Got a flat late one night coming back from squaw valley on a fishing trip and immediately called ALLSTATETOWING and got a guy out within the hour like they promised and the driver Fernando was an excellent and respectful driver. He came hooked my car right up and was able to safely drop my car off at my apartment ! We were in a wreck last night and our car was in an unsafe area. We called another tow company and they left us stranded, never showed up. This towing company, I was very disappointed by their lack of professionalism .. my car had its speeds blocked .. I spoke to a certain Fernando, he told me it was the sensor and that he would send someone to help me .. then he insisted on me Take the car to his mechanic .. And He would charge me 100 dlrs for the job, I let him have it and when, according to him, they fixed it, I went and he told me that it was 180 for the job, assuming that they were up to the Merced Ca. For the part he was needed (lie) ... well I paid him and he did not give me any receipts. and he told me my car has problems with the transmission (perhaps believing I was going to return) .. which was not true because my car was running well and indeed when I drove it I felt the speeds different They didnt get in on time ... then I took it to my mechanic and He fixed it for me and he told me ... I dont know what they did to the computer of your car and the part that changes the gears but I fixed it, your transmission is very all right .... anyway ..From the way they pulled my car (it was parked in front of a store) backward without even putting the tires that the cranes use to the front tires to make it easier and not damage the vehicle ... even the mechanic who damaged the computer of my car..for me the worst towing company I do not recommend and if you hire it is at your own risk.SPANISH .. this crane company I was very disappointed by its lack of professionalism .. my cars speeds were blocked ..
