I have never had a bad experience here. Lilly (the owner) takes pride in her shop and holds the staff to a high standard. Every tech I have used is kind and works hard. I can get my nails done solar or dip and I could go 3-4 weeks without them lifting. Granted, I usually get them done no more than the 2-3rd week. Everything is always clean and I have never witnessed unsafe or unsanitary things here like I have witnessed at multiple other places. I have been going to this shop for about two years now & would never dream of going anywhere else.In the beginning, what kept Me dedicated to this shop was i could actually communicate with understanding. & if what I was asking wasn’t being understood,Lilly speaks English as if it is her first language and is a rockstar. There isn’t a language barrier with her. I know some people make scoff at this but I feel it is important to be able understand one another.

I have shown up twice, and turned away twice. The first time I arrived an hr before they closed, and was told that they would not see me that they were booked. I tried to give them another chance and showed up at 5 pm on a Sat. They again refused service, saying they were booked. Thank you but no thank you. I will take my service somewhere else. Dont offer walk in appointments when you dont accept them.

I highly recommend this wonderful salon.. everyone is sooo professional and friendly !!! They definitely know how to pamper you!!!

I am new to the area and have been to a few different places. I finally found my nail salon!!! I was a walk in and they saw me right away. Julia was my nail tech and she was amazing! Did exactly what I wanted and was very thorough.

Most Friendliest, Cleanest and Talented Nail Salon ever! We pass 10 nail spas before arriving here and it is well worth the drive! Do your nails a favor and treat them just one time and I assure you, you too will make this your preferred choice forever!

Ive been wanting to try this place out since it opened. Im very happy I did, Im going to come back for more. The prices are reasonable, the people are nice and they did a great job with their services. I got tips & dip, a shellac pedi with sugar scrub, massage and hot towels and eyebrow wax. Every single service was great. I highly recommend this place.

They were efficient but not rushed or demanding. Came with a drink and a nice environment. Fair prices.

I was loving this place until last month. I went for a refill on my nails and the technician Helen cut me 3 times and just laughed it off. I don’t think it was funny especially the next 3 days when my nails hurt so bad. I will not go back and I took pictures of my sore nails and have shown the pictures to everyone. I am looking for another place to go that takes customer service seriously. I was stupid enough to leave her a tip. My husband told me that I shouldn’t have even paid. After the cuts were made she kept going with the same tool. So I was wondering how many times did she do this before and spread blood from one customer to another.
