My husband came home and bottom of truck and back bumper still dirty he gave a $5 tip he was in a hurry and tired from work so he didnt check the truck, but I did I was very disappointed. Called and asked to speak to manager, waited on hold person who answered came back said that manager was busy helping outside and wanted my number, said no but did tell he I would be by tomorrow for a refund, will follow up and let you know if a refund was given what a disappointment for what they charge should have done a better job.

The vacuum area is tricky to get a spot in sometimes, but the car has come out super clean so far.

Car wasnt dry at all. I had to dry it myself after the drying machines.
