Love this place! They scrubbadubdub my car about once a quarter. I love how quick and easy the whole process is.The free vacuuming is a bonus! Plus air to blow out the crevices and cracks. They always ask if we want a bag and wipe for the dash board. Very friendly staff. Its clean and very well lit.I highly recommend this awesome place!

Incredible! The place leaves a lasting impression. $8 gets you the basic drive thru car wash. Plenty nice. But they have packages that contain everything you could want. Service is fast even when crazy buzy due to plenty of resources to facilitate many cars at once. Check em out. Its worth it!

Havent been here in a while but everytime I went, employees were always kind and respectful, vacuum area was clean . Never had problems.

Great place and easy setup they have here... Definitely better than most. Still like self service instead of driving thru but its good!

They miss a few spots so I reccomend bringing a towel or something to wipe your car with, but the customer service is great, so I do enjoy going.

I used to come here at least once a week but Ill have to find a new wash. I always get the #1 Ultimate but the machines only hit the left side if my car now, the right side machines dont even touch my car. My left side is always shiny and my right is covered in water spots and dust still. Also the last 2 times I came I didnt get the tires shine I paid for, just regular matte looking tires. Unfortunate. To make it worse, the last 2 times I came in, I went through a second time and asked them to tell the guys scrubbing to do the right side since the machines dont and each time they just did the windows and missed the right side.

I like this place. The prices are good for a car wash. You pay drive up to the track and put ur car in neutral and in joy the ride its not long and after you can drive around to the vac spots and clean the inside of ur car.

I just got my husbands car washed as a surprise but I was the one surprised & not in a good way. In fact when I brought the vehicle home & could see it it was filthy. Im not talking disappointed in a few spots on the windows, no Im telling you that the whole car looked like it had only been hosed off with a garden hose. When I paid I declined the receipt so they refused to do anything to correct the dirty mess.

My first time at one of these so called dedicated car washes, and my last. I came here instead of the usual 1$ car wash because i hit a lot of bugs coming back from the beach and i went through their wash 2 times and it didnt clean the hood or the windshield so yeah its a scam.

Good prices. Good for cars, lousy for pick ups. Washers and machine cant get to bottom of rear window and front of bed cover. Tired of going around 2 or 3 time and still not right. BUT no problem with washing cars.

My car got stuck after some banging around on the undercarriage they had to back me out...I use other surf & turf locations with NO problem so I dont know what is going on with the overly high wheel guides at this place. I wont be going back to this one even in one of my other vehicles!

Horrible. My car has not come out clean a single time Ive been here and the end stall never has a vacuum and then theres so many people fighting to get to a vacuum I just leave frustrated every time.

Now and so you all know just watch out for what they charge you and what type of wash you actually get.More than 5 times Ive paid for an extreme wash 18.00 and going thru the wash the light lights up under an epic wash 8.00Idk if its a cashiers come up or not but its happened one too many times ... pay attention!!! Go around again if it happens to you!!

Every time I go here they cant seem to get the bugs off the windshield. Its really not that hard. Even when you drive thru the car wash. The Windshield still has bugs. I usually go through 3 times before its cleaned. Lazy people who just dont listen. The touchless car wash at Ashlan and Willow does a good job and its touch less.

We have the monthly pass so we go through as much as we like. Its nice and its fun.

Used to be very good but not any more. Cutting chemicals all around.. No more extreme shine, surface protection, cloth brushes, newspaper and not enough water rinse. But the price keeps going up.

Paid $18 for the extreme carwash and their blinking light at the end told me I received the express wash that costs $10 less. Sure enough, the undercarriage of my car is still filthy. What a ripoff.

Service is A1, they even give complimentary doggy snacks for your best friend. And the vacuums go hard, like kerbies.

I was really unimpressed with this place again today. The last two times Ive been here Ive gone through multiple times and still not gotten a clean car. The biggest problem is the people with the scrubbers at the beginning do such a poor job and barely do any work at all. Even when I go back through and Ive specified the problem they dont do their job. I have to spend my time scrubbing off the bugs and dirt left behind even after 2 or 3 washes! Why pay $15 to scrub my own car?! You guys can do better!

Nice but the vacuum was not fully working

Ive always gone to get my Cars wash here but today. I was very disappointed. The front windows along with spots on my car still were dirty, literally looked like running mascara but brown from the dirt. I went back for a second wash, thinking okay second time around should leave my car clean. Wrong!! As they washed my car with the power hose at the beginning only one of the employees really got into the dirt spot the other just hosed down once like a sprinkler and stopped. Washing my car at home would have been better. Very disappointed on my wash today especially that I had to go back for a second wash and one of the employees was doing a poor job along with making faces because I was back again for another wash.

Close to perfect for a drive through car wash. I have soap left over around my mirrors and below my wipers every time that blows up on the rest of the car. I try to limit the amount of soap left behind by turning on the wipers as the rinse water is at the heaviest on the windshield. It throws the extra water off the side and adds to the rinse water on the mirrors, plus it lets the water get under the wipers and clean the cowling. Its an easy fix. Like I said, almost perfect.

I liked going to this car wash, until one of the workers ask me to stop and back up in the car wash. That resulted in my side mirror being torn off my truck. Maybe just and accident, well see how they handle it and Ill rewrite my review.

I purchased a basic car wash and I was pleasantly surprised. My car was filthy from traveling and had bug splatter everywhere. My car was so clean it looked like it was hand washed. I was also in and out in less than 10 minutes. Def recommend this place.

First time here had to get a wash and vaccum my vehicle early in the morning after work. Was glad to see them open early i will be trying it out again.

I’ve tried this car wash a few times now. The first time I got the #1 and had to go thru twice but still went home and cleaned what was missed. When leaving the wash the light on the sign indicated I got the #2.Tonight I went again and got #2. Should have got the express. Most likely the same. Some areas water and soap don’t even touch the car. Probably clogged. Exiting this time the light indicator isn’t working or off so you don’t know what wash they did.Won’t be going back. Should have gone to Red Carpet! I had to wash my car when I got home. Only good for rinsing Most of the dust off.Also, the vacuum area is dirty. Pile of sand and a squashed banana on the ground when I stepped out to use the vacuum. Almost fell on my butt.

The wash was good but When I paid I got my receipt at it said I get a discount on my next wash So the following week I went to use my discount and it wouldnt take it so I ask the employee working he said I have to use that receipt at a red carpet car wash I think that is wrong if your gonna give out discounts we should be able to use it where we got it and if we cant then you should put on the receipt is only good at red carpet That is misleading because of that I will not go back and I will let people know was going on

If you value your car dont go there. Not only did they give my car a crapy car wash. My car took some damage there and it seemed like the just brushed me off. They told me that the owner would call me within 24 hours and of course they didnt. Ill never back again. And Ill advice anyone l know not to go there. And if they need proof just look at my car. I worked very hard for my car and Im still making payments on it. If I was able to post pictures of my car I would. So again if you value your car dont go there because they wont help fix it if theres damage.😠

Nice, clean and on top of everything

After more than two years of service, mostly with great experience I have to give them a one star and its well deserved. Im not going back.On my last wash, my side mirror was damaged and one part was crushed on the ground. I told the attendant that my mirror had a white scuff mark and if I can just get the parts I can have it put back together. At first, I wasnt going to file a claim but I decided to because of the one part that was destroyed. They said they would check the footage and call me back.They didnt call back. When I called the manager informed me because of he scuff mark (which I did disclose), they deemed that it was damaged and I am SOL. I didnt appreciate what the manager was insinuating and expressed my concerns. No surprise, he didnt care. So I cancelled my account. They lost a customer.My car had a scuff mark, but their equipment destroyed and crushed part of my side mirror. I did not want to go to a body shop or anything ludicrous. I just wanted the one part that was destroyed. They post a sign that they will take care of any damage to your car caused by their equipment. Dont trust them.

Me and my grandma go here often to get a wash. Unfortunately the other day we saw a staff member on duty getting physical in the parking lot with a woman & a kid involved. We no longer go to this location due to that.You don’t have to lie as a owner to keep your business look professional when it’s not. We all saw what your supervisors on duty did and we are not okay with a car wash that hire employee that are wife beaters!!!!!Please do not lie again or we will expose the employee’s name next!!!!

The car wash was fine, got the basic level wash and pretty much got what I expected. Nothing fancy or thorough. I like that they dont kick you out after 5 mins of vacuum usage like a lot of other places. Overall good experience.

Price is good, I like the discount you get on the next wash. Always a line and never any open vacuum areas when i go. The last time I went the part that grabs your wheel was not working, then halfway through the wash the entire station shuts down for a minute.

This is the only car wash that I truly trust to wash my vehicles.
