Unprofessional, bad customer service, damage my vehicle and claim that they have no idea how it happen. Also they dont have an actual business office. They were doing some type of work orientation for new hires I believe DSS security in the same space were I was making contact to get my car out. Just Unprofessional no wonder they have bad reviews couldnt even tell who was staff or the new hires.

Was parked casually at GB3 north. My Camry is a 2010 and has been bought off the lot and paid for since 2014. He pulled up to my car and IMMEDIATELY tried to hook it up with me in it. I came out the car and asked why? He said “repossession”. I said that’s not right or even possible so where is the paperwork? What bank asked you to do so? And only let me my car back when I threatened to call the cops. SUCH A SCAM! same thing happened to a friend a few months ago. Currently filling a police report and filling a formal complaint to the city to shut this place down after reading these reviews. THANK YOU FOR THE HONESTY

Horrible! This place prowls on my apartment complex and tows cars when the owner is just running inside for a quick second not only that but they towed my brothers car from an actual guest spot and the driver rushed out so fast he clipped my husbands knee while leaving! When my husband called to let him know he was hit by their driver they laughed and hung up the phone. Hope they like the police report against them, its not the first time theyve done something illegal in these apartments they towed a car with a little girl in it when the mom stepped out to open her garage!

I call and call and they say that I can’t pick up until next business day. Came in to pay ( have no other choice) and asked to see my car for damages and they refused because I had to pay for it first. I seen on TV that this Towing company towed a 5 year old child inside.. well I live at arbor place apartments another location that this towing company tows illegally parked cars. I seen and have video of them just pulling up taking the car before even securing it down to there tow truck and driving a few blocks away to finally secure it. This is because if you come out while there in process of getting your car then by law they have to release it on spot. Which means they dont get there money. So no wonder they towed it with a child inside!!

They towed my vehicle recently and there was items missing from my car when I went to pick it back up. The service is trash they will hang up on you when you call to get information about your vehicle. Make sure you check your whole car when you get it back they went through all my stuff !

I highly recommend working with this company for a couple reasons. You give them all your money so they have fatter paychecks. They mess up your car when they tow it away so you have to file a claim with your insurance company. Last but not least, they are so friendly they keep a glass barrier between you and them so you dont reach over the counter and strangle them. This company literally does not mess around when it comes to stealing peoples cars. The best part about all of it is they dont have an insurance company they go through, they go through their own office. That way if there seriously something wrong with your car they dont actually have to pay you much. Game days at the Fresno State College campus is their favorite day to come around taking cars. So please dont make the same mistake as I did and park somewhere between two cars so they cant take all of your money. To the company, thank you so much for your wonderful service. This tow company seems to be illegally towing vehicles and milking customers. This is a crime. They towed my vehicle 10 feet away from me where no signs are posted, while visiting a guest. It looks as this tow truck company is towing vehicles illegally from private properties. If there was no No Parking Towing Zone sign and the contact information for the towing company is not posted in the private property, its an illegal tow. In addition, property owner or authorized representative must authorize the towing, and the vehicle needs to be parked for more than an hour in order to be towed. Towed my car last year because I didnt have a sticker, only for them to reimburse me because of their mistake not taking 5 seconds to look. If I can give this no star, I would. They towed my car because they thought I didnt have a parking permit. I woke up Thursday morning for my OB appointment to find my car was gone. I explained that my pass was placed properly and for them to check again. They hung up on me and made excuses why I was hung up on. Complained to my apartment complex and they resolved it for me. I had to get a taxi to get my car back. They didnt apologize for towing my car with the permit placed properly. this company is horrible!

This company is horrible! They drive around looking for cars to tow to extort money out of people. They towed my car on CHRISTMAS DAY from my grandmothers condo parking lot that shes lived in for 25 years. I was stranded with my 1 year old and 5 year old, no car, and no carseats. When I called they said I was either stranded till the morning or they would charge $505 to bring it back now. They are horrible people.

I was advised by Regency Property management to contact this company because I was repeatedly getting notes placed on the area i would park in. There isnt anyone available onsite to speak with and most of the condos are individually owned. I spoke with a few tenents who rent through regency property management and decided to give them a call about the parking. Apparently they previously managed the unit Im in before my current landlord took ownership. They advised me that my parking stall was A16 for my unit and told me to contact the towing company with this information. When contacting the towing company the guy who answered repeatedly cut me off and stated that he cant take my word and that if the other tenent has proof my car will get towed if regency doesnt contact them. Im making this review basically for documentation of this event in case my car gets towed even after they were advised of my issue.

He informed me that if I had a car towed by another company I could have grand theft auto charges placed against me, I called Fresno PD non emergency to double check and they informed me that could not happen.

This company is a scam. My friend parked at in front of my apartment to load something in his car. He was only there for 10 minutes tops and when he came out the tow truck was there. Turns out the driver was just going around looking for cars to tow because nobody called him. This is what the driver told my friend. Just looking for cars to tow like a real jerk.

At that point, the tow truck driver is entitled to require that you pay at most half of his or her normal towing fee. Know what laws you are breaking (Under AB 2210) they are not accredited with bbb so doesnt matter. Department of consumer affairs and small claims courts is the only option. Law always wins

My mother is handicap and parked her vehicle in handi cap stall. She relized she didnt have her placard. So she moved her car to a regular parking stall. Turns out the tow truck had taken picture of her car while towing another vehicle. He left and came back 45 min later. Saw my moms car parked in regular stall and still towed it. We have 5 witnesses who saw and tried to stop tow truck. Including manager of complex. Contacted tow company manager and he states that witness statement isnt enough. And wants us to pay tow fees. This company is trying to run a scam by towing cars illegally.

Unprofessional and rude staff. They were unwilling to cooperate and towed my car even when I parked in a guest parking spot. The reason? Because there was a FS football game going on! So then all of a sudden I cant visit a friend while parked in a guest parking spot? We tried talking with them and they were not willing to drop my car when they were still hooking it up. I live in a apartment complex & I needed someone towed out of my parking stall. The tow company told me 30 mins or less....its was over an hour and still werent there. When I called to check to see how much longer, the call went to voicemail. This tow companys # is a cell phone number. They called me back 20 mins later and I told them that the person already left and told them that the estimated time was way beyond what they told me, he hung up on me before I could finish.
