They are always amazing and do the best nails for me.

Brian interacted with us was funny and friendly, upfront with pricing which is what I was looking for. Got all three of us done in an extremely reasonable amount of time and even stayed after the normal posted hours to accommodate prom night. I like the attention to detail

Bryan has excellent customer service skills. This was my first visit and I left satisfied with my nails. I showed up last minute and he stayed over a half hour past close instead of rushing thru the job. Prices are a bit high but I’d rather pay them than chance going back to some of the places I’ve tried in the past. I will definitely be going back. 🙂

Bryan always does a fantastic job with my nails. They have never looked better! I will never go to another nail salon, I love it here.He is great with his customers, and you never feel uncomfortable or like your being judged in any way. Nice guy runs the place but what you get for the price there is nothing like lots of other places. I got a pedicure and I paid for the upgraded one in order to get a massage. And he didnt even massage me it was more of just running lotion on my legs. I also got a balance with gel and he only has about 15 colors in gel and he got the paint all over the edges of my skin. I would not recommend this place at all.

Never been to a salon with such little polish to choose from, and also being old and dried out looking too. There were nicer colors but apparently you had to buy them first, they weren’t gel or powder either. I found this very odd. Also not very pleased with the overall service, felt it was very rushed as I went for a simple square shape and somehow still very uneven, needless to say I came home to file my own nails and repaint them as I am not a fan of neon greens and pinks. Very outdated. Pricey for value of service too. 2 stars since the guy was friendly and nice about everything.

Fantastic owner who is personable, talented and enjoyable. Does excellent work, reasonable rates. Much nicer than most impersonable nail shops.

My nails all lifted. I had to take them off. They were acrylic nails. Two ripped right off. I had them less than two months.

This place is very expensive and the service is not great. I got a manicure no gel polish or tips just regular polish and a pedicure and I paid $72. If they had actually trimmed my cuticles and scrubbed my feet and clipped my cuticles on my toes like they should I wouldnt have a problem with the price. I had it done on Wednesday by Friday my polish was already chipping off of my nails and toes. Will not be going back. They dont deserve the one star but I had to to post my opinion.

Asked for pedicure & soaked my feet in plain water, clipped my toenails & polish! That is not a pedicure! Price was $35!!I need my calluses brushed & feet smooth! None of them hat here!

Worst experience ever. I got told I was to big to get a pedicure done and they wanted $25 to fill my nails. Guy there is very rude and the nail dryers dont work.

Nails are fat and chunky. The place is UNSANITARY my nails were filled so hard they hurt. There was ONE nail brush to wash your nails with in a bowl next to the sink already been used so nasty. Theres super glue all over my fingers and i had to hold my nails in front of fans and didnt offer me to use a dryer. While i was there he was waxing someones eyebrows he used scissors and after he was done he put them back where he got them 😷

I only pushed one * cuz you have to push something. Went to Heaven for permanent make up eyebrows. Satisfied. Went back for permanent make up eyebrows. When I left my R eye was watering like a faucet. I couldnt see to sign my name. We went next door to the Chinese restaurant and my husband ordered for me cuz I couldnt see the menu. I knew I was in trouble when I honestly couldnt make out my food on the plate to put a fork in it so my husband and I went right back to Heaven. She said it would be sore that day and go home, relax and put ice on it which I did.A couple hours later I tried to watch TV. The pain was terrible and I could not see the outline of the TV itself, let alone what was on it. My eye was still running fluid down my face. I had to go to the ER and a really good friend went with me. They said I had a badly scratched cornea (cornea abrasion), numbed it, gave me Demerol (thats how bad it hurt) and I followed up with an eye doctor the following day who confirmed the diagnosis and gave me a prescription for my eye.Ive tried in every way possible to talk to Heaven. I have two #s for her and I get either the voice mail or Brian, the guy who works with her. Funny, when making arrangements or asking ?s about getting this done I could get her on the phone very easily. Since this happened its like she doesnt exist. Messages go thr Brian and she will NOT return a call.I have tons of emails Ive sent and a record of the call log. What Im asking for is reimburse,net for the medical out of pocket portion of the injury to my eye. I got make up, I paid for make up. Eyebrows good. Eyeliner job not so good and uneven. What I did not pay for was a potential loss in my vision due to her expertise. At one point I was able to get Brian on the phone (I used my husbands phone to call with a different #). He said just mail the bills. I mailed the ER bill and documentation copy. Also a copy of the eye doctors documentation and bill and my prescription bill. I wrote a summary cover letter and have copies of all of that.I waited two weeks. No reimbursement for medical expense. I again called and this time Brian answered and declined receiving my mail. REALLY?!?! Just how often does that happen and Im certain it didnt happen in conjunction with everything else that did.It is very apparent Heaven does not stand behind what she does and vanishes from sight and calls at a problem she caused. The ER said I could have lost my vision. I mean really. I paid her a LOT. Im not signing the blues but I was in immense pain that day and the two following. I spent my time and $ in the ER. I drove 45 minutes to the eye specialist and spent my time and $ there.I guess I need to summarize in saying DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! She nearly cost me my vision. She doesnt stand behind what she does or what she says. Im probably going to take her to court and contact the Better Business Bureau. I have my husband as a witness and my friend who took me to the ER and all the detailed focumentation.This is totally inexcusable and dangerous. Id think long and hard before I opened the door to Heaven because I.believe its Hell in disguise!
