Took our car in for an A/C service. It was blowing warm air and not much of it at that. Paid $250 and didn’t change anything. Called back to let them know that it was still the same. They said they can look at it again and see what else they can do. They said they can advise me to change this or that but not sure if it would help. They gave me another number to call and refunded me all the money back. An honest shop is hard to come by. If I need tires or a break job I will most definitely be taking it here to get it done.

Nice friendly staff. A bit too high labor cost considering the type of job. Some standard charges could have been waved IMO. Just saying here. Overall satisfied with their service to us.

Terrible, terrible terrible!!!! Ive brought 3 vehicles to this Firestone location and all 3 times it was not good. 1 car had an transmission flush and oil change done and they forgot to press the dipper down so as we were travelling our car started smoking and transmission fluid sprayed every where causing our car to have transmission problems. We ended up having to get rid of the car because it just was going to cost too much to fix it. The other 2 times were 1 car had faulty spark plugs causing it to sputter when we are driving and the other car they did not properly put in the air filter causing the car to have weird noises. Either they need to hire new, knowledgeable employees or retrain the ones they have. Either way the mechanics need to do a better job. Never will I bring my cars to this Firestone location!!!!!!

Avoid this place,, if you can. I had to have oil changed on a rental car. I arrived at 9:35 AM. Due to the complacent attitude of those working in the garage, specifically the man in charge, I sat in the waiting area until 11:45 before my vehicle was even pulled in for service. During my wait there were several open/empty bays. It was until the four or fifth time the gentleman working the desk pushed them did yhey start on my car. Once they started I was out in less than an hour. Which is still to long for an oil change.

Look the people were nice and no doubt they were doing their job to the best of their ability but when I have an appointment at 11 am ? I expect to be out by 12. I was just getting an inspection. I got told 12:15-12:30. I came back at 1:15 cause I know how these things go. And the mechanic had just put my car up and was inspecting with a flashlight. I could not believe it. He was barely getting visual. If I would not have told the receptionist I was out of time who knows how long I’d have been waiting. What’s the point of making an appointment ? Anyway I didn’t have time to do my alignment after that so I rescheduled for this morning at 10 am. Honestly thinking of just canceling and going to one of the many other places and rolling the dice cause obviously, appointments do not matter at this location.

What good is a appointment system when you show up and youre told its a 2 hour wait and you here excuses about lunch breaks. Management should do a better job managing around there online appointment schedule.

I have been coming for years and years to this place and I have to say that the costumer service is excellent!!! A bit pricy for me, but it is worth it. The people working there are friendly, professional and are taking care of your car the way you would do it yourself. The best place in Fresno for your car....I have tried other places, but none of them - not even close - is as great as this one. Thank you all who are working so hard to make me happy!!!

Customer Service was great and knowledgeable !! The store is busy so set an appointment!!! Even though theyre busy theyll give you several Different options to pick from for appointments. Also a good bonus was you can get online look the store up and there is a coupon you can use for an oil change for $24.95.

I would absolutely not recommend I have been there a few times now. I have payed them alot of money for poor work and extremely long waits. They replaced my front axel assembly on my 2009 nissan rogue. And I brought it to another shop because it started having other problems and they discovered that firestone mechanics had actually leaked away a significant amount of transmission fluid as result of the front axel replacement. Do not go here period.

I have been taking my vehicles to Firestone Auto care for years and this review is long overdue. I have always received excellent service from Firstone both in Clovis and Fresno locations as well as by phone. The front desk staff are always friendly and professional. Guillermo is the store manager at the location on West Shaw in Fresno and treats me like a personal guest and is very thorough. He takes the time to answer all my questions regarding the diagnostics and assessments of my vehicle. Remembers to apply every discount possible to my bill, and makes time to do quick checks on my car if i come in short notice because an indicator light came on in my dash. Usually I would recommend scheduling an appointment but it is not always necessary. One day I stopped by on my way to work with limited time. One staff member advised me they were busy so I would have 1 1/2 hour wait so I decided to leave and wait for the weekend, but because Guillermo recognized me as a regular customer he stopped me on the way out and did the oil change himself. They always provide suggestions and recommendations on vehicle maintenance and repairs with no pressure to buy or upgrade. Its almost like a Dr. Office for your car. These are the ailments we observed, this is how long what you have will last, its up to you if you want to fix it. We wish you a nice day. I like that about them. Guillermo is also personable he refers to me by my family name, asks about our children, and inquires about how the family has been doing since our last visit. He goes, above and beyond what is needed to repair and maintain our vehicles in optimal working order. Thank you Firestone.

Over 3+ hours for a tire patch and break inspection. I dropped it off told them to call me when finished. They called wasnt even done with the patch... Im still waiting

By far worst experience I’ve ever had. Please do not waste your time by coming to this location. The “manager” Guillermo has by far the worst people skills and worst customer service. They placed the wrong tires on my vehicle hoping I didn’t notice. Zero stars.

I have taken my car in to this place for a while now, they used to be good. Now I have taken my car in to get aligned, and the last 3 times I had it done, they made it more out of alignment. They dont seem to have employees that know what they are doing. I do not recommend this location anymore.

Didnt like how they didnt tell me they were going to fix something else which costed me 300 dollars more. They also didnt call me when I was waiting (in which the front desk guy said hed call me when it was done) so I waited an extra 40 min for nothing. Car was fixed. Just didnt like service

Every time you get an appointment, you end up waiting 1-1 1/2 hour to get something simple like tire rotations done. They seem to be always behind & couple times I called ahead & they said yes bring the car over now well do it right away. Then you show up & the guy with glasses keeps telling you itll be few hours!! Walk next door to Discount Tire and they get the work done in no time!

Eddie was extremely friendly and answered all of my questions, he took the time to explain everything they would have to do what I would be charged for what.

Derrick the manager has been very helpful, and kept things on track for meI have consolidated my basic vehicle repairs and tires to Firestone so that I can get nationwide back up in the event of tire problems. Reservations on line are convenient, especially being able to let them know that you will be waiting for the car.

I do not recommend anyone to take there vehicle for any service because they take two hours just for a oil change on my company vehicle...

They are so helpful and even though they are busy they take the time to make sure you are satisfied.

Needed a speciality tire for a BMW 228i. Every tire shop I called wanted $305-$370 out the door. Not only was this the only tire shop that came under $300. In actuality this tire shop was $33 cheaper coming in at $267. Also, Firestone, honored my miltary service with a discount. The reason I am stating the military discount is becuase 70% of shops said, I already gave you the lowest price sorry I cant do anything else for you. And the other 30% only gave military discount on labor/service. Firestone gave me 5% miltary discount on the total cost. While some may not understand what miltary members go through in their time in service. Coming to Firestone made me feel like they understood. Even though I couldnt have the tire installed (missing tire lock key) their service and pricing was excellent. Thank you Firestone.

They never have had tires to fit my RV or my old Ford Ranchero.
