Im an older woman, my car broke down late at night on a dark busy street, I was calling all over for a tow but no one was a available until I called Econo Towing. The driver was there within minutes, he loaded up my car on his flatbed and before I knew it I was home safe. Its been a long time since I had that kind of service, the driver was so thoughtful and caring, I will never forget his kindness and professionalism. Thank you Econo Towing!

Horrible customer service via phone. the staff member who i called had terrible phone etiquette and lacked customer service skills. i will NEVER utilize them, nevertheless recommend them. If i could give them a 0 star rating, I WOULD!
