I called and was dispatched Lamona via AAA. Once Gary arrived, the service time was incredible. He did a great job and got me back on the road with a friendly smile. I appreciate his friendly demeanor in a somewhat stressful situation. We were using AAA, they dispatched Lamona Towing. After about six hours of waiting and being lied to by Lamonas dispatcher, the second tow truck finally towed our car home. Also the tow truck almost broke down in the middle of the tow.

Lamona towing is The Best!!! Was on a time constraint and spoke to front desk who was very professional and courteous. She got the guys to come to where I was at (RN SUPERMARKET) cause my car wouldn’t start. Two cool professional guys came out of the towing truck and welcomed me immediately. They were sincere and kind. They made me felt safe and assured that they would get the job done and they did. They took my car to Mercedes-Benz fast and promptly as I was on a time schedule.Thank you for your wonderful customer service. Much respect and appreciation:)

I would never use the service again! The man that came out was extremely rude and made me & my baby feel unsafe. He threw my stuff in the gutter when getting my spare. I asked him to check my tire pressure he said he did not have a gauge. I asked him to use the one that was in my trunk that he threw on the ground but it was no longer amongst my belongings that he put back in the trunk. Unprofessional and a thief.

My Experience with Lamona towing was beyond awesome tonight ! They came out to help my son and I As we were stuck on the side of a busy freeway. The dispatcher Shelby was so sweet and gave me updates of how far out he was going to be . She knew I was worried about my son and reassured me she would get a driver out to me as soon as possible. Curtis showed up, made sure we were ok and got us going in no time . I have so much respect for him and all the drivers who come out to help people like me on these dangerous freeways and roads. Ran out of gas, average response time of 45 mins. The reason for the review is due to the dispatcher. Im looking at google maps and the dispatcher is arguing about my location. Even if I was wrong, customer service 101 the customer is always right.

How about 3 weeks ago I was stranded AAA dispatch this towing company the driver show up after couple hours then he has the courtesy to tell me he cannot told me because my van look very heavy yes no s@#! is a cargo van he refused to give me service so I just let it go I called Bulldog Towing and I told him what happened in matter of minutes that you show up like 20 minutes and took me home plus you give me 50% discount Bulldog Towing is number one in Fresno now for me for all my business and my other cars for the dispatcher this company you need to run your business more professional dont send somebody just woke up from the bed they do smell like beer anyways

These guys are rock stars. Car broke down on freeway. Dispatcher gave us a better price than the other people we called, and said the driver would be there in 30 min. Billy was there in 20, got my Audi loaded fast, and was super easy to deal with throughout the whole experience. He followed us to the drop off point and it cost even less than what the dispatcher said. Clearly the best towing experience i have had. They made a bad day a lot better. Great job guys!

Lamona towed my MINI Cooper to the dealer in Sacramento today from Sanger. From start to finish their tow operater, ERIK was amazing. He took awesome care of me & my car. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He was considerate of my needs on the trip as well as the job at hand. After hed unloaded my car at the dealership, he found me to make sure I had all my belongings, & said thank you etc. I was very impressed by this company & especially by this driver/tow truck operater.
