The staff is amazing! pretty good on keeping the place nice and clean as well as the apartments kept up to date. A great place, in a nice neighborhood in a gated community within walking distance of an elementary school and a high school ! Maria at the front office was very nice and friendly!

I have been a resident here for over 5 years and felt the management (Maria, Andrea and others) is some of the nicest staff I have ever encountered. They are always willing to listen and address concerns. For Example: I mentioned the front gate was not working a few weeks back and they immediately took action and fixed it.Maria and Andrea are always doing their best to support the residents here. While the property may not be perfect the management and team is doing a great job keeping the property clean, addressing issues, ensuring things are in order and the residents are comfortable.I am yet to encounter any safety issues over the last 5 years and continuing to live here due to all the things I mentioned above. Thank you Maria, Andrea and others for all your help and support. I and the many residents that live here appreciate everything you do.

Management is horrible, just dont come here since a few of our former neighbors left and have told us that one of the reasons they leave is just how awful the management is. I will update and disclose more information on this apartment upon moving out when my term ends as to protect my personal information from anyone that works here.

Lots of robberies and vehicles get damaged (wheels missing, broken windshields, kids throwing football/soccer ball in the parking lots hitting the vehicles parked).Called multiple times the office in the past and theres nothing management can do obviously because things like these are keep happening. Also, theres no cameras at the gates.

I love the apartment and the place and staff. The issue is that I did move a more then 1 years and until now, I didnt receive my refunde. I dont understand how is hard to they deposit my money in my bank account .

Reasonable prices for a decent apartment. Maintenance service is also great. They work even on weekends. Living room has Wooden floor and kitchen floor has tiles, which is easy to clean. Bathroom is very spacious. Walk in closet is there and other than that, one more closet is available in dining area. Large space is available inside the apartment complex, where kids can play. Pool and jacuzzi are nice and clean. Pets are not allowed in the community. Lot of greenery is there. A well maintained onsite laundry room is available for tenants.

I felt it’s a unsafe even after gated community, so many robberies happening on regular. So many suspected persons are roaming inside the community. Management is not taking any action even after so many complaints by residents.I would suggest to Management to put CCTV at the entrance of each gate, so that they can track the suspected activities & can take proper actions.

Management is great . Nice peaceful atmosphere. Staff is very helpful and professional. Best place to live in Fremont.

This apartment management is worst, I have ever seen in my life. They have taken the apartment advance and I cancelled the apartment so they have to give back my advance and now they dont know the time limit for giving me the advance, it is already been 2 months, so dont join this apartment
