I guess this tow trucking company gets to break the law. Either way this is ILLEGAL! if I did this my car could be towed! Move!STOP TAKING UP 4 PARKING SPACES BONEHEADS!

Kinda shady. Had my vehicle in separate yard at end of street. Far away from office. I know I had my paper work in vehicle but wasnt there when I looked. I had to go get copies, by that time few days went by. I dont think they expected me to get that done. Anyways,showed up with my papers guy seemed surprised, got my vehicle out and what do you know? Found paperwork where I thought it was................

9/21/2018I had a great experience with them! Even though it did take awhile for them to come, I was happy with the service. The towing man appointed to me quickly did everything and took me to my destination. I was charged 70 dollars, and I am grateful it wasn’t more. I also appreciated the friendly conversation. I honestly had no change, so I tipped 10 extra bucks, but I am happy to tip. Thank you for being such a great towing service (-:

I called them looking for a.minivan or small SUV. They said they had a 2000 Dodge Carvan for me, and it runs great and has 2020 tags, for $700. When I got there they had to jump start it( typical for a vehicle that had been sitting) no biggie, it started right up. Well, I didnt even make it home and the serpentine belt shredded and came off. I called them they said they would send a truck to tow me home.never showed. After spending over $500 replacing the power steering pump & pulley, the tensioner & pulley, it finally would drive without losing the belt. So I go online to DMV, the van hasnt been registered since 2018! $442 to register it. It still needs motor mounts, and have the AC system repaired!! Now I called they lie to me saying they will get me something else to call back in 20mins. They blocked my number!!

Fast and friendly and affordable

When I retrieved my belongings out the vehicle my car was rummage through. They left the car unattended in a lot 3 blocks away from the office with the driver window down (when they towed it passenger and driver window was down) all except the driver door was locked which led me to believe the truck driver took my wireless headphones and my backpack out the backseat which had all my important documents like birth certificate, GED, transcripts from college, and pictures of family. This place is janky..they swore up and down there wasnt anything valuable in the vehicle but clearly my life was n that car. Im suppose to pay $450 in 30 days because Im not going to pick up a totalled car...and if not theyre taking legal action. I cant wait to explain this experience to a civil judge. Patiently waiting!!!!

This company has very aggressive and unprofessional personnel. The man I spoke with to inquire about retrieving a vehicle was yelling and speaking to me in a very hostile tone, constantly interrupted and over talked me, and made very condescending remarks.I bet he would never allow anyone to speak to him or someone he knows that way. Just shameful....
