Great experience and was excellent pricing. Working with Brian has been great! I literally was paying an arm and a leg for insurance because I was constantly being quoted really high! Brian literally listened to my needs as far as insurance and got me an amazing quote promptly. Brian was available for all my questions and was patient with me—he made sure I understood my coverages and was able to have great cov but pay affordable prices!

Edited after multiple bad experiences:They signed me up for safe driver discount without my knowledge that requires a poor tracking system to be installed, again no one explained or could explain this to me when asked. 5 months into my policy they came back and told me i owed more money bc their system had a glitch and they just found out about it. 5 months ago. Cancelling ASAP and VERY unhappy with the tough it is what it is (Per Julie) attitude despite me paying in FULL.Cancelled- Sean said Id receive a refund of about 130 dollars. Received only 30. Figures theyd lie about that too! Many other cheaper, honest insurances in the area

Most if not all communications for a new auto policy were made via email and phone calls in April/ May 2019. However, when my policy got rejected in May 2019, I got no call/ email informing me of the rejection. They sent a snail mail about this and I had not checked it until a couple weeks after the rejection. I have no issues providing updated documents to them to correct the rejection. However, I was expecting them to at least call/ email me so I could take immediate action.

Went in for information, walked out with a lifetime of knowledge! Shawn was great, answered all my question and was very patient with me. Definitely recommend stopping by, be sure to ask for Shawn!
