Do not go when they are busy, you will be stuck in one spot. If you are stuck at a spot with soap, its timed that you wont get any soap when you continue moving. Back end of my car got scratched up because they confine to wash when the dirt hasnt been lifted any soap/product.Go to the one on Ingram and Herndon, much better services.The more I go through here, the more Im disappointed (bought the monthly pass special for 3 months now).

My car was filthy, they got it clean quick. When a business is usually busy, that means good service. Busy but not long wait, in and out.

Absolutely unprofessional. I took my Jeep Wrangler here to get washed, and I have aftermarket tires that are more broad, and a woman informed me that my tires can damage their wash, and I would be held responsible, and cited a sign they had up near the entrance of the wash. Not wanting to be liable for any damage, I opted to not get a wash and take my business elsewhere. This was not the problem for me. The problem was how I was treated rudely by the attendant who told me that I cannot back up and leave, I have to go through the wash. So if I go through the wash, it may cause damage and I would be liable. However I am FORCED to go through the wash and take that risk to leave. They should have signage at a different spot of their property so I could be made properly aware of the possibilities of my tires damaging their wash, and have the freedom to not have to take that risk and leave. I was a regular customer here, and will now take my business elsewhere.

Worst car wash they are just so busy they don’t dry and clean good

I use their wash all the time! Real hand car wash! Like literally people washing your car by HAND! Yes! No machines scratching your paint! I just recently used their detail service and had my car waxed and polished and interior done, they brought my car back to life!! I was going to sell it and now I’m keeping it because it looks so good now! This place is legit.

Best place for a quick drive thru carwash. The reason I say this is because theyre truly one of the only hand car wash drive thrus available. No spinning machines with hard bristles gouging your paint job here. And if you go on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday, you get a discount and for this, I always leave em a tip 🙂

I love using this wash, the one on Ingram and when I’m on that side of town I’ll go to the willow location. This one is closest to my house so I go there the most! Such great service and quality of work, my car is always washed right, and dried, not left with a bunch of streaks and dripping like other washes.

Usually like how they clean my truck. Not today, whole passenger side still dirty. Have to find a new place.

Well its official, this place finally gets an award. Besides its great location and proximity to great shopping, this place has nothing else to offer. I frequent car washes often through out the city and this one by far, hands down is the worst. The difference between their $5 and the $12 is price. Same poor quality same poor service. You are better of having your kids wash it. Go up the street, save yourself the agony.

Tried this car wash this week. I was impressed. They did a great job! I am giving 4 stars only because I told the attendant I wanted the $7.99 express wash, and when she came back with the receipt, I had been charged a $1.00 fee for an SUV. I dont mind the fee, I mind that she didnt tell me about it before hand. That is deceptive, and I didnt appreciate the bait-n-switch. I did appreciate my clean car. Much better than Red Carpet, by a long shot!

Great Service, quick and easy. I use this place often because I need a car wash that isnt so pricey and do a good job of getting the vehicle clean. This is a quick in & out carwash, not a detailing service. Friendly staff. Will continue to come often.

I’ve gone here plenty through the years. You can get a decent wash for the price and time but from time to time you’ll notice a guy on one side busting his but to do a good job while the guy on the other shows he clearly doesn’t want to be there. After my last visit, I watched a guy throw a towel at the car in front of me while it drove off and watched the same guy do a terrible job job drying my car just the same as the guy on that side washed it. I will just go ahead and take my business elsewhere from now on.

At times they do have their days, however the management has gotten some new guys in there and great service, and all hand washed. Machine washes will kill your clear lenses and tail lights.

Nice quick no machine hand car wash. They have specials during the week but do a nice job for a good price. They will dress tires but no interior cleaning options. All exterior.

Car wash was ok, got a wash. Got home, card was charged 3x for 1 wash. Told them what happened. Was told we would have to come back and show proof. No thanks, we will just call the bank and report the fraudulent charges.

I come here a few times when I dont have time to wash my car. I always ask for a higher quality wash but they give the basic but still charge you the premium price. I stay consistent and you can tell what package you get but the colors of the soap. Pay attention to it. If you need a quick wash just get the basic basic package. Its going to be the same anyway.

When I dont have time for a full service car wash this is my go to. The staff is always friendly and super efficient. My car always looks nice after a visit to West Shaw hand car wash. They have different wash packages however they do not offer vacuum services.

I will NEVER go here again! Went home after wash. Grease all over my car from the rag used to dry. Call to explain. Told me to come back. Told them I couldn’t till Monday and they said ok. When I went back they wouldn’t honor their word because I didn’t have my receipt. Punk manager. Been coming here for years! Time to start going down the street.

I have been coming here for along time i really like them today they refused to wash my car because the tires are to big my whole family comes here been years now.i feel really let down by them and i would not continue to do business with them ever again the family wont be going there no more Im angry and disappointed dont wash your car here

This car wash is the only place I will go here in Fresno to get my car washed. They take really good care of your car with hands on detail wash. Mondays and Fridays are regular prices Express washes, but Tuesday through Thursday is $1 off Express washes.

They don’t do trucks with aftermarket rims. Manager was rude acting like I should know this when this is the only place I’ve ever been to (I travel for work. I go all over America. This has never been a problem at ANY car wash) that has said this. Save your money.

Use to be good a few years back. Now I notice new employees, the drying totally sucks. The soap was still on my driver side view mirror when the guy so called finished wiping the car. I had to get out of the car, asked for the dude’s towel and wipe it myself.

Never help me and my friends

Under normal circumstances I am happy with the car washes. However today I brought my truck in and purchased a upgrade wash. The employee that handles the transaction if I wanted my rcpt, being that I have always had such good customer service I said no as I always do. Upon returning to home I noticed the roof of my truck k was not even touched and still dirty. I called immediately and spoke to a supervisor explained the situation. He asked to bring the rcpt and they would re wash. I informed him I did not have the rcpt and he told I would have to bring back today and they would only wipe down what was not cleaned. I asked him how hard would it be to run through the wash again and he replied it wouldn’t be hard but they have a policy only to wipe down if you have a basic wash or no rcpt. I am really disappointed in the customer service as I believe to keep a customer totally happy how much labor would it take to just run through again.

Misrepresentation...I asked the guy at the register if there was a wash that includes interior (vacuum, etc), he said they all did. The guys drying my car said no they dont, but if you get the ultimate wash they will spray air freshener.Total bs waste of time and money, and I STILL need my interior done!

We came here got the $14.99 package, it was money just thrown to the trash! Our car was not cleaned properly! It looked as if they had did the most simplistic car wash, you could find a homeless person or people who do car washes for donations do a better job! Spots where missed, tires weren’t clean, the car wasn’t even fully dried. I will never come back here and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Called before I went. I dont remember the location i went to but the location that i called was different than the location that i went to but both were friendly and fast.

Worst car wash place to do a car wash. Unprofessional at what they do. I went through their car wash system and they didnt wipe my car to dry. It had water from the sides and the back of my car. Ask the guy to wipe and he said it was not his problem. Rude people and lazy. Never ever washing my car there again.

If you are not satisfied with the service, look at the supervisor/manager Marissa, she promises the workers up to 60 hours a week, and she is not responsive to attempts to contact her, (unresponsive), unprofessional and unorganized. Work is people’s livelihood do not promise hours of you are unable to fulfill your promises, some people leave their jobs in hope to get more hours and money to survive.... what a shame

Just got my car washed and Im never going again. Not only do they not have the slightest clue of what good customer service is but they never gave me my change back. The dude told me to pull off to the side and I waited patiently for my change. 6 minutes later he comes back and tells me to pull in to the parking lot and talk to the lady in the office when he has a wad of cash right in his hand. If I could give this zero stars I would. Dont know why so many people go there either. I WILL definitely pay more at another place then go to this crappy place even if it is more convienent. I work at Walmart and I have better customer services than these people who barely even have to speak to their customers.

The employees that work in the car wash are the laziest Ive ever seen.. not only do they miss washing 1/3 of my car they dont wash the front of my car . Not enough soap squirts onto car and the guys dont rinse out the washing mitts at all between cars, so all the dirt from all the cars in front of me gets scratched into my paint.

Efficient: I drive threw, they do a good job washing down, drying is not the best but the car dries as I drive off. Dont expect the Red Carpet treatment, but my car is clean.
