frisco on Legacy is the best place to get treated well. MVP package is a must - shampoo and hot towels. Perfect relaxation. Go to Jessica, she will never fail to give you great service and a great cut!

Terrible experience at Legacy & Lebanon Sport’s Clips. The stylist who styled my hair did not follow my directions which made me look like an egg at the end of the appointment. Very disappointing. Also, only two people working. Could of been better. Never going back there again.

My son loves sports clips. As a 7 year old he isnt too picky on his cut but they do a great job in making me happy with the cut and style. For the price and service Sports Clips is the place to go.

My other stylists company closed and the hair was getting long so i went to this location. It was clean, easy to check into and stylists was OK. I have a 4 on the sides and trimmed up top. Not super even but for the price it was fine.

Was in this area and decided to just pop in and the lady that cut my hair did a great job and was very friendly.

I just had my first haircut in 3 months and it was great! Yazmin and the others were truly professional. There was social distancing, face masks, and hand sanitizer. Im extremely with my haircut and how professional / sanitary the location was.

I usually dont write reviews like these but this definitely needs to be brought to the attention of people who own and run this place. I used to go to this location back when it opened up and two years into opening this place the hair stylists that they were hiring to work there was really low class. I stopped going there a few years ago when I saw a hair stylist got into a heated argument with a customer. I always wondered why would someone do that. I went back after years to this place a month ago to get my sons hair cut and the store manager is the one that cut his hair and she was very nice. I even went the same day to get my haircut as well and was pleasantly surprised with the service. I wanted to give this place a shot and go here since their location is very close to where I live. I went back again a couple of weeks later and this time it was exactly the opposite experience. I got a little trim and cleanup and the lady that cut my hair was this African American ( she said she was the assistant manager). She was talking more and focusing on her work less. She messed up my back trim and it was crooked. I tried to explain it to her and she didnt get it. I decided to leave the place and got back another day to get that fixed with the store manager but unfortunately she was not working and the same African American ( Asst Manager) was working. When I said I needed my hair fixed she was really rude but another stylist was kind enough to fix the problem. The African American Asst manager was still bickering about why the other person took care of it and she wanted me to wait an hour before she finished everyone.After this I did call the store to leave a message for the Manager she basically hung up the phone. I did call the Corporate Office of Sports Clip and complain about my experience and it looks the same owner owns both the Sports Clips in Frisco. I am yet to get a phone call from either the Store Owner or the Manager at this location. I am sure mistakes happen but there is a way to resolve it. I will never go to this location. Two Strikes and OUT.

Very bad experience at Sports Clips Legacy and Lebanon. We usually have our sons haircut done by Jasmine. She is awesome and done an excellent cut on all previous occasions. Today she wasnt there at the salon and we were assigned another stylist. We told him to check the notes from previous haircut and he wasnt sure how to read the notes as well.. In the end, he messed up the haircut for my son. Worst part was the cut hairs were all over on his face, ears and he did not even clean it up fully.. I asked for a tissue or towel at the reception and she said they do not have any tissue paper.. I would never recommend this salon to anyone hereafter...

When i got there the people had no idea how to communicate. i asked for some layers and nobody there knew how to. and the manager was rude. total waste of time will never come back

This place is horrible, I paid 20 dollars for literally just a haircut, nothing else. And I got two uneven side burns and now there’s no way to fix it. Staff is clueless and absurd. Absolutely horrible. Very disappointed.

Ive tried this place twice now. Typical haircut, #2 on the sides and scissors up top. First time the stylist talks about money problems the whole time and asked for a tip in cash before she was even finished. Second time, stylist rushed through like she was in a hurry. Even the wash was over in about 2 minutes. Didnt even offer a mirror to look when she was finished! Im going for the experience, not just the haircut. Slow down, dont make customers uncomfortable. Unfortunately, Im gonna have to find another place to go.

I had a hair cut with Ana today and I would say it is the worst hair cut I ever had in my life. It not just the way she made the hair style but the way unprofessionally she performed the hair cut. She was unprofessional and wouldn’t communicate at all. She wouldn’t even touch while she trim my beard. I would definitely not recommend her to anyone of my friends or even a stranger. Let me clearly point out what she has done.1. She just trimmed my hair without detailing the edges2. I asked her to trim my beard which infact the worst thing that has happened to me. She just clipped my hair without even clearing the beard from the edges.3. Her work is most unprofessional i have seen as she wouldn’t even touch while she style my hair or beard.At first she even tried to overlook me and called the person next to me. It looked unsual for me at that time but I thought it was human error but now I understand it’s not a human error but something irrational.Its very unfortunate to see something like that happen when you pay huge amount.Never ever get a hair cut with her!!

Very disappointed.... was charged MVP, didn’t get anything but a haircut .... not even an offer of shampoo or anything ( thought it came with one) also side burns weren’t faded in and I have uneven hairs all over my head ..... wth

I was told a 15 minute wait tonight at 6:30. Watched 2 employees and a corporate (?) manager tonight talk to each other about negative guest experiences in front of us for 30 minutes while one employee cut one of 3 waiting clients hair. Finally walked out after 30 minutes not wanting to waste my evening. Inexcusable customer service.

This is not a good place to get hair cut. Specially there is a black lady who does not know how to cut hair. If you say something after stupid hair cut, she will give you damn. After giving you a huge messed hair cut, she will shout on you again if you just open your mouth. No respect at all. Please never visit this place if you want a nice hair cut.

This sports clips keeps getting worse with time. Hair cut sloppy and got severe razor burn on my neck after stylist rubbed an electric razor repeatedly on my neck line. Will management step it up?!
