Relax in serenity of comfort 😌 while you get one of the best salon treatment in town. I had a wonderful experience there, celebrating my birthday with family. The courteous staff, so calm, positive, down to earth contributed to making my day very special. I felt beautiful 😍 and blessed with so many beautiful people around me. I am a humble person and I cried tears of joy for such wonderful service coming from the ❤ heart! I give them five stars, my love and friendship!

Great place to visit. Felt like royalty. For $2 more than your standard nail shop, everything about this location is amazing, from the entrance to the exit. The staff was awesome, polite and not rushed. With many massage chairs and waiting area you were not congested. They took their time and when they worked with you they made sure you were comfortable and completed your request. They didnt keep trying to offer you more than what you asked for. They were very thorough and made sure you were satisfied with the work that was performed. Also for the pedicure area there were plastic dividers and everyone wore masks.

Like super fancy. Great service, the place is absolutely gorgeous, and its not anything crazy in price compared to a regular shop. I appreciate it doesnt reek of chemicals. And everyone was so polite and very helpful. Relaxing place to be. As I sit here sipping my mimosa.

Fancy looking place, nice people, but not really the place to get designs. And no Im not reviewing to be mean or get my nails re-done just saying for the next person that wants a full design, this isnt really the place. Mine started to chip after an hour of getting them done and all I did was walk around the mall.

I am giving a 4 star review, as some of the technicians should be more careful at the final look of the nails ( as you can see in the first 2 pictures) and they do not clean the extra polish and ruin the design. Besides that, there are also very good technicians who can reproduce the exact design (as in the last picture)I would bring to them and they are very professional.

Love this place. Everyone is great but Amy is the best tech here! She’s so sweet, professional and gets the job done right the first time. Tiffany at the front desk is always nice and always remembers our names. Makes us feel like old friends rather than just another customer. My daughter and I usually do walk in since we never know when we will be at the mall, but they have many skilled techs working. Kim, Moon, Nancy are all very good. I dont think my name translates well to the techs, but Tiffany knows me by now. Highly recommend.

Amazing and prompt service! For the work they do and the environment you are in, they charge an extremely fair price, plus you get a complimentary drink on top of it (wines and other alcoholic drinks are available as well). They have all sorts of colors of nail polish there and are always asking how youre doing during the manicures. The workers are very kind and willing to work with you!

I went to Anthony Vince nail spa yesterday to get a full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure. It was one of the best nail experiences Ive ever had in my entire life. They were so attentive and I really felt like I was being pampered. I will definitely return once I come back from my trip to California!

Anthony Vince is the only nail salon I’ve gone to since they opened a few years ago in the Baybrook Mall expansion. Kim gives the besttt massages & Mike is the best at any kind of nail or design you want. I always reserve Mike for mom because she’s really sensitive (with cuticle pushing and such) and he’s so gentle & a great listener. But you really can’t go wrong with any of the staff. The salon always smells amazing, everyone keeps mask on and the team makes sure everything is freshly cleaned before and after your treatments. You have to wash your hands before beginning your service and the pedicure chair bowls always have a fresh liner after each client.My favorite place to relax in town for sure!

Loved my pedicure with Peter and french ombre nails by Jenny. In and out in about an hour. Beautiful, clean, friendly. Maybe a bit pricier than some, but not outrageous and worth it for the quick service and beautiful results. Thank you!

Had multiple pedicures with my girl Linda. Great service, wonderful massage, does excellent nails. You get what you pay for. It’s a little more expensive that your average nail place but it’s worth it. I’ll keep coming back.

The service was good. My husband and I both had pedicures which was great and relaxing. I had a fill in on my nails and Henry did such a great job, along with the most beautiful voice singing. This is my go to and will tell all of my friends and family.

Walked in with gnarled troll claws, walked out of there as a new man with shrek-colored toes. An amazing experience from start to finish. Have already been back twice.

Today was my first and last visit to this salon. My pedicure was nice. However, my full set was a disaster from the start. I showed him a picture of what I wanted, which was very straight and square nails with zero tapering in on the sides. A few minutes later, he’s chopping the sides of the nails tips off. So I stopped him, told him that wasn’t what I wanted and showed him the picture again. He said ok. The other technician even reiterated “straight and square” as well. But he didn’t listen, and filed the sides in more. I tried to be polite, even tipped him, but as the day has gone on I just hate them more and more. So I called the salon to ask for a refund and was told they don’t do them and I would have to come back in to get them fixed. Even after explaining I don’t live near there and can’t come back in any time soon, I was still refused a refund. And I would be ok with that if that had been told to me prior to me spending money there. Or if it was posted by the desk. Or on the website. But it’s no where. And I was given no other solution. I won’t be returning and advise everyone else to make sure you’re fully satisfied before leaving. Because they’re keeping your money whether you get what want or not.

It was nice! I enjoyed the pedicure.The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because I feel that the lady at the front desk that was doing the check in was a little rude. I understand it was busy but she seemed a little frustrated the day I went. I also made an appointment a week in advance. I would suggest you make an appointment. They do take walk ins but I would not risk it. I went at 10 in the morning on a Tuesday and by 11:30 it was getting packed.

So I went in to get a toe nail fixed, they did then I BOUGHT a pair of their $10 sandals. As I was walking in front of glorias they had not one but 2 employees running at me saying I didn’t pay for my sandals I described the woman I gave my money to and they kept saying I didn’t so I started walking back to the nail salon which THEN they confirmed I paid after having an embarrassing moment in front of 2 restaurants! Not to mention I have super bad anxiety which sky rocketed and I almost had a panicked attack due to embarrassment!

This was my first time visiting Anthony Vince Nail Spa and my experience was SUPERB. Tiffany greeted us, was warm, welcoming and friendly. Jenny was my nail technician and did an AWESOME job. Hi (this is how his name is pronounce) did an AWESOME job on my moms nails as well. The customer service here was incredible and we will definitely be back!

Screen TVs around every corner. Ladies walking constantly disinfecting. Clean tools and environment. The tip is. added to your total. The employees look snobby but they arent at all. A bit pricey though. $$$

Great experience. My wife and I were visiting the area and treated ourselves to a couples mani/pedi. We were greeted by friendly staff and promptly fit us in with what we wanted. I enjoyed the service greatly and as a bonus they had a bar with no cost drink service. The chair massagers, friendly staff, and unique and elegant atmosphere were also very nice after the long day shopping. I would highly recommend for a nice experience at a reasonable price.

Excellent pedicure. My only complaint was having made an appointment for two, and my pedicure partner waited about 15-20 minutes, with his feet in shallow cold water while my service began. Once his service started we were both very happy with the service received.

We were walking by and my sister treated me to an impromptu birthday pedicure.Walked in without appointment, we had chairs ready in 10min.Pedicure and massage was great. Technician was attentive and meticulous. We were offered drinks.Massage chairs were fine.The spa was very loud though. The music, tvs, and the loud chatter kind of made it not as relaxing as it wouldve been with quieter sounds.Its good for a mall run, lets stop and get a pedi. For a quiet relaxing experience, I would choose some place else.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR DESIGNS, you will regret it!!today I went in for a full set with designs and the guy Hai does not know how to do designs correctly. I went to Anthony Vince because my last nail tech didn’t properly do nails designs too. I was hoping to find a place where I would be satisfied and I was terribly wrong. The owner was so rude and even threatened to call security if I didn’t pay the whole amount $143 for nails that were not done correctly and they had to take off the designs and just put polish on top. I walked out in tears with my head down,

I love this place!!!! They are always super friendly, accommodating, and the cleanest nail shop I have ever been in. Super glad my SIL introduced me to this place. I will NOT go anywhere else!

Normally they do a good job but today someone did a regular manicure. She smudged the paint on my finger 5 times and tried to repaint it 5 times... at the end She just gave up trying to fix it and was left with clumpy spotty polish. I left and I let them dry the required time. When I got in my car the polish was coming off and super goopy.

Everyone was so nice and my nails turned out better than any nails I’ve gotten done! Definitely coming back

All around a very comfortable experience. Not only were they thorough with my mani/pedi, but they were quick as well. The nail techs were also very attentive and went above and beyond to give me a great experience.Ill admit, it is a bit more spendy, but overall worth it if you want to treat yourself.

I am not from this part of Texas. I was as lost as lost could get! The host was extremely patient with directing me which way to go. Even stepped outside to find me. They have a very organized system. Hannah was so sweet and gentle with my pedicure. She paid a great deal of detail between my toes. That was a first! They turned out wonderful. Then there was Henry! Henry is cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs! I would not trade him for the world. He could not pronounce my name to save his life. He kept saying tornisha... While discussing the recent snow storm he accidentally called it a tornado. Eventually I gained the name Tornado and he gained the name Snow. He was quick and precise. My nails are fabulous! Most importantly the mimosa was delicious :D I would definitely return!

Really nice place but terrible nails. I came here yesterday and half of my nails were uneven/bigger than the others. Last night some of the polish started coming off. Not worth $60 to have uneven nails and polish coming off; Especially when they leave your nails dirty afterward. Im pretty sure the nail tech used the drill-tool on my nails for too long because not only did she cut me but she caused my fingers to hurt after she used it. Pretty disappointed about a waste of money.

This nail salon is the only one I go to. I absolutely REFUSE to go anywhere else. It’s like home. Every single time I go no matter the technician I am ALWAYS pleased with the results. The technicians are always pleasant and make sure that the quality they do is superb! They always ensure that you are happy with their work. They consistently make sure you are aware of everything that’s going on to the price of the silver topped nail polish being higher to ensuring that they are hurting you when cutting the cuticles to make sure the water is at the temperature you like. I would love say that one technician is my go to and favorite but the truth is that they all are! And then to put the cherry on top the prices are soooo reasonable ! Please do yourself a favor and come here!

I came here for the first time and they were very friendly. Theyll walk you through everything. The pedicure I got was absolutely amazing. I also got a full set, and they turned out great, my only complaint is that the women who did my full set was pretty rough, and she cut one of my fingers.

I haven’t had maintenance work since March. I have been very nervous about the precautions that would be in place. Anthony Vince at Baybrook Mall has exceeded my expectations. They request you sanitize your hands upon entry, have temperature checks before proceeding any further, they have an online attestation asking pertinent questions regarding your health, ask that you wash your hands with soap and water before handling the polish while selecting your color. They require clients and employees wear mask. I even saw one employee remind a client to place her mask on properly while receiving her manicure. Employees wear face shields and mask. There is a plexiglass barrier between you and the manicurist. I am a nurse and act with an abundance of caution with all things COVID. I am so pleased with the precautions this spa has taken to keep employees and clients safe. Well done Anthony Vince! Well done!

Went there for the first time. Very nice service. Everything was clean and was being constantly sanitized. New pedicure supplies were used.

Over priced. I paid $82 for a pedicure and mani. Going back to the neighborhood nail shop where prices are affordable and nails will look better.

Nails got cut shorter than said. Jewels on nails didn’t last 24 hours. Girls had manicures and felt it was too expensive for tiny nails. I’ve had better work for less price. Not impressed.

While the salon its self is very nice. Unfortunately my friend and I both got mediocre quality mani/pedis. It was your standard mani/pedi. However, we both paid $5 extra for the “better, longer lasting” polish. I’m not sure if it is the top coat they use but mine had weird bubbling in parts, is uneven, and peeled. Disappointed for the cost.

I went today with my two daughters we had a wonderful time everyone was so nice! We all had a great time visiting with each other and the nails techs. Just a warm welcoming experience for all of us. They were also Very clean and I feel they went above and beyond to clean after each client! Will definitely be returning!

I was super excited to try this place out because it looks beautiful but I was pretty disappointed. It wasnt busy when I came in but for some reason they were rushing my Mani and pedicure. So much so that I was cut pretty bad on my pointer finger cuticle. I had to ask him to stop and let it stop bleeding because he wanted to keep doing the manuicure. He put a solution on it and finished up the lady that did my toes left one side longer than the other. Im 8 months pregnant so I didnt feel like arguing, I just wanted to relax. Instead of a discount they gave me a coupon for next time but I obviously wont be back.

I visited Anthony Vince Nail Spa in friends wood Texas today, I had an appointment originally made for 5pm but had to move the time to 6pm due to traffic issues, the front desk receptionist was very kind and helpful during this time change. Once inside I was asked to sanitize my hands, sign in via QR on my phone, directed to wash my hands, take a picture of the service list on my phone, and lastly pick out a polish for my service. upon picking out my polish of choice my nail tech named David, walked me back to my pedi chair and began my service promptly. David asked me which pedicure I would like and I chose the AV Spa pedicure. I thoroughly enjoyed my full pedicure and will definitely be returning! I left one happy customer! one thing I will say that stood out to me was the attention to toe trim detail! Mr David filed my toes to perfection, after finishing on my Left toes, he placed my Left foot back into the water and started on my Right...well he picked up my Left foot to compare side by side to file to perfection!! no other nail salon has ever done this to my feet!

I love this salon. I have used a few different nail techs here and they were all super nice and I never was disappointed. I now always make appointments with Andy. He is my favorite! The nail salon is clean and beautiful. The staff is amazing and everyone is so friendly and nice. Not only would I recommend to people.... I do every chance I get. It gets busy because of how good the salon is so I would say if you can call and make an appointment I would. 🥰

The best place to get your nails done! Especially with Ken, you just show him a picture or tell him what you want and he will do it. He is a perfectionist at nails. Good atmosphere here. It takes a little long when getting a new full set but only bc they properly take off the old nails. They don’t just rip them off and damage your nail beds like every other salon I have gone to. Highly recommended this place!

Very dissatisfied with my service today. I went in for a regular gel manicure service which was $30. No problem. I selected a gel polish that I like and went to sit down. Of course the manicurist could not understand much I was saying but, what could I do. She started my manicure and the front host proceeded to tell me that the gel polish I chose was extra. Ok. Im like why did you all tell me that those were the colors I could choose for $30? So I had to stop my manicure and select another polish, which was a deep dark glitter. After my manicure she started to paint my nails with the gel I selected and it was not the same color as the sample. The sample had a dark tint to it which made the glitter appear darker. My nails still looked clear after three coats and the manicurist again, could not understand what I was saying. The guy hostess was trying to explain but I was just not having it. This is supposed to be a very upscale nail salon, but I recieved very mediocre service, probably because I wasnt spending a certain amount. He discounted the service but I will not be back

I love doing my nails here !! They always been very respectful and they are patient when you are trying to pick colors or designs and alway very helpful when you can’t decide! Technique is amazing they all do wonders on my nails they have never disappointed me !! Don’t forget they have drinks 🤣
