Update- “Mario saves the day again”: You know you have an amazing vehicle when you’re on a first name basis with your tow truck driver. Used this company last month and called them again today when car was completely dead- couldn’t get no power whatsoever to put it in neutral. Mario looked at battery for 1 second before telling us that it wasn’t connected all the way. He went and grabbed something and tightened it for us- immediately started up. My husband and I felt like idiots - Mario, however, didn’t make us feel that way for a second. He was excited for us that we didn’t have to pay a shop a ton of money to have done it themselves or pay a diagnostic fee. Couldn’t believe it- this guy is always so friendly and impressive. And as always- within 35 min of my call they were there. Amazing service, hands down one of the best tow companies I’ve ever dealt with- and will now only deal with from now on :)Called these guys to get my car to the shop for an appt. I called them the morning I needed them and 35min later they were there. Mario was the gentleman who came and helped me. He was polite and very helpful. It was quick and efficient and more importantly they were friendly. Definitely recommend and saved their number moving forward.

Had a flat on our rv and didnt have the right size socket for the lug screws, called Good Sams RV roadside assistance, who said theyd have some one soon. after 2 hrs waiting we found affordable towing and called and spoke to Mario. He was there within 10 minutes with the needed tools then proceeded to pull the tire, inflate the spare and got us back on the road, the charge wasnt too bad and worth it from our perspective. This is an honest review. We ended up getting two flat tires and needed a tow. My roadside assistance contracted with another towing company that had us wait nearly three hours and could not promise when they might arrive. If there was 10 stars, Id give them all! I got stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire 1 hour before Americas tire closed on a Saturday. Affordable towing said they could get to me in 15 mins and then to the tire shop in another 15. When Mario pulled up literally 15 mins later, I was impressed by his professionalism and friendliness. He got us to the tire shop faster than expected (13 mins instead of the quoted 15). I cant thank him enough. I didnt have any cash to tip so make sure you have that because you will want to tip and the app doesnt allow for it- Oops! Mario met my apology with gratitude and wouldnt let me apologize for not having any cash. Ill be paying forward his kindness. What an amazing company and person.

Gotta say this was one of the best tow services Ive ever had. Mario, the driver, said he would be there in 15 minutes and he got there in 10 minutes. I was also ready to have my tuck just parked on the street but he insisted on parking it in my complex even though the parking lot in narrow and helped push my car into its space without a moments hesitation.
