This place the worst. A close relative of mine ended up having her car impounded here. She was not driving the car when both the front tires were blown out. She was experiencing a hardship at the time and they refused to work with her on getting the car out of impound. Her drivers license, Laptop & many other personal property were in the car and they refused to allow her to get it out of her car, They kept asking for her drivers license even though they knew it was in her car and they had it. She even went to the DMV site and got a temp drivers license and they still refused to allow her to get her stuff out of the car. The sold her car in two months and took her laptop and personal property. Currently contacting city, county & state agencies whos rules they must follow to tell them about the unethical and criminal actions on this business.

HAD TO GET A LAWYER. THEY PUT A LIEN ON MY VEHICLE, AND SOLD IT. 5 MONTHS LATER THEY CREDITOR SEND A BILL FOR $2100 SAYING VEHICLE BEEN SOLD AND I HAVE 30 DAYS TO PAY $2100 IN 30 DAYS. THE LETTER WAS 22 DAYS AFTER THE DATE. I CONTACTED A LAWYER WHO STATED THIS IS ILLEGAL AND A SCAM TO GET MONEY. MY LAWYER FILED A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AND WILL LIKE TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE THIS ALSO HAPPENEE TO ALSO. SO PLEASE MESSAGE ME. THIS DEFINITELY CAUSE PAIN AND SUFFERING AND THEY WILL HAVE TO PAY.

F I could give this company negative stars, Id give them negative 5 stars. After my husband was in a terrible motorcycle accident on the freeway a couple weeks ago, I had to deal with getting his motorcycle back while he was in the hospital. The ladies in the office were incredibly helpful. Unfortunately after I paid the almost $400 bill for less than 24 hours in storage, the help ended. I showed up with my teenage sons and brother and a trailer. We were told we could not drive on their property to retrieve the vehicle and that we had to actually drive it out or walk it out no matter the condition. The walk was far. My boys were not permitted to go help my brother who was injured in an accident himself so he had to go alone. The bike was a mess and would not start, he had to push it and was offered no help. The guy stood there and watched as the motorcycle fell on him. Only then did he help him because he was forced to. When the bike was finally off their property my sons pushed it the rest of the way and loaded it up. Meanwhile my brother is in pain. I walked into the office and essentially asked what kind of business this is that makes me pay an inflated bill and expects me to find it in their storage and walk it out. An older gentleman berated me for bringing children with me and told me I was an idiot and the man who escorted my brother back for the bike essentially laughed at me and talked to me about how my brother wasnt a man because the bike fell over on him. He said my brother never asked for help and he was a man so he shouldnt need any. Im crying by this point. The front office lady was asking the men why they werent showing any kind of empathy for the situation. It was a whole lot of Jack Assery because I was a woman in a terribly vulnerable position. Im still shocked at the way that I was treated and I will NEVER EVER do business with this company again. The only saving grace is the ladies in the office. They had also said they could not look in the box attached to the bike for registration because it was locked but it was clearly rifled through. By the way...the man that was talking about my brother not being a man was wearing a Bulldog Towing uniform. If you want to run legalized crime here in Fresno, get into towing vehicles from the scene of accidents.

This company should be a shame of them selves they came to tow my car in Easton .ca. They carved my insurance company extra 300.0p saying they had to wait at the Sean for 90 minutes before they could load my car to take to their storage yard. O.M.G. what a lie he came loaded my car and was on his way 20 minutes max. Dont go there DONT do any business there thats call fraud when charging for something they didnt provide.any

$400 for tow and 20 hours of storage. Then when my family went to pick up my vehicle the a owner and a tow truck driver harassed and mocked them. Then made them walk to the back of the tow yard and retrieve the vehicle themselves.

Saturday, January 24th 2015-We are a locally owned used car dealership. This is a very small business that is ran by a husband and wife just trying to live their dream of owning a business. While transporting a vehicle from an auction out of town it broke down on us after pushing it quite a ways into a parking stall at Villa Montana (Cedar & Shepard) the best we could, we then left to get a truck and trailer to come back and pick it up. This took a couple hours. Once we returned with truck and trailer, we were very surprised to find out our vehicle was gone! After talking to the businesses around the area no one had it towed. I even spoke with CIS security who is hired for that shopping center and no one had made a report or had it towed. When I called the Fresno Police department to report it stolen, they let me know Seventy-Six Towing had towed it (same company as Bull dog towing). Which we use occasionally for our business to transport vehicles. When I called Seventy-Six towing a nice lady answered and let me know that yes it had been towed and the driver would call me in an hour, this was at 6:00pm. I explained the situation and she said she was not sure if they would just release it to us or if there would be a fee. With that being said I then knew it may be possible to have it released without a fee. I waited until 8:30pm and called again since the driver had not called me back within an hour like I was told. The lady was nice enough to connect me with the night driver named Rudy. I explained my situation and he said he would not budge on the $321 fee if I picked it up tonight. $321??? It costs us $75 from bulldog towing to tow a vehicle! I dont have $321!!! This was a mistake that it was towed at all. How could a vehicle be picked up after just a couple hours and cost $321? I asked to speak to someone who was in charge since Rudy numerous time let me know he is just a driver. But then he was the person in charge until Monday. I hope the owner will contact me regarding this situation. Rudy, the driver, also let me know he may not be back at the available to go back to the yard so we can pay the fee to get it out. He is out on calls. But there is a daily fee for it to be there. Looks like I will be charged for another day because he is not available.Sunday, January 25th 2015- No response from anyone. I have called 3 times, emailed and sent a message to them on Facebook. Still waiting...Monday, January 26th 2015- To be proactive about the situation I call late Monday and it looks like the price changes daily.....now it is $319 for pick up today. The owner still has not called me after I have emailed, called 3 times and sent them a message on Facebook. The lady today said they wont be budging on the price but they have a signature for the tow. But they cant let me know who. Did the driver just sigb it? She also let me know if not picked up today they will put a lein on the car. A lein after less than 48 hours, is that even legal?? A couple hours later my husband shows up to pay the outrageous price of $319. But now my husband is not allowed to take his truck inside the gate to pick it up. He has to push the car out!!! The lady on the phone let me know they dont care that we will not be using them again and they will loose our business. Richard is the owner of Seventy-Six Towing, this is Kevins brother who lives out of California (even though they have the same address and same phone number as Bulldog Towing) kevin is the owner of Bulldog towing. Either way they have not called me back after numerous attempts of trying. Good to know this is how they treat local small businesses, disabled veterans and customers!! Horrible customer service! Did you also know their drivers make commission on picking up random vehicles to tow? DO NOT USE SEVENTY-SIX TOWING OR THEIR ASSOCIATE BULLDOG TOWING!!!!Wednesday, January 28th 2015- Still no call back... After numerous comments and negative reviews posted on the Facebook page it has been deleted. (Very suspicious).

The lady on the phone was very rude and kept hanging up on me even though they had our car in there yard . She was holding the phone hostage wouldnt let anyone else help and kept hanging up.. horrible service!!!
