Wow. I seldom change anything if its working. Last time that I change home owner insurance was 14 years ago and auto was 8 years ago. But because of the friendliness of Gene, I changed all my insurances to State Farm. I received better coverage with saving over $1,500 / year.

Deborah Wolfgram State Farm Insurance is the friendliest and most helpful agents I have experienced. You find out how good people are when you need them. I was rear ended the day before Thanksgiving. The person at fault had Allstate and took responsibility for accident right away. I worked with Tammy from Deborah Wolfgram State Farm Insurance and she was amazing! She called Allstate to file my claim so I wouldnt have to deal with it while upset about my new car being hit. Tammy continued to follow up with me for the next month on a biweekly basis to find out progress and if I needed any help. Tammy still asks me how car is doing to this day. I was and continue to be blown away by the care given to me by Tammy and the rest of the staff at Deborah Wolfgram State Farm Insurance. I wish I could give yall more stars!!!!

I’ll be 50 in a couple of years and have only ever used two auto insurance agents, both State Farm. The first one eventually retired, transferred his book of business to Deborah Wolfgram, and I’ve stayed with her ever since. After dealing with there auto claims, it has been a terrible ordeal. From the customer service, speed of response, organization, and accountability. The adjuster doesn’t see your vehicle in 48 hours, it takes days, and we’ll my vehicle didn’t get sent to the collision first but service. Well at this place they are not connected but across the street from each other. Well the adjuster asked collision if my vehicle was there and they said no. That was it, no follow up questions of where it was at, no calls asking me if I knew. He left and wouldn’t return again for another week. Told me not to worry that they were paying the rental car to $1200. Well what happens then if it runs out? Don’t worry, we got you we will open a second for $750. So a month and weeks later, between Enterprise rental car not doing the second claim right. My claims adjuster doesn’t remember or have notes on the second rental. So I lose $50 on my deposit there,even though he said he would take care of it. Then they missed my negative (ground) cable clamp bolt was missing, so I needed the rental car again. So he tells me your reservation is good, you can get it. Find out when I get there that there’s a clause, only paying $25 dollars a day and I pay the difference even though I have $750 max. I explained how it’s everyone’s fault for missing this and shouldn’t pay anything if everyone had done there job. Also wouldn’t spend no where near the $750 to rent this car for the repair, but he didn’t care and that’s the best he could do. That’s the service I received and after my policy is up, I will not renew after such terrible service and no one taking responsibility for there actions.

I actually switched to State Farm about a year ago after a friend recommended this location to me. I am about as needy as it gets when it comes to insurance. I made that pretty clear to my rep when we spoke about me switching from my insurance company at the time. To this point I have been more than pleased with the service and experiences I have had with State Farm. I have filed two claims (both with motorcycles) and both were resolved almost immediately. I was pleased with both settlements and they really made it a smooth experience for me. Ive never been in the office to this day and I have had a state farm rep come to my home on two separate occasions to assist me with paperwork and additional life insurance/renters insurance policies. I would definitely recommend.
