WORST MANICURE, water was COLD, she just barely clean cuticles. they got upset because I didn’t want to spend more money and start talking bad in their language about it.

Great service and super nice! Very caring and respectful! The ladies there are so kind, energetic, and well experienced. The atmosphere is relaxing and they offer nothing but the best service. Im excited to go back!

The entire staff is so very welcoming and friendly. Jenny has done my nails for 2 years now.I can honestly say I have never had bad service.

I have been seeing Jenny for a while now and I have tried other places every now and then. I always come back, she always remembers what services I usually get and what color I prefer and wha shapes I switch between. THATs customer service!!! She maintains a very clean environment and always welcomes me and my crew dropping in even when it’s shortly before closing time! She understands my schedule and still take care of me every time!

Elegance Nail offers great, timely service. They are kind, friendly and do great work. The only concern I had was that multiple team members were not wearing face masks and the business was not requiring clients wear their mask - so mult people were without masks, which made me feel uncomfortable.

Elegance is my favorite place to get manicures & pedicures. I’ve tried a few other places since moving to the League City/Friendswood area a few years ago, but they’re the best. My nails last, the quality is good, the staff is super friendly & professional. They’re quick & also affordable! Hands down, my favorite in this area.

As soon as I walked in they were very unwelcoming, unfriendly, and rude as if they were annoyed with more business. I didn’t even stay to get anything done because of that and just told them never mind and walked out. It didn’t look very sanitary anyways.

They are very friendly. The shop is clean. My nails are always perfect and last 3 to 4 weeks. Jenny is amazing. Jenny has been my nail tech for well over 10 years.

Mandy and Jason are absolutely amazing!!! I have been getting my nails and pedicures done for 20+ years and this was by far the best experience Ive ever had!! I have been loyally going to the same salon for a long time but had to find a new place in a pinch because my regular person was out for several weeks. I am soooo happy I found Mandy and Jason and I will be a customer for as long as theyll have me! 😉

The staff here are wonderful!! I always have a great mani pedi and relaxation.

She can take just about anything and replicate it. All the designs that Jennie has done for me we’re on point or better 😁😁. They are very clean and and treat me like family. Like all oriental nail salons. Naughty and very badly educated nails when they get to speak in front of all customers in their language and laugh. They do not speak in English and I think it very bad education that in a business where no client is of their race they have to speak in their language that only they know and with laughter among them.ALL OF THOSE NAIL ROOMS ARE EQUAL. Bah!

Me and my mom often go get our nails done at this place and we like it but last week we went and omg it was a bad experience the lady that did my mom nails had a really bad attitude with her and she even got mad because my mom told her not to cut her nails short. We are paying for them to do it at least they can pretend to be nice? Every time we go this lady is there and we had give her couple opportunities but no she doesn’t change . She’s the worse and she’s giving the nail salon a bad impression... the lady have short brown hair and wear glasses. We are not going there again.

First time here had a pedi with nail design and a mani with nail design I picked colors to match for feet and nails but when the Tech did my mani colors did not match and paid 72.00 for it. Will not come back.
