Very satisfied with my nails and overall experience. My only tip would be to say exactly what you want and if something needs to be fixed. They patiently do everything to make sure you like your nails before you leave.

First visit, and very pleasantly surprised. Super clean, stylish, bright and light, and the staff is absolutely wonderful. I already booked my next appointment for in 2 weeks.

First time, I loved it!! I am so happy with with the attention to detail everyone that worked there provided to all the customers. David was very hospitable. Very bright, positive and relaxing atmosphere. They checked your temp and had you put on hand sanitizer before being seated. When Kim started on my nails, I noticed a little mistake on the nail polish on one of my toes and told her and she fixed it and made sure everything else was OK on the other toes. She even thanked me for telling her something needed to be fixed. This was my first time getting such a bright color ever! 10/10!! Very accommodating (got an appointment within the hour), kind, and professional! We got the special pedicures, a gel mani, and the gel X; they were all incredible!! Will definitely come again :)) plus the interior is so beautiful and clean - adds to the experience!

Wow, what a gem!Relocated to the East Bay from Toronto and Im so glad to have finally found my new, go-to nail spot 💖The nail tech went over and above, basically rebuilding my gel overlays and then giving me a beautiful manicure!I have to mention: this shop is GORGEOUS! Every little detail is considered, down to the gem-shaped purse hangers at each station.Cant wait for my next appointment! 🥰✨

Very cute and new place, the staff is very pleasant. The pedicure bowls have disposable liners making it more hygienic. My daughter asked for signature pedi but they gave her luxury pedi (more expensive version) by mistake and charged her for it. Next day they called to refund the extra charge. I was really impressed with their business ethics. We will be visiting them again definitely.

We were in at the given time and there was no wait at all. Interiors is so beautiful and fresh and has a lot of natural light. I had the best service experience with all the necessary Covid protection! The staff is friendly and really helped me pick my colors well. Work is beat and clean and with no rush! It was a pleasant experience.

Great place! They helped me as a walk in to remove some awful acrylics I got at another salon. Ann gave me a great manicure and even gave me recommendations on how to strengthen my nails. I can not wait to go back for a pedicure because their chairs look divine.

This was such a great experience! Three of us went in for pedicures and had great service, it was SO clean and we loved the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. Our pedicures were really well done, I didn’t feel like they rushed the way some places do. Every step was amazing and my feet feel so good now! We really love this salon and will absolutely be back!

This is the only place I go to get my nails done in the Bay. The salon itself is such a relaxing, VERY CLEAN, and pretty environment. On top of that the people who work there go above and beyond to make sure your experience is great every time. I usually get pedicures and I never feel like the process is rushed. It’s always quality and the prices are very fair for the east bay.

Friendly staff and excellent work! Tammy helped me pick out the right color to match my outfit and took her time to finish my mani pedi. The signature pedicure is totally worth it!! Felt so nice and relaxed after leaving there.

This salon is a hidden gem!! It is brand new, absolutely beautiful, simple and modern design. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and they do an amazing job! Went here for the first time since my regular place wasnt open and I will be back! It is so relaxing sitting in this beauty lounge, its like a mini vacation from the excessive stimuli of the day. They even gave me 15% off AND a beautiful [reversible] hand sewn mask with cute Halloween print for spending $50. This is such a great local business. Highly recommend!!

Outstanding pedicure and gel manicure!! Since my regular place isnt open yet, I am so glad I found Polished! They are super through and clean with all the protocols from the county. They have a great set-up outdoors in the courtyard with social diatancing.Comfortable, great quality work, and great color selection.Thank you! Its been a week and a half and still looking perfect 💅

My sons art school is 3 stores away from this cute chic nail shop that just opened. I decided to try them out on their grand opening day. Their place was very clean and up to date with their nail supplies! I loved their huge nail color selection they provided! Their staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely come back for a color change!

I went to this brand new beautiful nail salon (they also have other services besides nails) and loved it! I had a regular manicure (pic attached with the frozen waves polish) and the signature pedicure (yaaasss to the jelly bath, sugar scrub, callus treatment and hot stone) with Holly. She was friendly, gentle and did a great job. I also got to meet the owner who is friendly and saw what a lovely job she did on another customers nails. They have a vast assortment of colorful nail polishes to choose from, are current with whats new these days (i.e. vegan leafgel), their pedicure chairs are amazing (yaasss to massage chairs), super clean and sanitary with fair pricing.

This is an amazing salon! Tried a bunch of other nail salons in Fremont and was disappointed with the experience and services, especially the quality of pedicures. This place was exactly what I was looking for and more. The staff is so sweet and welcoming while the service and beautiful salon were absolutely 5 stars! So happy to have found them!

The salon has a comfortable and cute interior that feels like a Legally Blonde salon; its adorable and inviting. The ladies at the salon spend a lot of time making sure your nails, eyebrows, etc. look exactly as you intend. They have a lot of options for your nails and they offer sugaring for hair removal which is wonderful. The staff are good at gauging when to converse with you and when to let you relax and enjoy the experience. They have always been kindly and customer oriented. My nails always end up beautiful after every visit. I would recommend this place to anyone. I just visited after they reopened from COVID and yet again they left me happy and fabulous after my visit.

Polished Beauty Lounge is so beautiful! The staff are incredibly helpful, and they have amazing services. I went to get a facial from Tiffany, and shes absolutely informative. I am definitely coming back!

This is simply one of ~ if not THE BEST ~ nail salon experiences I have ever had! I fell in love just walking by this gorgeously designed establishment, and POLISHED BEAUTY LOUNGE managed to exceed my expectations.I rushed over after work one night, and even though they were closing in about an hour, Anne, the owner, and Tammy, my main technician of the night, made me feel calm, relaxed, warmly welcomed and at home. Anne even gave me a bottle of FUJI water to drink and a mandarin fruit to eat while I enjoyed my automated chair massage.Even if I had not received my Luxury Pedicure, I definitely would still feel luxurious and like a superstar just being at POLISHED! And my “Mermaid Edition” gel manicure lasted just about two weeks which is like a miracle for my finger nails! I highly recommend this nail salon, and cannot wait to return to explore more of their amazing services. That night made my whole week, and I continue to be grateful for all that you do POLISHED. ☺️❤️

Polish Beauty Lounge is a cute, upscale and clean nail salon (they also offer eyelash extensions and sugaring services). I contacted them to host my daughters 14th birthday party. They were super accommodating and even surprised my daughter with cute decorations and snacks. My daughter and her friends LOVED everything about the salon. It really made her day to share a special birthday pampering with her friends. If you are looking for a place to host a birthday party, bridal shower or a girls day- this is the perfect place! The staff did an excellent job on everyone. My daughter says she doesnt want to go to any other salon except to this - and I agree with her!

I went in for a manicure and really loved the place. Its new and looks very clean and elegant. The service was really good. Ill be back next time for a pedicure.
