This place is a pos gas station!! They should hire decent humans who help customers if an emergency were to arise!! The owner is a coward and couldnt even speak to me when my father collapsed and died at the pump. From what I was told employees took forever to call 911 and also told other customers to not touch my father!! My father was dead upon arrival at St. Agnes!! Who knows... maybe cpr would have helped!!

I just got gas here it was clean and well lit and less expensive then my side of town.

March 29th 2021. Behind counter staff rude and argumentative with customer. She not know how to solve error that occurred. Chose anger instead. I use to go there every monday. Now, will never go there again. Good luck.

Convenient place to get gas from and reasonably priced. Just wished people would stop letting the air hose snap back and having that hose rewind properly instead of getting all screw ball around the wheel

Bad buds is bad.... heartless and undeserving of our patronage when they use covid as an excuse to be lazy and uncaring. When a traveling 61 year old woman with health issues (heart) which meds make needing to use the facilities a matter of urgency at times is coldly denied even though I begged on the verge of tears. What has happened to humanity? Covid?? I think not. Its just an excuse now!! Please dont support this attitude!;

Refused to sell me gas as I dont wear a mask, I cant breath have Asthma and Im severely colosterphobic due to being crush/pinned in a wrecked car for 2 hours. Besides your mask and your sheilds WORK RIGHT? Went to Clovis they sell me my weekly 200 bucks in gas for our vehicles and our wakeboard boat, EVERYTIME without any worry IM NOT WEARING A MASK!

Had a five-star experience I want to mention. Always competitive gas prices are a reason I stop by. Also, they are one of the only places I know that have free air for tires (that says a lot about their commitment to the community around them.)But heres why Id give them six stars -- if that were a thing. I bought two of the same packaged food items one night. They were a good deal, so I bought two. When I tried them later that night, they had a strange taste that was really unexpected. I rarely take items back, but this concerned me for their other customers well-being.I threw the one opened bag out and brought back the identical for a possible refund and wanted to pass along my concern. The clerk who I returned them to was the same I purchased them from the previous night.He listened, was friendly, and get this.. refunded me the price for both bags. I know, that it was is supposed to happen right? Not always.Bad Buds is keeping up the gold standard for customer service.

Rosalinda has terrible customer service and overall attitude. I come in here all the time and have never dealt with such an unhappy, rude person. Someone doesn’t seem to like their job very much! I simply couldn’t see my pump number and stepped to the side to look and when I did she took the next guest and when I asked why she did that she said “ you’re supposed to know your pump number”Negative 5 stars!!! I wish I could speak to someone higher up about this

I was at Bad Buds today because they usually have lower gas prices. Their pay at the pump service was not available so I went inside to leave my credit card while I filled up.Most gas stations will you come back in and run one’s credit card to pay for the fill- up. For some inexplicable reason I could not leave my credit card with them at the counter. I was told I would have to authorize an amount to the card before the staff would allow me to my credit card. Then they would not let me leave the card to fill up. It became so complicated I left and filled up at Costco gas- and saved a bundle.

I dont even want to give them 1star they deserve no stars because when I was there me and my daughter wanted to get some food and they walked right past us several times and didnt even assist us because we were black and they were white. I will not be going back to that location ever again I felt very disrespected and offended by their prejudice and discriminating actions.

Almost always busy. This week they had some of the lowest gasoline prices in town. The little convenience store offers some interesting snacking and food options. I love the statues they have outside.

Decent coffee but $10.50 for a pack of Camels is what Id expect to pay in Fish Camp or out in the middle of nowhere; needless to say I passed. Also passed on the $1.99 for a regular size candy bar. I heard their fried chicken is to die for, but Im not sure if Im returning just due to their mark-up on items. Its obvious how they make up for the budget priced gas. VERY clean store and employees are VERY friendly as well. Its the prices that drove me away with only a cup of coffee.Attn: Management. Great service with the car wash. Gas prices are fairly low at times but they have plenty of pumps to not make it such a long visit. From 4 to 5 p.m. it will usually be very busy.

I get my gas here, theyre cheap, and theyre good. Plus its close to Johns! Also their chicken is actually not that bad.

The gas is inexpensive but dont come here for a car wash if youre in a hurry! I had to go inside to get a receipt and have been waiting a while for anybody to come out and wash our car.

I used to LOVE coming here. Great service, somewhat cheap gas, plus good prices for soda. Then Andrew came along. White male, round 510, overweight, long brown beard. I went on 1/03 at 5:45pm to do something nice for my mom and get her gas. I went inside to pay with my credit card since I always have an issue with the pump card readers (my card was bent after I left it in my car over the summer). I told him I wanted $20 on 8 with credit. He asked to see id. Ive never been asked to see id so I told him I left it in the car but I will be right back. Then he responded with Im not an idiot. Who in their right freaking mind think thats okay to say that to a customer?!?! I shouldnt be surprised from a punk kid who thinks its appropriate to wear a snapback to work. I left my purse in the car with my mom so I grabbed it and was going to yell at the jerk but he was goofing off and went to the back. Im not some homeless person or a young kid with their parents credit card. I got my gas from the female cashier and left fuming. I will happily drive the extra 5 minutes until he doesnt work there anymore. Youre better than this Bad Buds.
