Easy, quick, and a good way to recycle a car we werent going to have repaired.

It was simple and I got more than I expected for my vehicle. All I needed was my title and to be there physically when the vehicle was being picked up by them. They gave me a check on the spot after getting the van on the tow truck.

The guy was really nice on the phone. The only problem I had was missed the phone call so they put off my pick up until the next day and driver was late and called me early and didnt show until 530 it was 8-5 pick up.

I had an incredible experience with this group of professional. From the first person I spoke to, Poonam, to the supervisor, Geovana, to Copart and even the gentleman who came to tow my car. I was very please with their customer service and their willingness to really help. Great service and would 100% recommend

Sold an older car that parts are becoming quickly obsolete and beginning to have costly repairs. Felt better to sell it to someone who may part it out than to a private party and give them headaches.

When I call, no matter how I answer the question from the digital menu the phone call hangs up on me. Would like to do business but unable to get through. Still hopeful, maybe they will see this.

Excellent service friendly staff

My particular driver went above and beyond to remove my car from my yard. He had to shovel dirt to get the gate open. And used some kind of metal cable to drag the car out. He made sure he was done in time for me to make it to an appointment I had. I was very appreciative. Amazing customer service!

Talking about. A little 180$ for my car. Worst estimate I got from anybody. And then when I said I cant accept that the lady flat out hung up. I would go through someone else dont waste your time.
