I have made an appointment at 12:30 PM. I have waited there 30 minutes and mentioned that they can’t see go back and see previous appointments before 1PM. They asked me book an appointment again. Very Bad and worst service.

Worst supercut ever. The white lady seems like she hated her job. She was in a hurry and doesn’t know the difference between medium fade and high and tight.

Went in for a basic trim on top and blend the sides in and the stylist Nancy totally butchered my hair. She shaved the part side all the way up to the hairline with a zero guard when I expressly asked for it to be blended in. When she was done she had the audacity to ask if I wanted her to trim my eyebrows. In the past SC has been a decent place to get a quick trim, but now I will never step foot in there again and will exuberantly tell anyone that has hair that they should never go there. Thanks Nancy.

Excellent service at this location. In and out in 30 minutes with a good haircut on a busy Sunday. My stylist understood what I wanted clearly and got to it quickly. Lady forgot the hot towel after haircut but I was never a fan of the Supercuts fake 2 minute spa. Be sure to check in online. Would give more stars for cleanliness.

Decent place with good service. However I did find this place to be overpriced for the quality of the hair cut but that’s true with many other Supercuts.It’s a nice location with decent amount of parking. The shop itself is generally pretty clean.Overall an average 3 star location.

I brought both of my girls to get their haircuts because this is where my wife brings them. I walked in and asked if there was any openings and how long it would take. One of the two stylist said, it would only be a 1/2 hour. So, I signed both of my daughters in. Well, that was three hours ago and they are now closed and just barely started cutting my last daughters hair. There has been other walk ins that they have taken in front of us, completely not considering our time. Long story short, schedule an appointment with a stylists name instead of selected next available time because that means, they will just take everyone else that made appointments before you.The haircuts my daughters received are actually good haircuts, but the time management/expectations from both of the stylist is ridiculous.

Patelco does not have a lot of locations available in the Bay Area therefore if something doesn’t work out in one location you’re kind of screwed.

The hairdresser turned me away because I had lice. I bought a kit and everything. Ends up, it was just dandruff. I dont think a hairdresser who cant even identify what lice looks like would be good at doing anything with hair at all. (I got the opinion of a dermatologist as well- no lice)

Ive been going there since I was 18. 64 now. Went in this week and asked for a straight 3 inch trim(like usual) Im in the chair and she asks me to stand up. I do and she starts cutting my hair and says its easier this way wth? I ask her not to soak it, she does. I asked for my senior discount and she says no, only on one day a week..?

Called ahead at 4pm to make sure they were able to take me. When I got there 15 minutes later, they said they couldn’t take me anymore the moment I walked in. I said I called ahead she asked the name, and abruptly said she didn’t have that name. I called the same phone number from my call logs and their phone started ringing. She looked me in the eye and ignored the phone

A decent place for a basic cut. Their hours arent the most convenient though. They switch staff very frequently, so dont get used to seeing the same stylist twice. A good place to get a reasonably priced haircut very quickly. Once youre in, they get you out ASAP.

I dont know why it is so hard to fade a boys hair and keep the front long! The first trip the front was too short the second time it was a bowl cut on top and neither time was it faded. My hair is very choppy looking!

Great place and there is usually no wait time

I was never a fan of chain hair salons. My mind was changed when I got my hair done by Star. Got a cut and shampoo. Shes very OCD about giving the best cuts lol. The staff is very friendly and helpful if you havent been there before. They have a great selection of hair products. I recommend the tea tree shampoo and Johnny B hair gel.

Worst service I’ll not go next time to this place again. Working women Nuel she don’t know the proper way to do hair style. It’s was bad experience Fully disappointed.

Why dont you name it as flop cuts... worst service... show them what type of cut you want and they will end up doing only what they know....

Situated in main commercial hub, near mowry avenue. Descent hair cuts. Emily is especially good in doing good hair cuts. Recommend calling ahead to make appointments as it is a busy place.

Only One Stylist for about an Hour?? Seriously??Waited more than 45 min even After I made reservation online. And this is not first time I faced this. Never planning to come to this place again.

Show them the hair style you want and they will do it pretty much similar.

The lady that cut my hair that night was really not friendly...he cut was on point..but all she asked me was how i wanted my hair cut and that was it. My cut is with the clippers and literally 5 to 7 min to finish...for $25 she could have at least asked me how my day was

They ruined my hair... this is the worst place to get a haircut in... She ruined my hair... Im pretty sure than I can do a better haircut than she did... spending that much money for a very bad haircut is not good at all😡

I like Supercuts Ive been going there for seven years. Everyone pays attention to ones needs and concerns. Emily and all the rest of hair dressers know their art of cutting hair very professioal and percise. In addition, to coloring ones hair. Im very satisfied and you should go see SuperCuts for yourself. Thank You

This outlet has a zero smile policy. The staff is mostly in a hurry and I had bad experience as a senior citizen twice. They never welcome a senior citizen getting discounted haircut on Wednesdays and will put a long face. At the register the associate will not hesitate asking you as how much extra I wanted to pay as tip. Any response from the management?

Firstly, I booked an Appointment then waited for few minutes. A lady called me for the haircut. I specified her how to do the haircut. Inspite of cutting my hair as I wanted to she replied very rudely and said me that she can’t do the hair as I wished, I asked for layered and feathered hair cut which she did not do. I asked her to straighten my hair to which she replied it will be an additional charge to it. I asked to do it. She just did the blow dry and nothing else but charged me for straightening my hair. The worst hair stylist ever and waste of money.

I took my 10 year old son for a Haircut on 09/23/17; once we signed in we sat in the waiting area. At first we were the only customers waiting for service and more.people starred coming in, everyone else got services and I patiently waited for 30 minutes and no servíce; after 50 minutes I gave up and walked out of this stablishment NO HAIRCUT for my son, as we were walking out they offered service OF COURSE I REFUSED,, I will never ever go to any supercuts again,,, Luckily I found great Clips nearby,,, SERVICE WAS GREAT

This place is worse than having your kid brother cut your hair. I walked in for a hair cut and walked out 15 minutes later unsatisfied and disgusted. no hair wash no qualifying questions no care for customer satisfaction at all. Go anywhere but here. Or ask a 10 year old to do the job
