My boyfriend an I recently moved in and the place is beautiful! The area is perfect, lots to do with a lot of places in walking distance! The staff has been extremely helpful throughout the move in process! I would definitely recommend this complex!

We had a wonderful experience while touring this complex. Gerald is the one that helped us out and he was awesome! He was enthusiastic, patient, and very friendly. The complex is beautiful, smells amazing, and is in such a great location!

I have been living in Central Square for over a month now and although I rarely write reviews online I think this place deserves a review. From the leasing process up until now I am thoroughly impressed by everything this apartment complex has to offer. The staff members were very helpful since beginning and made every adjustments that I requested in my lease. I havent had much maintenance issues as of yet except my stove light fused which they fixed the first thing next morning so I do not want to speculate much on their maintenance just with one incident. The amenities in the apartment are good quality and reputable brand appliances (I actually did not expect it when I came to see the apartment at first). The facility hours (gym, sports room) are a little bit inconvenient (8am-6pm) since by the time I go home from work its already closed but I think those are adjusted for now due to Covid.

My friend lives here and I often come to visit. I am very impressed with office staff They were very friendly and professional. I think joy and channel are the names. my best friend has been begging me to come move at centralsquare. I went to the office to inquire for myself. My current apartment lease will be up in March. I asked about Availability and plan on making the change sometime may of 2021.

The staff is amazing and always willing to help, the complex is clean and organized, the apartments are very spacious and the layouts are nice. Maintenance is always willing to help if there are any problems. Highly recommend!

Frisco rail tract! The only one....longest tract.

This is such a beautiful apartment. I’ve been living here for four months now and the only complaint is the stomping from residents living above us due to having kids. Other than that, the staff is super friendly, welcoming, and work quick to resolve any issues we are having. I truly love living here and hope to continue living here

I made an appointment to come to central square. When I arrived I loved the building. Smell fresh the walls an steps where clean. I loves the parking garage. the one bedroom was a little out of my price range that I want to pay but that most definitely wont keep me from passing central square to my list. I have to move in February. All in all I like this property. The office staff was nothing short of friendly I also liked how peaceful an quiet it was in the office. oh an thr mask required to enter sign was a plus made.me.feel like they take everyones health serious!. I took a few minutes to do a review for the office staff. Giving them 5 stars

On a walk in invitation to an open event for all, i found there to be friendly and kind venders as well as Phenomenal apartment staff.Here they want to keep a very well knit and friendly community with a strong networking plan for the independent and local venders as well keep a good connection with all residents in a safe family environment, the atmosphere is very modern classy in my opinion.With these outstanding standing in the amenities you aren’t going wrong.

I liked living here at first, but things have really gone downhill. My motorcycle had the lock cut and it was stolen out of the ramp not even 3 months after moving in, loud music on Friday and Saturday nights from across the street, staff wont reopen the gym but lists it as an amenity, inconsistent valet trash, etc.

My family moved in here last year in December and my parents just renewed our lease. We greatly appreciate how helpful the front office are. Joy has been very helpful.

Great place to live, I just moved in here and the area and building are great!! I love that you are in walking distance to many restaurants and the soccer stadium. The staff very friendly and the community is very diverse and friendly as well.

The apartments are nicely located, with amenities such as a pool, gym, and bbq grills. There are restaurants, parks, library, a movie theater, and Toyota Stadium, as well as a farmer’s market on Saturday within an easy walking distance. The parking garage is an added bonus for times of bad weather.

Truly cannot say enough GREAT things about this property, and its management staff. I started my real etstate career in the apartment industry, and have worked with tons of professionals in property management. Larry (lead maintenance) is hands down, the most knowledgeable, diligent, enthusiastic prop management employee Ive ever encountered. Hes Johnny on the Spot and will always exceed expectations in the way of quality service. The rest of the staff is awesome, as well. Very professional! Excellent amenities. Beautiful facilities, well maintained. Management staff cares about residents comfort and makes a point to address concerns for loud noise late at night when needed, not that Ive ever had to complain... But I do notice these things and it means a lot. 10+++ across the board.

I’ve lived here for more than a year. When I moved in it was called Alta Frisco and the team at that time was very helpful. Since then they changed ownership and it seemed to have been a seamless process. There was minor hiccups that’s to be expected but the service with Joy and Shannel was always delightful.This year was challenging with Covid and when it came time to renew my lease they didn’t increase rent to make things convenient and that really helped. The apartments are new with high quality appliances, pretty cabinets and countertops. The bathrooms are huge as well as the wall in closets.The fitness center is nice with all the equipment you need including a yoga room with bikes for cycling and videos included.The apartments are directly across the street from the Frisco Farmers Market and close to everything you really need.

My wife and I were first drawn into this community by its location. We walked in and were greeted very positively by Aaliyah. She was very welcoming and explained all the great amenities in this location and really went out of her way to highlight the ways Alta Frisco Square would be a good place for us to live. We knew 10 minutes after leaving, that this would be the place for us. Even after move in, she has been very helpful providing information/things that we need as we continue to live here.After move in- we had the chance to meet Larry and Dillon. These guys really are good human beings. They want to make sure that any issues in your apartment are taken care of quickly and correctly. Both of them actually went out of their way to help provide something we needed that wouldnt be your standard maintenance request. They care, and are also very positive while helping out.We have also had a chance to briefly talk to Jessica and Harmony who have been extremely supportive of our needs as we live here.The Appliances here are all far better then any other apartment complex we have seen. In addition, the amenities are also all new and quite extensive!My only message to management here would be, how could we improve upon the food delivery to door experience. Given that the security is great and we have buzz in on most doors, it makes it difficult for drivers to get in once they have been buzzed into the building elevator. I also encourage you to think about whether we can get a 3rd elevator near the 1064 side of the building as it would space out the all elevators more evenly for ALL residents (not just ones living in the other side and near the garage).

I have to say, at first I was quite skeptical, just due to word of mouth I had heard. When I began my stay, it had went out of my mind. This place is great! Great staff and great conditions. Though I will say service has had hiccups but only on minor occasion. Nothing to write the place off for. Fantastic!!

Great apartments! Love the office staff, Harmony and Patrick, they are so polite and helpful. My pup loves coming into the office daily for treats. The dog wash is amazing and super resourceful! Great gym as well. Dillon is very nice and attentive to the complex’s needs and fixing things that I break in my apartment.

This place is amazing! We worked with Harmony from day one, setting up an appointment through applying for an apartment. She is fantastic! They pay attention to detail and really care to make this place feel like home, even for potential future residence. Thank you for your kindness during our tour, patience in answering our questions (even post tour), and excitement in celebrating with us as we applied! Definitely one of the best first impressions we have had while viewing apartments.

I have to say I am very pleased and thankful with how the staff and manager Shaneil have dealt with the response to COVID-19. While these are definitely strange times, it feels so good to live in a community in which I know great precautions are being taken to ensure the residents safety. I am very pleased with how communicative the staff has been, offering financial updates and answering questions. If I didnt know then...I definitely know now that my safety and well-being as a resident is at the utmost interest of the staff. I couldnt have asked for a better place to live during all of this. Management used to great but with the new management, everything has gone down hill. They dont send email notifications when your package arrived like they did before and the new staff are all clueless and cannot answer your questions.

Since the moment I walked in, Harmony was there every step of the way even through my personal situation. The level of attention and follow up has been extraordinary.Then the continued service and attention from Sandra, Patrick, Jessica and Michael has been equally impressive.I am proud to call this home and love the location, amenities, my apartment and the people I’ve met. Not your typical apartment living. Its truly a living experience here. Staff is super nice and overall you have privacy. The only thing I would challenge them to improve on is the safety of the parking garage. I would suggest installing speed bumps in strategic places to slow those vehicles down.

I was visiting family for the weekend.. and had the pleasure of running into a worker named Dillion he was so helpful and professional.. was able to help us with everything we needed.Also this place is gorgeous.. they have everything you could ever need for an amazing living experience!

I toured this property knowing my lease will be up soon. Great staff and awesome amenities. I also chatted with a maintenance guy named Dillon. Very sincere and knew what he was talking about when it comes to handy work. Looks like this will be my future home.

First off, I did not move into the complex but I did seriously shop them. Jessica was slammed and completely alone at 5 pm on a Wednesday. However, she greeted everyone and set expectations for all those in line for service. Her professionalism was evident and she did a fantastic job showing me around. After my visit, I elected to remain nested in my current place of residence. Once I notified her of my intentions, she responded with a heartfelt email and made me feel at easy with my final selection. Harmony was who I spoke to on the phone and she was amazing as well. Both agents were completely professional while maintaining sincere communication with me. The staff I worked with are on point and I suggest anyone to shop them.

Weve lived at Central Square since April 2019. We have found the staff at the front desk, the maintenance team and everyone associated with Central Square to be friendly and willing to go above and beyond in order to make our apartment our home.We moved in shortly after this complex opened and there were a few things that needed to be addressed and the team here immediately responded to anything that we brought to their attention and got things back on track.Honestly, the staff here has become like a family to us. We know them and they know us. They go out of their way to make life here pleasant.Weve been surprised at how quiet things are here. We cant hear our neighbours. The halls and common areas are kept clean. They do allow pets but that hasnt been an issue for us. The amenities are nice and usually available for everyone to use.Additionally, there are regular get-togethers that the complex hosts. We really enjoy our apartment and the family we have here. This is a great place to call home.

Entering Alta Frisco Square I was happily greeted by Patrick the assistant property manager, who treated me as a friend and not a sale. Patrick showed me around and it has everything one would need. Sports lounge, free coffee, parking garage, business center, dog wash, luxury pool, upscale gym, courtyard, and so much more!!!! The apartments are very new, clean and modern. The staff are always friendly and know me by my name, even the property director Jessica!I can’t say enough how truly awesome this place is the price, people, and amenities are so worth it. I showed my fiend around and they are moving in also!Thank you Patrick, Jessica, Harmony and everyone at Alta Frisco Square!!!!

Manager is awful with control issues

Why would you close the pool on Labor Day? The day 99% of people are off and can actually go to the pool. Then on top of that, you tell us the day of. We don’t pay $1200+ a month for rent to have the pool closed on one of the nicest days of the year when everyone is off. Makes a whole lot of sense.

Living here has been so frustrating. I get home after a long day of work and theres no parking due to visitors tailgating behind cars at the gate and parking inside. The parking garage is the worst structure. Multiple accidents have occurred and yes, Ive been part of one. Then theres teens waiting by the door for someone to unlock it so they can get in and hang out in the downstairs area. I always see them covering their faces trying to not make eye contact with anyone in fear of being asked what theyre doing. Im not sure where their parents are or why they are here but I dont like them inside. Theres plenty of other little things that irritate me but those are the major ones for me. I will not be renewing my contract.

UpdatedI have been very pleased with the service that I’ve received over the past few months . Management is responsive to phone calls and e-mails, and is always available to help. I must say, I was a little frustrated the first couple of months of living here, but management has since taken care of all the minor issues.

I was interested in leasing at this beautiful apartment complex, however, the staff had an impersonal demeanor and were not welcoming.

I had the best experience with Sandra, she is the best hands down. she was so nice and was very helpful. Im so happy i picked Alta Frisco as my new home. Alta Frisco Square is a great community just walking in the door I felt right at home the leasing staff and management was great Aaliyah was my leasing specialist and was so informative about the community and the area around it as well. I was shown a lovely studio which was a vary comfortable size facing the court yard with a little yard attached over all I cant wait to move in to my new home!

The apartments are at the top in the area. My experience touring the community was awesome. Patrick gave me a tour and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. I can’t wait to live here. The apartments are everything you could ask for. I love the excellent customer service I recieved.

This is SUCH a beautiful community! The amenities are 24 hours, easy access to the square and farmers market! I love that everything is brand new, and come with washer and dryer at no extra charge. I am just really impressed!

Hate to leave the first bad review but I have to let this be known to anyone moving into this complex. If the janitor finds you attractive, he will literally stalk you and coincidentally be around your apartment and car every day when you leave. Its frustrating to not be able to do anything about it because hes just looking. But to all the women moving in here be on the lookout.

This Property is well located and close to everything, Club house is super nice. If you are looking for a brand new property to move to and a lot of fun activities around where you live, this is the place to be . The ladies at the office are awesome and friendly :)

We were from out of town having to make a decision between 2 apartments. Patrick followed up with us the next morning and told us about another plan. We came by and looked at it. It is perfect to our needs. Patrick and another lady helped us get our apartment all in one day so we can go back home and pack up the truck to come back. They fixed any issues as they arrived. The place is new and great location. Close to everything.

Since the moment I walked into Alta frisco square, I felt like I was treated like family. Patrick has been my go to person since I walked and all the way to now, and I’ve lived here over a month now. Out of the 7 apartment complexes I looked at, Alta frisco square had everything I wanted. They have a great gym, massive kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, good size closets, and a package room. One of my absolute favorite things about this place is the staff is always willing to help you when things aren’t going right, that and the free tea 😂.

I went saturday and I love from what I see, Im interested in moving here, Im wanting the 14 foot ceiling with the high tall shower... please my lease up December 31st...

When they say luxary living they are not kidding. They have a man cave on premises with multiple screens and a pool table. This place is both family and daddy friendly. Go visit the leasing agent named Sandra. She will hook you up and make your experience amazing.

Walking in the lobby, the fragrance stays with you which I love and it is in the elevator also. My studio apt is just what the doctor ordered clean & fresh. Kim#4039Having a previous career in HOUSING, I am always critiquing Apts. I was very impressed with the former Mgt. and prayerful about the new Mgt(Steadfast). What I observed was the sincere effort of Shaniel the Mgr to insure a smooth transition. I am impressed with the level of resident service her team is providing. Residents need to feel CARED about and I can see that Steadfast desires to provide exceptional professional, caring concern for their residents. If they can and will resolve the parking garage issues by installing speed bumps that would truly lessen the drama of feeling unsafe utilizing the garage. Residents providing their own cups would help with the new virus situation. Have you thought about Corporate Apts for the resident guest stay? Bingo nite and a resident garage sale exchange would be fun. Make your own Sundae day would be a treat. Dance lessons also. Nice apartment community

This property is gorgeous! The man cave is great for my fiancé to watch the game or get away without having to leave the house, but honesty why would we want to leave the apartment because it’s spacious and beautiful!The leasing agent was wonderful, she was actually the one in the picture we saw on Facebook when they were promoting this place!

Great staff, maintenance is super quick should something happen and overall is a fantastic place to live.

The parking garage is a nightmare, lots of blind spots. I also parked in a corner where there are no prohibited parking signs or markings on the ground and a few hours later someone had put a sticker on my windshield advising that I was going to be towed. To add to this, the sticker couldnt be removed and left pieces of paper and glue on my windshield that I now have to use a razor to remove.

I accidentally hit 4 stars. Had to update it to FIVE. The service has been PHENOMENAL from the moment I initially called in to the time I met with the staff face to face.

Alta frisco is a great location!! The layout is beautiful along with the quartz countertops and very spacious closet! The staff there is amazing and will accommodate all of your needs.
