Elisabeth was such a sweetheart the entire time I was there . . working non-stop and making my hair beautiful! I love the color, and she trimmed my hair so I could keep the same style and get the bangs out of my way! Great conversations while I was there with her, and she truly knows how to do my highlights and trim! So professional, and the place was so very clean too!!!

My stylist, Aiyana did a wonderful job in cutting my hair. She listened, gave me advice and took her time. It looks great!

Fast service and ample parking make this a fine place for a haircut. The stylist did a good job of making sure everything was the way I wanted it. This shop is in the Potter Village shopping center with easy highway access and lots of places to park. Id come back I was in need of another haircut and in the area.

Went to the store to get a haircut, was told there would be a $3.95 surcharge called OSHA sanitization or something, didnt bother to look it up because its a fake charge with real money left the store went to Supercuts across town they had never heard of such a charge and were happy to cut my hair for the regular amount. Very friendly staff and a company thats not trying to gouge their customers or take of a pandemic and charged an outrageous amount for the cleaning hit they normally should do anyways. Will not be returning to this or any other Chicago hair cuz Im sure its corporate-wide

Ok place. Took my mom there for a hair cut. She thought it was ok, but she has dementia you never know how accurate her feedback will be for a place. They got her in and out pretty quick and were accommodating for her needs.
