Ive had nothing but positive experiences with John Pavles office. They gave me a home and auto bundle wayy below what other companies quoted me. Their team is very knowledgeable, Lord knows I ask 101 questions, they are always able to answer. And Ive never had to leave a voicemail or wait on hold. Highly recommend!

Sharon was great to deal with but others had no sense of urgency to get back with me and made excuses that they were a high volume call center. My thoughts are if I pay insurance and only need you once or twice you should be there for me. It should not take from Friday closing to Monday closing with no call back especially since Saturday was a 1/2 office day. Again it may have just been an isolated incident but I dont like getting constant emails about a committment to serving customers and then have this occur. I give Sharon 5 stars but the office as a whole 3 stars.
