When cutting my toenail, I told the lady to be careful and not cut it too close because my toenail slightly curved. While she was cleaning underneath she began to poke around underneath my nail and punctured it. Now I have an infection in the area that was poked. This has never before happened, and I get pedicures 2-3 times a month.
The only place I will go for my pedicures. Love the atmosphere and always a great job done.
Always relaxing!
I now know why I stopped going to this place. Went in yesterday for a pedicure. Ok. AllWas good until my nail tech saw two of her ladies walk in and started chatting with another tech. Well, what do you know! I got half a massage and a horrid paint job! I went back today to get the polish changed. Waited 40Minutes and charged 10 extra. So all in 65.00. Not again. Won’t return again.
Monica is my favorite! So sweet and does an excellent job! This place doesn’t rush you like most salons I’ve experienced. There was another girl that was very young that did my manicure, but I can’t remember her name. She was wonderful! She actually talked, which is something I’m not used to! We had a lovely conversation, and she gave me the best manicure! I love this salon, and it’s worth the drive for me!
I recently went in for a pedicure and a full set. It the was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. She cut my nails so short and crooked. I didn’t even want them cut down. I am very disappointed in how they look. And they do not even massage your feet with your pedicure! My nails were a simple full set with white gel polish and it was $60. My clear coat is already peeling off and it hasn’t even been a week. I won’t be going back. It’s overpriced and not worth the money.
The technician left me with bloody painful fingers and the product is poor quality. I got a full set tips, acrylic, with gel. She glued the tips to my fingers then tried to file it off and cut my skin, made each finger bleed, after I asked her to change her file. The acrylic is lumpy and wider than my nail bed. The gel has bubbles in it. I will never go back. My fingers feel like someone cut the tips off.
They have new owners and have been changing up the salon since the last time I was there. We have been coming in over the last few years and always schedule with Casey and Kayla. They both do a very good job, are easy and not rough and do not rush. Kayla has done both manicures and pedicures on my daughter and is great with her.
Ive vwwn searching for a nail salon for a few months and most of the techs dont understand what i want. Sally was the sweetest and the only tech Ive experienced that listened to what I wanted. I will definitely be returning!
They were nice but they left me in pain. I asked her not to cut my toenails and only file them because they were already short and she used the cuticle scissors to cut them after i repeatedly asked her not to and told her that it hurt. Here i am hours later still in pain. I removed all of the polish to see how short they ended up and every single one is to the quick or below with pink/red exposed. Also it was unsanitary. She tried to use a cheese grater and i refused. Then she used a previously used pumice type scrubber on me that i did not realize was reused till i saw how she was storing it for the next person and that there was no way it was new for me. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place at all.
I loved going here until I went in last week for a Tiki Spa pedicure and came out with a chemical burn on my toe. They didn’t offer to reimburse me. They said I must have had a “cut” and it got infected. Definitely not true. Look at the pictures and see how in the world could this have happened. One pic is from when I left the salon and the other is a week later.
Totally love the Oh-la-la spa treatment! Though the establishment is wonderful and well run, its also due to the people. Misty and Mimi are amazing and won my husband over after 43 years of protesting pedicures. He goes every month now. Pay the little extra though and get the ooh-la-la, its amazing. PLEASE REMEMBER these kind ladies have to pay for their chairs and work space. At least tip them however much you make for an hours worth of work. They deserve nothing less. Who else would touch your piggies/feet/gnarly toes??? Think about that...
Will not be back. The older woman doing my nails was not only rough, she hurt me and was rude. When she started my acrylics, she didnt glue the sides down enough, I asked her to fix that and the nails that she cut crooked. She eolled her eyes and became more rough and short tempered. The color is not even due to her trying to fix it several times. I requested square/filed smooth. Half of them are sharp as glass.I voiced concern to who I assume is manager, she did not care.I will not be going back!
The front desk lady was sooo rude and disrespectful. Expected customers to follow covid rules but did not follow herself.
Service was prompt and comprehensive, prices are reasonable, staff is friendly and competent.
I tested several salons before making this my go to salon. I will not go anywhere else. It’s clean and they do a great job on my nails. The higher end pedicures come with a shoulder and neck massage.
Nice place. Clean. Friendly. Not loud which I love. I dont like it when workers are talking on phones and you cant relax because its so distracting. This place respects you by letting you relax.
Second time here with the girlfriend. So relaxing. Awesome massage chair. Soft touch mani-pedi. Super friendly service!
I stayed away from this place awhile but tried it again & all the ladies seem happier now then before. It shows in the work
Worst dipping powder manicure Ive ever received. My nails were crooked the, edges were jagged, my nail surfaces were bumpy... Once I got to the front and in some natural lighting, thats when I realized how awful they looked. I told the woman at the register that I needed to have the edges filed because of how bad I realized they looked and she got a used nail file and half - fixed them. They charged me an extra $10 for the shimmer powder, which was already starting to wear off by that evening, and didnt tell me until check out that they charged me $5 to also take off the dipping powder I had on when I arrived. I asked the lady before she started how much it was going to be and neither of those amounts were told to me. On top of that they are so thick that they just look tacky. Im having them taken off already.
Its pricy and the service its not than great,I went Saturday May 31st because my regular nail place was close having problems with their water tank, and the customers that frequent the please are rude, I received a call from my sister overseas and I made the point to put earphones to speak as low as I could, which it shouldnt be a problem since the workers talk each other in their own language in a very loud way, when the lady finished with my pedicure, a customer told me I was been rude talking by the phone disturbing other customers, because that was a place where people go to relax. When I went to paid the manager she confirmed what the customer said and asked me if it was my first time in the salon because I didnt know about no talking over the phone custom I told her that would be my first and last time because they should put signs to let people know what are the customs or policies of the place.
This was the absolute worst pedicure and service I have ever received. They made us wait 30 minutes after our appointment. When the chair was ready, I stuck my entire foot in the water only to find out it was scalding hot. 5 hours later and my foot is still bright red from the burns. I was stabbed in the toe with a cuticle cutter, and the icing on the cake was when she tried to overcharge me $5 for her tip!!! Thats stealing! They didnt even apologize for any of this!! Absolutely horrible place.
Took my 6yo daughter here to get her nails painted and a pedicure for myself. We went on a Thursday at 10:15, not prime time. The refused to let my child sit next to me. They tried to have her sitting on the other side of the salon where I couldnt even see her. I asked if she could sit by me and they said the manager didnt allow it. I said okay well we are just going to go somewhere else, and they continued to refused to budge on us sitting together. Im not sorry for insisting for being able to see my child!
All things considered, Oasis checks the boxes for cleanliness, professional/courteous care, quality delivery with a fair cost.
Wonderful pedicure! So clean. So relaxing!
I’ll never go here again. I used this salon years ago and back then, I recalled it was a good place. I went a couple of weeks ago and did not like it, at all. The woman who did my pedi had the water scalding hot. It took several times of her adding tiny bursts of cold water to the basin before I could finally tolerate it. I was going to get shellac for my pedi and was told it would be $20 MORE. I passed and went with basic polish.I asked for dip for my mani. I have gotten dip at a few other salons, so I’m familiar with the process. The technician who did my mani was in so much of a hurry she was shaking. She globbed the dip on my nails and they ended up super thick. One of the reasons I get dip is because it’s much thinner then traditional acrylic. Not this time. Then she started filing my nails with an old, used, worn out file. Every place I’ve been to lately has used brand new files on their customers for hygienic purposes. Not this technician. When all was done, the surface of my nails were wavy and did not look good at all.I’m really disappointed because I remember this place as a nice salon. Not anymore. I’ll be going elsewhere.
Love the spa services. The manicurists do a great job.
They do a great job. All dead skin gets removed.
Went there for the first time with my daughter to get manis and the tech I had left midway through my mani to take care of a regular client. The lady that replaced her was looking directly at me and was talking in her native language, who knows what she was saying but I thought it was rude. When I went to pay I messed up the side of my nail and asked if they could fix it, they fixed it but they were rude about it. Talked to other ladies about this place and they agreed that the staff here is rude. Unless youre a regular, theyre going to be rude to you.
After miscommunication because of her heavy accent. She gave me something i didnt want. I asked for acrylic nails and she gave me a manicure which is a hand massage and salty attitude. I dont recommend this salon to anyone.
I absolutely love Oasis...a little pricey (and cash only sucks), so Ive tried other places...ALWAYS come back to Oasis. You get what you pay for!!
LOVE!! Have been going here since the day it opened!!
This place is absolutely terrible, they charged me 20$ for fake nails and tried to charge me 5$ for coffin shape after they said it wasn’t extra, i got a pedi and it looks terrible it’s barel been a week and it’s already coming off they also messed up my fake nails i want my money back!
Great service.
Very clean.
What about
