I would like to take a moment to say that I have lived in my lovely apartment since January 2020 and I want to totally take the opportunity to say how wonderful the maintenance department is. I am disabled and live in an ADA apartment. The staff go above and beyond to care for the needs of my apartment. The crew always come and change my air filters bc I can’t reach them. They always are very kind and have a smile on their faces and are so friendly!!! The best kept secret of living here is a secret no more!!! Maintenance is WONDERFUL!!!!
This is the best place Ive ever lived! I’m a native New Yorker who was living in the southwest for a few years before I got relocated by a job to Texas.I was super nervous about moving especially because I was doing a blind move (didn’t see the apartment before my move in day) and was worried about what it would look like in person and what the location would be like.I’m happy to say I’m located in a gorgeous area facing the courtyard which is well maintained and the square footage + location is UNBEATABLE especially for the price. The apartment I moved into had some awesome upgrades and was just beautiful. I’m already planning on extending my lease just based off that alone.I can’t sing the praises of the leasing office high enough either! Every time I’ve had a question or concern, Kristen has always been on top of it and taken care of me. Maintenance is also fantastic and I’ve always had my issues taken care of same day or at the very latest next day.Amazing place!
Olympus Boulevard has been awesome to us. We have moved into 4 different apartments on 4 different floors because my wife couldnt make up her mind which floor plan she liked best. Kristen in the leasing office has been instrumental in helping us find the perfect one and I have advised everyone that we are now to be placed on the do not move list. They have gone above and beyond for us and even sent us a special card when our 15 year old dog passed away. The maintenance guys are cool and are quick to look at any work orders and fix anything needed. I like that it is very pet friendly, easy to walk to fun places and has really cool neighbors of all ages. After having a house for 25 years I was really nervous about apartment living but I have been pleasantly surprised with how easy it has been to adjust. I credit that to the wonderful staff. It may not be a brand new property like some close by but the square footage you get for the price is well worth it. I have shopped them all and I can guarantee you get more for your money here.
Do not move in these apartments some of the dirtiest apartments I have ever been in. Milly Pierce is the apartment manager very rude and un trustful. The whole staff is very unsympathetic to their residents. The cleaning staff doesn’t clean anything and they will charge you unnecessary and inaccurate fees when you move!!!!!!! Please beware of this complex...
This apartment complex has been great to work with and is very nice. Kristen in the leasing office has been extremely helpful with my move in process and explained everything very clearly. The maintenance crew is very helpful and friendly also. The square footage versus price for living in Frisco Square cant be beat. I highly recommend.
WORST APARTMENT I HAVE EVER LIVED IN MILLIE PIERCE IS THE APARTMENT MANAGER. I RECENTLY MOVED OUT ON 5/30/21 THEY CHARGED ME $225 FOR CLEANING IN THE APARTMENT THAT I HAD ALREADY CLEANED BEFORE EXITING. THE CHARGES ARE BROKEN DOWN LIKE THIS $75 FOR CARPET CLEANING WHICH IS ONLY LOCATED IN THE BEDROOM AND CLOSET. THE CLOSET WAS ALREADY CLEANED BEFORE I LEFT WITH NOT A SINGLE STAIN. $100 FOR A FULL APARTMENT CLEANING WHICH IF THEY TAKES CARE OF THE WHOLE APARTMENT BEING CLEANED WHY CHARGE ME $75 FOR JUST THE CARPET????? $50 FOR TILE THAT WAS MESSED UP PREVIOUSLY BEFORE I HAD MOVED IN WHICH THEY KNEW THAT ALREADY AND DECIDED NOT TO FIX IT…. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS AND ONE OF THE DIRTIEST APARTMENTS I EVER LIVED IN…. MILLY PIERCE IS RUDE AND WONT KEEP HER WORD WHEN THE END OF YOUR LEASE COMES AROUND!!!!!
I loved living at these apartments, you can’t beat the convenience! Movies, restaurants, and more were all walking distance. The amenities were one of my favorite parts. The gym was large, had two rooms, and was upgraded while living there. The pool was always kept clean and the staff would often throw fun events that kept the community very close. Also, Kristen the leasing agent always did a phenomenal job at making sure service request were promptly taken care of and was always so friendly. The front office and maintenance truly care about their job and it shows!
No longer a place of peace.. continuous loud stomping from above tenants that almost seems intentional literally sun up to sundown for the past several months. You hear extremely loud arguments of other tenants ..
There is a Guardian Angel at Olympus Blvd and her name is Kristen.Answers questions with extreme precision and takes care of any Work Orders or concerns, in a fast and reliable manner.She should be called All-State because you are in good hands with her.
Olympus worked with me as my house was being built and got delayed. Tricia and Kristen work in the office and are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for all your help and making my year and half of living here pleasant.

Lets start off with the fact this apartment complex has a fire alarm that goes off randomly all the time. Night or day! There was even a point where the halls were flooded with water that almost destroyed my gaming PC in my apartment. But let me tell you about this.... three months after I moved out I called them about my deposit. I never received a call back but I did get an email about how I owed $278. Amazing. Dont move here. Go across the street to Broadstone where they know how to treat their tenants.
We just moved in a week ago and they have made everything so simple & have been so accommodating. We have two dogs & have lived in houses for over 20 years so downsizing to an apartment stressed me out at first. Millie & Kristen have been phenomenal & very patient with our 1000 questions. Our apartment is in an excellent location & very quiet. Everyone in the halls have been friendly & I love that it is so dog friendly. So far we are thrilled to be here & highly recommend Olympus Boulevard.
This apartment complex is the worst I’ve ever lived at! To get ahold of the front office manager is impossible and once you do she has the audacity to have an attitude! Before signing any paperwork go around the millions of apartments around trust me!

I was nervous about moving into an apartment since Ive been living in homes in my adult life. Turns out that I love it here. Its quiet since my apartment faces a courtyard and is near the parking garage. Residents and staff are great! Whenever I needed something fixed in the apartment, they corrected the issue quickly.
Great location and great customer service! Kristen is a wonderful help and very friendly! A lot of residents have dogs of their own, so it was great to move in with my little pal. I actually rented my unit site un-seen, and they promised to place me into a unit i would enjoy, and they nailed it. Price and location are great!
I lived in Boulevard for a year and had a marvelous experience! There is a completely new staff now, so I would disregard all the reviews prior to 2015. Brandy, Katharine and the entire staff were always helpful and a pleasure to talk to.In terms of living - the apartments are modern, the location is convenient (right on the Frisco Square, and Target/Marketstreet is really close), and its very quiet. I lived in a corner unit so that probably helped. The gym was great, parking was free & easy (coming from a place DC, free parking is amazing).If I needed something fixed, they would send someone out the next day.Another cool feature - upon move in, you can get your apartment painted for a small fee for each wall. Its definitely worth it and the maintenance crew did a great job.All in all, this was a place I called home. I will miss this place along with the entire staff.I would live there again if I ever move back to Frisco, TX!
I don’t know where to even start. I will say I am one to do good reviews where they are earned but sadly this isn’t a good one. Let me just make you aware of the things that scared me to death! All of this is public records at Frisco police department so feel free to get them yourself if you don’t believe me. In November 2018 which wasn’t long ago there was shots fired by someone on ground (first) floor and I am not sure what it was in relations to. After this happened I was in paranoid mode and then about a month ago two people in mask kicked in a door on the ground floor and were armed and stole numerous things out of someone’s apartment. When I heard this happened that’s when I had enough and went to talk to one of the managers and she was the first who even brought it to my attention surprisingly and she and the other apt. manager said I could get out of lease if I really felt that unsafe here and that I didn’t have to pay penalty fees etc. Sounds like they were being nice and considerate right? No! They straight lied to my face! Then a week later after I had found a new place and put a deposit down and had already turned in my move out date after they had approved it already then I was told that the regional office wanted an email stating why I wanted to move out and they wanted police records so I got those and it states in detail the incidences that have occurred, well the regional office emailed me back and now say that’s not good enough and they need more. I think I’ve said enough for you to see how my experience was here. I hate to give any negative feedback being I’m such a nice and positive person but I would want to know these things prior to living somewhere and this being said I would not recommend this place to anyone!Not to mention the piles of trash outside by the trash chute often and it stinks bad walking to car most days. Also the dogs that owners let urinate in the halls and when I tell the office staff it has been cleaned but this last time it was still in the halls on my floor for 6-8 weeks and even when I moved out last week it was still there. When urine sits anywhere u can imagine the smell! I could go on and on about the little things but I wanted you aware of the other stuff more importantly.I will say kudos to our wonderful police force in Frisco! Once these incidents starting taking place they patrolled the apartments frequently and if it wasn’t for them I don’t know what I’d do because I felt a little better until I was able to move out.
Very professional office staff, maintenance crew is always on top of their job. Any question is answered promptly and taken care of immediately. Love this place. Great neighbors, who are always mindful of others.
Living at the Boulevard has been a great experience. The staff have always been quick to respond to any questions, comments or concerns. As far as the neighbors, you couldnt ask for a better community. Everyone that Ive come into contact with at The Boulevard (staff and residents) have been super friendly! I feel like Im home!
I just moved into The Boulevard and it is absolutely the best apartment Ive ever lived in! The customer service is outstanding, and I believe that is due to Brandi, the apartment manager because as the leader goes, so goes the team! My apartment is adorable and the best part is that Brandi was able to secure a storage unit for me that is 10 steps from my apt. door! I dont have to load up my car and drive to a storage unit, I just have to carry my storage items a few steps down the hall!! Thanks to Katharine and for Megan for their great service, too. They are so sweet! I have already met a great group of friends at a social hour hosted by the Boulevard and to whom Brandi introduced me, and Ive only been here 3 days!!! This is home!
Counting the days I can get out of here. Piles of trash always stacked up by the entrance door we pay $25 a month for what???. I would post pictures, but looks like you can’t on here. We pay all this money for this place, but they closed the gym and laundry room down at the same time to re do both of them and not even offer to lower rent until it’s all done.
By far the best apartment complex I have lived in over the last 9 years of my college and post college career. 1 bed/1 bath more than enough room for 2 people. Staff always extremely friendly and helpful.
I love living here. I love the location and the management staff is wonderful the only thing I absolutely hate is that at least 2-3 times a week i have problems being able to find parking in the parking garage I wouldn’t care as much if it wasn’t one of the selling points for me to live here. I live on the second floor and half of the time I have to park on the 3rd or 4th floor one time on the roof because there was no parking. I walk by and see cars without parking stickers or passes. Sometimes cars sit by the gate waiting for someone to open the gate and then they come through which makes me feel uncomfortable. Just upsets me because I pay to live here and I can’t even park where I live I wish someone would figure out a way for people who “live here” to have places to park without worrying if I’ll have to spend an extra 10 min finding somewhere to park after a long day at work.
Nice apartment, but they do not handle customer service well. I am planning to move out so and I was supposed to be pro-rated for my final month, I called a week prior to the payment date to make sure everything was in order and they assured me that everything was good. Then the 2nd of the month rolls around and I get charged with the full amount of rent and when I go to talk to them they basically lie to my face and say that it was a billing issue and proceed to tell me that they cant reimburse me my $780 for another 3 weeks.
I have to say I lived here for a year and I genuinely enjoyed the apartment and the staff. Number one, maintenance did a phenomenal job. They are always kind and always fixing whatever I need in a very timely manner. I had one pest issue and they fixed it and I never say another pest again. I also had an issue where I adopted a dog and the office was quick to handle the situation in the best possible way. They loved my dog and I was able to keep her. Kristin has been there the longest I believe. She is the nicest person. All of the office staff is fantastic and I really enjoyed living here. The only reason why I am moving is because I wanted to be closer to work due to traffic issues. If you get a chance come check out this apartment complex. Everyone is great and it is easy access to things such as the soccer stadium and dining areas. I will miss being at The Boulevard and I thank them so much for such great customer service and friendliness! I hope to see the management at Catos in Lewisville sometime! lol!

This apartment complex is in whole a great place to live with great customer service. the maintenance guys are top notch as well. The front desk is attentive and always helpful. The apartment is nice for the price and location. I want to point out that I have had to open two maintenance request since moving in and on both occasion the maintenance crew showed up within MINUTES WOW of me opening the request and resolved the issues to my approval. Everyone we have dealt with at this complex from front office to maintenance have been awesome. We are only living here till Feb when our house is done but If my family is ever in an apartment again this will be the one.

People that are constantly looking for problems will unfortunately always find problems. On the other hand, I have zero complaints about the boulevard. The place is peaceful. There are a few dogs that keep me up some nights, but seriously, if thats a problem to you, go live somewhere where dogs arent permitted. Other than a few things here and there that could be fixed up, this place is paradise.
Worst apt complex. They need reason to charge you fees. Horrible management at office. They dont even listen to your issues and take care of stuff. Stay away. I wont recommend this apts to anyone.
Absolutely most unethical and poorly trained slum of a community in Frisco.Stole funds from my account and charged an additional $1000 in rent forone month beyond my lease. I have lived in communities in Newport BeachCalifornia and Chicago, Illinois and this is worst and most poorly maintainedproperty I have ever lived in.Do NOT recommend living here.Management refused to give home office number in Chicago as well.Left message for the President of Sherman and have yet to get anyreturned phone call. What does this tell you about leadership andconcern for resident customers? Some Family based businessyou have here, Sherman.

This place is horrible. My wife and I WERE let out of our lease with all of the pest issues, faulty maintenance items, unsanitary conditions when the trash drop fills up. They do not salt the disgusting and filthy parking garage. When you bring this up; its like the office is doing you a favor. We were not happy here....do not let the outside appearance fool you...What a joke!
