Hairdresser rushed haircut and was not throughout. I feel like I got a $5 haircut. Hairdresser was also very rough, I feel like I have cuts. They are way under-staffed, phone lines were down and it was cash only. Overall unsatisfied, did not feel like a valued customer.

What can i say, place give great haircuts. At ten dollars for a shampoo you cant go wrong. The only issue I had was maybe a five minute wait for the stylist to finish another customer. I will definitely be getting my hair cut here from now on.

I think the staff is great they do a very good job. My stylist Lisa is the only one that I will touch my hair because she is so good.

I really like going to cost cutters cause everyone is nice and treats customers with absolute respect! I especially like going there to get my haircut from Rachel Palmer, she never rushes through a haircut and will have a conversation with you while cutting or styling your hair! She takes her time to make sure the customer loves the finished results! I also trust her with trimming up my beard! I would and do recommend this place for anyone that asks wheres a great place to go for a haircut!

I had my hair cut at this location last night. The stylist was pleasant, but something was off. While making small talk, she asked me the exact same questions over and over. I was already getting my hair cut at this point and hoped for the best. The cut was quick and I was in and out in 15-20 minutes.I went home and and forgot all about my haircut. Until.... Today at work I started noticing how choppy and uneven my hair is now - and how terrible my sideburns look. This is so bad! Now I need to pay for another haircut to get this Cost Cutters haircut fixed - the irony!!!

I went in there for a wash and trim, but the lady I had cut to much off. She said she would make it shoulder length and it’s way past my shoulders it’s about neck length. My layers are completely ruin and will need someone to fix them. My goal was to have it in a ponytail this summer but can’t do that anymore. Did not enjoy my experience and will not be going back.
